I ended up dislocating my knee in December and I felt so upst about it but after a solid 3 months of exercise I am able to squat again. Crazy how much working out helps the human body.

Damn Coach Richard does well with teaching form coz Viks bench looks so much better than I thought it would even when he failed the weight his form didn’t really break much to get the weight up. Vik is an absolute chad
