I'm only 15 years old, my dad introduced POD to me when I was around 8, I'll never forget the first time listening to Fundamental Elements of Southtown in the car, at the time I had no idea what I was getting into cause I was little but after listening to their entire discography by 11 years old I was mesmirized, the musical diversity, the composition, the production, the story behind the songs, the sound, it was and is so raw and clean, funky, heavy, ambient sometimes, and catchy. So unique its beyond words. Love you POD you guys changed my entire musical perspective. Much love from NY

P.O.D and Sevendust. 2 of the hardest working bands in the industry that dont get nearly the recognition they deserve. Doesn't stop them tho. And that's why fans of both bands are some of the most die hard fans you will find.
This is so true bro! I saw them at a festival and they weren't even on the main stage but they went harder and brought more energy than any of the bands there!!
Dude I saw them at Rock on the Range.. they got like 30-40 minutes at 10:30 AM. I made it.... would not have missed it. Dude's were ticked off, (We have 30 years of music to fit into 30 minutes), but brought it hard. Was great to see them live but wish they could have had a much longer set.
@@Drews-gi3pm man same thing happened to them in Orlando at WJRR's EarthDay BirthDay (EDBD) in 2019, had an acoustic set pre show planned but they got cancelled then the event stuck them on mid afternoon. POD still brought the heat but only 30 minutes in, got told to cut it early!!!!!! I was ready to come unglued, Sonny let everyone know it wasn't their choice, they wanted to play. He was MAD HOT. But i absolutely have LOVED every show i've seen them at & am excited to watch them coming up at Seaworld.

I bought a POD cd from a bargain bin...very entertaining. Upon further investigation learned they were Christian. Then I heard Murdered Love, knew it was them...had to pull over...I was stunned. I teared up while biting my lip. Didn't realize a metal song would ever be able to capture the angst and sadness. Yes, I am happy for what that has done for me, and grateful.

the video is in my opinion showing the fact that Christ didnt pay the ultimate price for nice clean rich people. He died so that All would be free if they surrender their lives to Him. POD has a demographic of not only Christians, but also non believers that carry some serious baggage like the guy in this video. They want to be able to show those people that Gods saving grace is powerful and mighty and cant be stopped by any chain or shackle!

I was born in 2000 but my dad listened to them and I grew up listening to POD and I love them! Whenever I don't know what to listen too I come and listen to POD they always are the perfect band to listen to for me.

Saw them play this last night at the Forum in Inglewood, it was so amazing. "Hospin", "House Of Pain" with "Everlast", "P.O.D.", "Suicidal Tendencies", "Limp Bizkit", and "Korn" were also there. It was the sickest concert ever.
