After my hysterectomy I gained 10kg in 10 months, eating what i ate before (vegetarian). My GP told me thats normal with menopause. I asked what if this happens every year for the rest of my life. She said 'we can give you some meds for that.' I walked out, never went back to her again... took control of my health. Dr Chaffee thank you so much for your Light 🎉🎉
They can do a lot of things: they can give you meds with adverse side effects, they can cut off your stomach and now they can even put a liner in your small intestine. The simpler way would be to adopt a proper human diet based on meat but I guess they won't make a lot of money by sending you to the butcher.
@janeslater8004 Not at all. I had thyroid issues. Obviously, it had to do with hormonal imbalances after a surgically induced hysterectomy - if the doctor had just taken the time to investigate. I'm a nutritionist and a personal trainer. I've never eaten junk food or processed foods. I'd been doing clean Keto for years prior. .. As I said previously, I gained that weight with no changes to my diet. The doctor just wasn't interested in investigating - just wanted to medicate. Adding protein and fat, then changing from running and high-cardi, to alternating between HIIT, walking, pilates, Yoga, and resistance training, I have my health and healthy weight back. I average between 54kg and 57kg again, which is my normal weight. My BMI averages 20 - 22. My point is that when you ask your GP for help, they should do tests and investigate WHY there's a change. Medicine has its place for sure. But not for the sake of it. It becomes our responsibility to take care of our health... and that is what I chose to do.
I see the difference in my teenage daughter, after having a looooooong chat with her and her seeing myself going from pretty chubby to shredded and being healthy again after I had severe back problems, she agreed to try canivor three month ago , she also gets two drops lugolsche iodine, the change in her is amazing. Gone are the teenage mood swings and pimples, she top of her class now, sports wise very good results as well. All of that after just 3 month . Yesterday she came crying bc she was so happy that I convinced her to try carnivore. (despite all her friends telling her otherwise). The change in her after only three are just amazing.
That’s beautiful, so happy for you and her! I talked my 17 yr old daughter into it 3 months ago to help heal her eczema, but she’s getting discouraged because she hasn’t had much success. She’s starting to feel that she’s “depriving” herself for nothing.
I don’t remember ever seeing a more beautiful, vibrant, healthy, engaging, charming, alive looking woman. Anthony she is absolutely stunning and sounds as intelligent and interesting as she looks. I would be so proud if she was my daughter. So nice to witness your story Cecelia. You will save many lives!
I cut my own grass today for the first time in 5 years. I am getting stronger every day on Carnivore. I am so thankful for discovering carnivore. Thank you Dr. Chaffee for all your work teaching us. I appreciate it so.......much!!
I was 39 years of no meat. Yes, 39. Started carnivore in February this year. This natural human diet can change peoples lives. Convincing others is the difficulty.
@@johannaj2009 Well done on your journey and weight loss. I stopped eating meat when I was 20 years old, and will be 59 years old next month. I never thought I would ever eat meat again, but I could not ignore the anecdotes.
@@aligemini9953 the whole vegan and plant based push is so bad in so many ways.. I was vegan for 8 years and it destroyed my thyroid. I am now back to normal and at the perfect weight

