Thank you to this beautiful heartfelt song for Ukraine. However, PLEASE can't we unite as citizens throughout the world and urge our Governments to send them Air Support? This is generational suicide of of a beautiful nation. How the US and the UN couldn't figure out how to avoid this long-term War and obliteration of a country is very disturbing. I'm tired of hearing how much money was spent. I want to hear how many lives were saved. As an American, I've sent support, and I've written my Senators about the outrage of not sending air support - I will continue to do so - and continue to listen to the many Ukrainian songs honoring it's people. Aloha Brigitte; As a combat veteran myself (sort of a "Warrior for Peace"), I truly wish I were young enough to go and serve with the Ukrainian forces myself, my heart and soul aches, seening the evil that Putin is dealing upon the Ukraine. But please try to look at things in a "Global" sense - Putin and his fellow criminal thugs would see ANY kind of escalation of Allied support as excuse to escalate THEIR reaction. With that totally UNHINGED DICTATOR, with his equally crazy followers goading him on, I could see him /them using Nuclear weapons, first upon the Ukraine, then on any Allies he feels are an immediate threat - and that DEFINITELY includes us. China, and maybe even North Korea would seize on this as the perfect time to add THEIR evil intentions to the horror. Having lived through ONE "Brink" event in the '60's; I can easily see that the chain reaction could destroy the entire globe (although we "humans" are doing a really good job of that with OUT any "Mass Destruction" weapons). I am now "old" (74 ) and am so tired of what we, as the most destructive species on the planet have become, that I would welcome "The End" for MYSELF, but for all the other people of this poor planet, My heart and soul carry a huge ache, and sorrow for the destruction (a sort of "Mad Max" kind of world, that I hope we can find our way OUT of this insane whirlpool of self destruction. And THAT my dear Brigitte, includes YOU (I have in mind, a very dear to me young girl and her girlfriends (HER name was "Brigitte "also) that would be lost in this global destruction.
