I’m a big fan of mixed formula collections for the same reason - something for everyone! While I don’t see myself gravitating towards these types of colors until fall, they’re beautiful - I’m Rover It is going to get a ton of time on my fingers this year!

Alien infatuation is the sister of Spirit Fingers from the Safiya Collection and I CANNOT WAIT to see them side by side on my nails. Love the warm tones for this, even if the box reminds me a tiny bit of meat😂❤
Waste of Space is SO special! It’s a real standout and so perfectly captures the “space junk” theme. This whole collection being a combo-theme of outer space with anti-Valentine’s seems so random on paper but was executed really well!
This is by far my favorite holo taco collection - so good to see more complex “indie” style polishes. I adore I’m Rover It and Waste of Space, very much my colors. Also, with the hair, makeup and outfit your look is SO on point today and perfect for the collection vibes!!
I ordered the collection, and I love the colors. My favorite is Waste of Space.🖤 You're right about it feeling like Mars. This collection is specifically Mars themed. The box is meant to look like the surface of Mars. Even if it does look like Lady Gaga's meat drass. 🥩😂💀

Yay! This is the kind of collection I've been waiting for from Holo Taco! A beautiful mix of finishes and different types of glitters, not just the same fornulas in various shades.

I wasn’t impressed by I’m Rover It when it was first teased, but omg it is actually gorgeous. Love how saturated it is and that pink base with the orange to yellow shimmer is giving sunset
I also love when their collections have a mix of formulas. I picked up alien infatuation, the other shades are gorgeous but I definitely have similar shades in my collection.
I actually love this collection way more than I thought I would. The iridescent flaky is stunning. I really want them all. I'm gonna be picking these up.
Totally agree re Crushed holo formula. We've had the barista collection and now this burgundy colour. Super ready for blues, greens, purples in the same formula!

I really like this collection! I picked up Solo Mission (in part because of how gorgeous it looks mattefied), Waste of Space and Alien Infatuation. As a deliberately single girlie, I love that it was a different take on Valentine’s Day and also a different take on the space/galaxy theme. I’m totally a sucker for cool purples and blues, but it’s nice to add some warmer colours to my collection!

As usual, I am so grateful for your reviews. You have changed my mind on so many polish shades , especially those that don't necessarily photo well in their promo photos. Rover was a hard no for me because it was too warm toned and too orange, but seeing how beautifully red it really is is making me think about buying it. 🤔

I was surprised by how much I loved this once I received it. My fave was Waste of Space. 2nd fave was Orbite Me but with Freezer Burn on top. It becomes this wicked cool purple.💜✨️

What a great collection. My favorite is alien infatuation. I love the gray with the green shimmer. I think it would also look totally cool as a magnetic. All that green shimmer pulled in the middle and the gray around it would be so amazing.

I love space and love warm toned polishes, so I love most of these polishes and the vibe of the collection overall. Alien Infatuation isn't my cup of tea (greenish grayish colors look really funky with my skin tone), but the formula is fun!

I was so excited to see this release from holotaco!! I love that they're going for some more warm tones. And experimenting with formulas! I thought Alien Infatuation would be my favorite but Waste of Space really came alive in the swatch.
I work in the space industry and the reddish theming makes me think of infrared astronomy. Space observatories often image in the infrared spectrum because it lets us see through dust to stars that would be otherwise obscured and it also lets us see back in time, so to speak - the light from the earliest stars has been Doppler-shifted to become red and thus can only be imaged in the infrared spectrum. JWST's NIRCam images in the infrared spectrum and is responsible for some of the most famous images we've gotten from it :)

I never comment but I (somehow) only just recently realized how warm toned I am and that's probably part of why I don't always love how polishes look on me compared to the promo photos, and I just wanna say how much I appreciate all these reviews! I am a bit darker but we're similar amounts of warmth, so I consistently get a better idea of how colors will look on me from you. Plus, your lighting setup is better suited for showing off how they'll look in everyday life. Also we're both fans of the unloved ugly-pretty colors like Not Pressed, lol
I really like this colour scheme. HT has a whole lot of cool toned polishes so I'm happy that warm skin tones have this fun collection! The box reminds me of marbled steak rather than space hahaha. I believe their royalty sale is in April, so I'll wait it out. I'm not into collecting boxes so nothing to lose for me lol