I am MD- pulmonologist, living and working in Czech republic, just a few weeks on carnivore diet, fortunately coming from a family prioritizing meat and dairy, which is quite common here in middle Europe. I was forced to change my diet due to celiac disease, and after two years of using pseudograins to replace wheat ( buckwheat , almond flour !) I have developed arthritis of my right shoulder, refused arthroscopy as " the only solution" and started my own way of healing without GUIDELINES. Folks, be sure , that even being a doctor, even I am pulmonologist, I talk about nutrition with each patient....I have been teaching them about low carb ,keto diet long before I have discovered carnivore diet , but system has changed people so they look for quick and easy solutions( pills...), not every patient is interested in radical change of diet...
Yeah those pseudograins are worse than wheat because of the high oxalate content. Arthritis is caused by oxalates, as well as gout. Doctors prescribe more of the same to make arthritis and gout sufferers patients for life. Meat actually heals arthritis and gout, by attempting to remove them from the body. This is why red meat is associated with gout flareups. Get rid of the plants and eat the red meat and it will heal.
Exactly, dear colleague , almost all of them, but especially buckwheat is the King, or Queen 👑 of oxalates.I have never been a huge fan of spinach, but I love(d) nuts and just was longing for a bread. Now, I am changing my prayer to : " give us today our daily meat and forgive us our trespasses against our own bodies.."
@@fenixnew1790 ~Very good report you have. I use a type of Ezekiel ‘sprouted wheat bread’ from Silver Hills Bakery. Look up:: ‘Ezekiel bread’ which is made with no flour, only sprouted grains. It should always be kept frozen in the freezer and lightly toasted in the toaster to give it a resistant starch so it will prevent glucose from turning to fat in the liver and also prevent the spiking of insulin.
Thank you Dr Chaffe and Cecilia! I’m 6 months carnivore. Had All of the same disease process that Cecilia had. Kidney problems, Hashimoto, raynauds, sjogrens, cycsts, fibromyalgia, osteopenia, systemic inflammation, severe joint pain, fungus issues, salivary stones, leaky gut, fatigue, anxiety, depression, brain fog, IBS etc etc…. I followed All of the advice.. stay away from red meat, low fat, lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lots of cardio…. This advice ruined my health! Going to doctors for help proved to be worthless and harmful. I took my health and search for answers into my own hands. I’m so thankful I found Dr Chaffee and I really appreciate this interview with Cecilia. 90% of my health issues have already resolved after 6 months of carnivore and the remaining are fading away. I have my life back
So sorry to hear you have been through all of this. It seems like we had the same symptoms and I know how bad it was for you. Happy to know you are better now too! And thank you for sharing your story, we must share for those who are still finding their way ibto this. And this has been very touching to me, specially right now! Whole grajns..? Wheat? Maybe you had gluten intolerance. To put whole grains in with fruit and veg and blame the fruit and veg. You didnt try hard to.work out the problem
Not a nice comment Jane. For my carnivore friends- I wish for you the healing that I have finally found by eliminating plants and prioritizing red meat. To add to my story, I have been gluten free for 18 years, dairy free for 16 years, grain free for 12 years, soy free for 18 years, legume free for 12 years, sugar free for 18 years, caffeine free for 18 years, alcohol consumption was always minimal but none for the last 3 years. I have always prioritized sleep and actively keep stress managed. As you can see, I have been on a journey to regain my health even with the sad information that doctors kept telling me that autoimmune only gets worse, never cured. When I decided to go carnivore, the only foods left to eliminate were fruits and vegetables, processed foods were already out of my diet for several years. Oxalates, lectins etc were destroying my health. I have now healed and I am thriving in a way that I never thought was possible. I have a wonderful life now. 36:16
@@janeslater8004 jane, I hope people don't judge you as quickly as you judged me. I took gluten out a decade ago. You have no idea how hard I tried. All the soaking and sprouting. Fermentation. All the home preped, home cooked, organic, expensive and elaborated trials I did. All the suplementation, from the best places. But if you want to blame the victim, from your safe place, confortable first world, high chair and your latest iphone, go right ahead. Internet is very democratic and the people that matters to me, know how hard I tried. Hope you never go through what I did. God bless you 🙏

