I don't understand your takeoff weight. The theory says:
85,7g (Frame)
+ 37,48g (4*DYS 1404)
+ 6,5g (HGLRC F428 Stack)
+ 53,6g (Air Unit+2*Antenna)
+ 74g (Tattu 4S 650)
------------------------------------------------------
259,98g Total, without Cable, Solder, lipo strap, damper, etc. ...

The listed frame weight on amazon is incorrect, frame is about 55 grams.

Emax 1306 4000kv and it will have plenty power.
