This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it the "opportunity of a lifetime." Развлечения

I feel like we are in the age of tech scams. And I think that's the case because tech is so new still that most people who haven't studied computer science, or even electrical engineering have no idea how to approach skepticism when new tech companies come out.
I have no deep understanding about AI or computer science. My advantage is: I know that I have no clue and that's why I don't get hyped over bullshit. I think many people are too proud to tell themselves that's none of their business and then they believe the scams because of all the buzzwords they hear and think to understand.
At least AR/VR is actually amazing, so powerful that it will take a video that took 10 years to explain its potential

What’s scary is All the reviewer hyping up these products before actual release. Every single reviewer had a responsibility to moderate their pre-release statements but they didn’t, they went with the hype and convinced many people of its future potentials. We need an expose on how these tech reviewers are giving glowing reviews on a product that wasn’t even released
“Techno-optimist” clowns
Looks like the NFT believers got a new skin
@@slimjimjimslim5923Company says the product does x. The reviewer says "product does x, that's amazing". Product doesn't do x.
I don't think this is the reviewer's fault.
I was NOT expecting the Rabbit pin to have this much Lore™ 💀
i thought it was a regular product failure, not also a crypto scam!
Thats what usually happens when you put a person behind your product. Always present as a company!
how this liar raised 30m dollars without being arrested. what a world
two lessons I learned during my time using the internet:
1- never lie to the internet
2- don't mess with someone's financials
That entire Rabbit pitch I was just thinking, over and over, 'isnt that just a phone?'.
No, it's got a touch screen that it does not let you use to navigate, they want it to desperately be different from a phone, but they could not make it make any sense cause it is stupid. You can actually use a phone, even a small flip phone, this thing is worse that Toddler Engineering's music gear (that's saying something)
What struck me when I saw Brownlee’s review is this is just a half-assed cell phone that can’t make calls so why would anyone carry a cell phone and the Rabbit device?
"...I decided to find out."
Wait, did I just watch a 17 minute intro to the REAL video still to come? I love it. :D
Yes... i am pumped.
@@restgalaxy4285did we just get pump and dumped?
You had me at suspenders!
That upside down SHURE logo on the mic hit me harder than I thought was possible.
As an electrical engineer and energy policymaker in Australia, listening to him describe the green energy scam coin was hilarious
Same lol. My two thoughts were A. Solar panels are not carbon negative and B. People are already mining Bitcoin using solar energy
It was so weird. So the carbon negative feature was that they might have some excess energy produced, after the unnecessarily taxing computational processes to make new coins, and they can sell that back to the grid. With that money they build more power generation and give you a cut of that? Why not just make the computational requirements to generate the coin and process it as low as possible. It's so weird. They doing backflips to convince you crypto in any form is not a ponzi. Just invest in a solar company with dividends lol.
Lmaoo i dont even know how a fake digital coin can be “carbon negative” 🤣🤣🤣
Selling shares of energy that the company doesn’t have the resources to actually deliver is actually so similar to the Enron pitch too
As an electrical engineer, I need to always start my comments with "As an electrical engineer"
"If you get scammed in the metaverse do you get scammed in the real world as well?". 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
you ABSOLUTELY do. This is the "Blockchain Promise"
I remember being in a Seattle startup accelerator hearing elevator pitches back in the early 2000s and already thinking to myself that they weren't pitching product ideas they were a/b testing bullshit to see if it would float long enough to cash in and move on.
I appreciate all ur work Coffee!
Literally the definition of:
"We've investigated ourselves and we found no wrong doing."
Get em, Coffee!
What is?
What's funny is that i remember someone made a short video showing that the rabbit is actually an app that you can run on your phone. So there's ABSOLUTELY no reason to have one if you have a phone. Absolute scam product LMAO
Have a link?
@@somenygaard you cant link on yt, but just google "rabbit r1 android". the thing is really just an android app.
It was reviewed over a year ago and the conclusion was you don’t need it. You have a phone lol
This is not a scam. It’s a bunch of morons giving someone money who tells them what they want to hear.
It could be therapy.
@@EnquiringMinds-vx8gb "It’s a bunch of morons giving someone money who tells them what they want to hear."
...So, you mean, a scam?
@@somenygaard my reply is not showing, i think it got flagged as spam lol
I can't give you the link directly, but just search "UFDTech Rabbit R1 is just android"
yes that got me and I emailed them 2 weeks ago asking my about my shipment and they tell me they're shipping it out and phases, which is a little bit strange when they promise to deliver it in the beginning of May
Holy smokes a smart phone that doesn't make calls
And isn't smart.
@@garyfreeman896 lolol
Or have apps
Imagine making an app
@@neociber24 A Nokia 3310 could do more than that - and it has games!
WOW! Halfway in, and I realize that this CEO not only wants to make this Rabbit, but also NFTs, crypto, some meta game(?), and also REAL POWER PLANTS?!?! Gee, why not release a handful of breakfast cereals and an athletic shoe line while you're at it! What sort of weed do they smoke wherever he's from to think any of this is viable??
Plus an energy drink and vape while he's at it
Might as well make his own browser and computer operating system at that
We're changing the world with this one!
At this point why not just create a new plant and a new life form, he’s basically a god can’t you see?
Hope he makes a automated calorie counter while at it
Shoutout to Ed Zitron’s podcast “Better Offline”!
When I saw they had the comments section turned off on their promo video, I already knew a scam was afoot.
MKBHD: I'm going to bankrupt your company
Coffeezilla: BUT WAITS THERE'S MORE.
Vsauce: Hey Vsauce, Michael here. I'm in your home