Ex-vegan here. Veganism almost killed me. I wish this way of eating wasn’t mass-promoted. It is harming people. Proud to be a healthy carnivore today! 🥩
Ex-Vegetarian (tried raw veg/an was even worse) .. went predominantly plant based in 1991 .. removed milk first as a suggestion, but soy / oat gave even more issues. took until near death in 2001-05 to isolate whole wheats and almonds. were causing neurological glitches in wake state (during high speed hi-way driving). saw neurologists, did all kinds of scans in various hospitals. my daughter was getting seizures .. due to a high whole grain diet. blocking zinc, etc. all mostly to be nicer to animals …, but always felt good on lamb or salmon, steak. took a long time to isolate. no one could help. IF in 2018 led me out of depression, was needed to regain my health.
My daughter and her family are vegan. My son in law and her keep telling me this is what the heart doctor at the hospital he works at put ALL heart patients on, and that meat will clog your arteries. So I tried it for two weeks. I was so sick, lethargic, almost fell asleep at the wheel while driving. I put on at least 10 pounds because I was so hungry. I just could do it. I have 7 grand children, and the older children now going into double digits are refusing to eat a vegan diet. My daughter herself told me that she was craving meat and told me that if she ate one bite of meat she would never go back to veganism. She is trying to lower her cholesterol, but it is natural for people, especially women, to have cholesterol. Her and her husband as well as most of the grand children were not raised as vegans. We ate normal, meat, vegies, fruit, dairy and limiting sugary and processed foods. I myself am very confused on the cholesterol business. One heart doctor says eat a normal balanced diet, the other says go vegan. I believe if you are craving certain things then you just may be low on that vitamin or mineral in your diet. Unfortunately when they do blood test they don't test for every vitamin and mineral you might be deficient in.
20 years vegan. I’m 42 years old now and my body really needed meat. It worked well in my twenties and in a warmer climate but eventually I felt like my body needed nutrients from meat. My hair is growing and my brain is functioning better with meat consumption.
i’m 74, was a vegetarian until 13 months ago. i feel so much better. the arthritic pain of movement is way down. it use to be no amount of meds would control it. i studied about carnivore about 6-8 months and announced to my husband who eats whatever what i was doing. he was shocked! but has seen the change and my ability to move and feel so much better. he now tells everyone about my diet when they complain. they all say for weight loss. i don’t need weight loss and i was frightened when i went way lower than i want to be, my mistake was eating fattening foods to put on the weight. so then i started hurting everywhere. i’m trying to find a happy medium. i’m 5’7.5” i like being around 130. i dropped to 122 and got frightened. i believe we all need a little extra on us. for a what if.
15 years vegan and vegetarian prior to that - just passed my 30 day Carnivore and Ketovore the first week - So much better, I have a long list of health issues that are improving daily ❤❤❤❤
Exactly the same as my own story - 25 years vegetarian, then switched back to meat as my mood swings and depression were getting out of hand. Instantly started to feel better, more clear-headed and 'sane' again. Im 70 now and feel ive finally regained control, though along the way, i went through divorce and massive life- trauma. There is light at the end of the tunnel!
The brain stall she mentioned happened to me as a vegetarian. Most people that are carnivore don’t mention this. I was driving down a street I have been going down for at least 20 years and I did not know where, why, nothing! Driving wondering what is going on. Where am I? What’s happening to me? It was so scary. So happy I’m nutrient dense now. I’m so healthy.
Oh wow. I was vegetarian for 9 months. At the end of it I had two episodes where I would be just sitting there and next thing I know I'm waking up hours later. Scared me so I went back to meat, experiment over!
@@ffk2385 look for brain fog and also, there studies about cognitive and emotional imparement when not consuming meat. There is an austrian study, from 2014 that compared vegetarian, semivegetarians and not vegetarians and the incidents of anxiety and depression.