I thought this was a really cool and unusual collection from holo taco - between this and the Safiya collab, it seems like they’re branching out more and more, fun to see!
I *love* the traditional cool toned galaxy theme, but this take is super fun and I think it's great. It has all the Mars vibes, but also reminds me a lot more of the colors found in Hubble and Webb photos of nebulae where stars are "born" since there's almost always some gorgeous deep warm browns and reds. It's a great take on the theme 👽
I loved this collection and I got a kick out of the “meat” box. I don’t do skittle manicures so that isn’t a factor but I enjoyed the variety of formulae and the warmer palette. I also appreciated how gorgeous these polishes were matte. I don’t do matte very often but it’s nice to know that it is an option.
I love this collection, I would also love to see more colours in the Solo Mission finish, I know before getting it that it will pull very brown on me due to my skin tone.
I bought the full collection. I’m not sure how I feel about solo mission- mainly whether or not it will look good on me- but I’m most looking forward to creating a jelly sandwich with waste of space and linear holo taco!
Solo Mission is the only one in the collection I’m not too interested in but the rest are so up my alley. I’m so happy with the way Holo Taco is exploring with mixed formula collections! Also NOT thrilled about the switch to wide brushes as a standard but that’s just me.

Waste Of Space qould probably look cool over a plain black or black jelly base for more blackness but less of the sparkle, for my taste at least would think that would work better. I loved this collection. Feel like they are doing more stuff and agree i would love to see the first formula in colors.
Can't wait for this collection to show up in my mailbox! I'm dying to try Alien Infatuation (#greengang), and Waste of Space looks so dang cool. I don't usually reach for the warm shades, but I think I'm Rover It and Orbite Me might go into heavy rotation. The only one that doesn't really excite me is Solo Mission because I'm not at all into neutral tones, but I'm willing to give it a shot!
I ordered the collection box, waste of space looks better in your swatches than the holo taco ones! I'm rover it reminds me a lot of a certain someone's starrily polish 🤔 I'm most excited for the green, I have a million greens but I don't think I have anything like that one!

one thing i do appreciate about Holo Taco's super glittery formulas is how easy they are to remove compared to other glitter polishes

I agree with you on the waste of space. I like the alien 👽 infatuation the best. I didn't really think about the comparison to Mars until you mentioned it but you're 100% on point

I thought this was a really cool and unusual collection from holo taco - between this and the Safiya collab, it seems like they’re branching out more and more, fun to see!
I *love* the traditional cool toned galaxy theme, but this take is super fun and I think it's great. It has all the Mars vibes, but also reminds me a lot more of the colors found in Hubble and Webb photos of nebulae where stars are "born" since there's almost always some gorgeous deep warm browns and reds. It's a great take on the theme 👽
I like the 3 deeper shades.

I loved this collection and I got a kick out of the “meat” box. I don’t do skittle manicures so that isn’t a factor but I enjoyed the variety of formulae and the warmer palette. I also appreciated how gorgeous these polishes were matte. I don’t do matte very often but it’s nice to know that it is an option.

I love this collection, I would also love to see more colours in the Solo Mission finish, I know before getting it that it will pull very brown on me due to my skin tone.
Yesss I would love to see some cool tones with that finish like maybe light blue or lavender!
I bought the full collection. I’m not sure how I feel about solo mission- mainly whether or not it will look good on me- but I’m most looking forward to creating a jelly sandwich with waste of space and linear holo taco!
Solo Mission is the only one in the collection I’m not too interested in but the rest are so up my alley. I’m so happy with the way Holo Taco is exploring with mixed formula collections! Also NOT thrilled about the switch to wide brushes as a standard but that’s just me.
Not just you, my nails are too skinny for the wide brush! I've been grabbing replacement skinny brushes with loyalty points 😂

I bought the collection when it came out on Saturday. My favorite is Waste of Space and Orbite Me. Fun to have a Mars theme for February. Too bad it didn't come out a little earlier since it will miss Valentine's Day.

Waste Of Space qould probably look cool over a plain black or black jelly base for more blackness but less of the sparkle, for my taste at least would think that would work better.
I loved this collection. Feel like they are doing more stuff and agree i would love to see the first formula in colors.
Can't wait for this collection to show up in my mailbox! I'm dying to try Alien Infatuation (#greengang), and Waste of Space looks so dang cool. I don't usually reach for the warm shades, but I think I'm Rover It and Orbite Me might go into heavy rotation. The only one that doesn't really excite me is Solo Mission because I'm not at all into neutral tones, but I'm willing to give it a shot!
I think those flakies really make it more exciting than the average neutral! I'm curious to see what you think of it in person!!

I ordered the collection box, waste of space looks better in your swatches than the holo taco ones! I'm rover it reminds me a lot of a certain someone's starrily polish 🤔 I'm most excited for the green, I have a million greens but I don't think I have anything like that one!