I was healthier than all my school mates, and through into my 20s, 30s and 40s I hardly ever even had a cold. I thought I was doing the best I could. I've made all my good choices based on what I thought was healthy. That all worked perfectly, or so I thought. It wasn't until after I turned 50 that the cracks started to show. By 53 pain started. By 54 pain was intense and unstoppable. By 54 I suddenly lost 11cm in height, and xrays and scans showed severe osteoporosis and 11 fractured vertebrae I was advised by a wonderful naturopath to go carnivore, which I did although my psyche struggled against me because my life, my training and my work had convinced me I was on the right path with plants. Next month I reach my first year complete on carnivore. I can't see myself going back. And now that I'm at the point I notice all sorts of things getting better that i had put down to natural aging. Most of all my pain levels have diminished to minor levels, and keep improving. I have my strength and energy back, and I'm working on flexibilty. Great guest! I too hopped on the vegetarian vegan wagon for a few years, probably the worst time for my health. I looked very gray/ashy. Inflammation was off the chart. i started out keto for a few years, switched to carnivore a year ago. No Inflammation, no pains, overall I feel healthy, No brain fog, fatigue is gone. I just turned 69 recently, go to the gym now. Recently I saw a picture of myself from a few years ago when I was on the vegetarian wagon …. To this day I do not believe it was me, the person in that picture looked horrible, Just shocking to me. Im soooo glad I found you Dr Chaffee and the whole carnivore gang
Glad to hear that. I’ve found that meat is cheaper…especially if I cut out all these other things, goodies…bread and so forth. Maaaannn loved this talk… learning a lot… Woooooooooooooooooow.
I thought when I first started carnivore I would hate it. I would always say things like oh I have to have my vegetables. I love color on my plate. I need fruit because it makes me happy happy! Well, I was wrong, after I got through the first four weeks of dumping toxins. I started to feel better than I ever have in my life and I have tried to go back to eating salad, regular foods and I can feel the difference I feel bloated, tired, achy, and knowing what I know now about oxalates I just don’t even wanna go back, the nostalgia of food is wearing off. I am so thankful for the animals. They have given me my life back.

I'm always happy when strict vegans are still willing to change their lifestyle. I only know vegans who attack me personally when I say that I eat a carnivore diet. it's a dilemma. What also strikes me is that vegans quickly become aggressive and have little control over their emotions. Their arguments mostly come from online coaches who swear by those old manipulated studies they once saw. If the monkeys hadn't left their nests after a climate change and moved into the savannahs, there wouldn't be any people like us today. Our ancestors invented hunting tools and learned to use fire to make meat last longer and taste better. I don't know what vegans learned about evolution. there must be a big gap.
They don't learn anything about evolution. They're convinced because they feel bad for the animals. At least I was. And I grew up thinking what you didn't really matter as long as it wasn't fattening, and I was told all the fattening things (besides outright candy) were healthy.
Well said! It's because most vegans live low fat. And carbohydrates is food for the sympathetic nervous system. Fat is important to reduce the cortisol (stresshormone). Many get stuck in the fight/flight mode due to this. Speaking of experience here, I was a vegan (mostly raw) for almost 10 years.
The theory of evolution has never been proven as there is still a missing link. However, human DNA is closer to chimpanzees rather than monkeys. Latest DNA research indicates that we didn't evolve from primates, but rather underwent a genetic mutation.
I had the exact same epiphany about death being part of life. I used to be vegan and vegetarian because I didn’t want to harm any living being but accepting that in this world living beings eat other living beings as a completely natural thing is where the change started for me. Not everyone is willing to change their mind, but I was. And I’m so grateful for it. I’m keto/carnivore since last year November and I can see many improvements, mostly in my mental health but also physical. ! Thanks for sharing your story miss Cecilia ❤

My husband’s Aunt had colon cancer years ago and had part of her colon removed, she’s cancer free, never had to be treated other than partial colon removal. Now she has rheumatoid arthritis, she’s had replacement hip and both knees replaced. She was just diagnosed with Sjögren’s disease. She believes red meat will give her cancer. We’ve mentioned this diet to remove inflammation and she’s completely brainwashed about red meat. So sad. 😢
Removing a body part is NOT healthy EVER. Our Creator didn't create us just to remove body parts. Cancer is caused by many different things. I'd have to ask a myriad of questions to try & pinpoint it, but if she's a vegan, then maybe that's why she got cancer. Toxic cell phone weapons, va.ccines, fake food, huge trauma causes cancer, was she taking any toxic drugs? If you want to see the video I recently uploaded about all the ways the mafia gov'ts stopped doctors from helping people to heal from cancer, reach out.

The pain, plants poisoning our bodies and how we accept the animals die for us so we can live. Carnivore for life🥩💪
I’ve just started. As a strict vegetarian for over a decade ( on compassionate grounds- this is hard to overcome as was part of my identity) I scared of ox dumping as I’m so so unwell as it is, been chowing almonds cashews and spinach like there’s no tomorrow, for years
Same for me too. I deeply empathize with you and hope we can forgive ourselves for how much damage got done to our bodies by past choices. The brainwashing propaganda out there for veg/vegan was so convincing, right? I was also basically lifelong vegetarian until almost 40 yrs old (not 100% strict all the time, then 5 yrs strict raw vegan. :( So much damage from the vegan time especially and tons of oxalates. Thank goodness I woke up to the work of the WAP foundation. Took doing 2 yrs of low oxalate diet before I could even think about going carnivore, and now 3 -4 months on this proper human diet. Getting some major dumping symptoms, difficulty sleeping and all that. Interviews like this one give hope and encouragement to keep going!

Her son, my grandson is diagnosed with autistic symptoms so I tried to suggest he try this diet. It's so sad that others refuse to even consider our diet to heal their bodies. They just continue on their journey of failure. Thanks Cecilia and Dr. Chaffee, I'll try once more to send her this link!
Try giving her the GAAPs protocol book. Specifically to reverse autism. Basically a strict restrictive paleo diet (saved my son) who mentions in her book that some of her patients eat all meat and “do beautifully”. A well-regarded protocol in the autism community. 🙏❤

Veganism 13 years - almost killed me too. Hair fall, joint pain, skinny fat, dark circles, eczema, low energy, mood swings, bloated af- miserable! While I hate harming animals, it’s less harmful eating meat based for the environment and therefore animals over all. Thank you sweet cows for your nourishment 🩷
I am a geologist. I always preferred to eat more meat and dairy than most girls, but I also loved bread, cookies, and ice cream. I did not like eating fatty meat or the skin of chicken or the fat on steak. I never wanted butter on bread. I was in my forties when I had a problem with eating grains . The local grocery store had s huge sale on yogurt. I ate yogurt twice a day for a week instead of bread and cereal and I realized that my face was much thinner and I was not retaining anywhere as much water as I typically did. That is why I changed my diet to only occasionally eat grains as a dessert. I acted on the realization that eating grain was not good for me no matter what the ADA said. That decision might reflect my scientific training to respect evidence. In the last year, I have started the keto diet, reducing the carbs in the vegetables that I continued to eat after mostly eliminating grains to less than 20 grams on most days. My diet is not perfect but I do not look my age and I am far healthier than most women my age.

If it doesn’t digest in human stomach acid, it’s not human appropriate food. Plants don’t digest in the human stomach, but animal foods digest completely by the small intestines. Plants have to ferment in the gut where they cause a myriad of gut issues.

I don't like fancy looking food unless it's a cake, but I love different types of food, & obviously if you are only eating meat, the only thing that can change is the spices. Now I never was veganism strong, I disliked purely green leafy veggies, but nightshades like potatoes, bread, peas, beans... and other vegetables were my favored, because my parents kinda fed me while I was kid and it stayed on later, because of habits but in my twenties had some signs that it is not an ok diet for me, so I started to wonder about food, first I dicovered doc Berg, then doc Ekberg followed, after it was offered by YT doc Gundry who opened my eyes so much about lectins and oxalates and other things, but it wasnt enough, then YT suggested me Ken Berry, I tried his advice and now Chaffee MD completely assured me to stay in the healthiest way there is for humans. My most symptoms are mostly gone by now

@@kathya1956 - wow, & we were taught not to cook them that long (steam) because you kill off the nutrients. I wonder if I can still eat veggies if I cook them long. I'll have to investigate if maybe that kills off the oxolates.

18:30 - Cecelia, you are right on the mark. The principle under which the creation currently functions is “life feeds on death.” For one animal (or human) to live, another animal has to die. As you discovered the hard way, a person ignores that principle at their peril. Thankfulness and facing the reality of it are the remedy. 👍
Cecilia, thank you 🙏 and Dr. Chaffee I am 50 and been off and on on carnivore diet and really love to stick with it but I keep going back to the unhealthy way. But I am starting again after this video. Thank you 🙏
I completely understand what you’re saying. That’s why I keep trying to learn more by following people Dr Chaffee. One day at a time. This is a great interview. Thank you so much Dr Chaffee
@@nzuri5459 - no one has mentioned what we can eat other than beef. And when you say animal fat, where do you get it from? The butchers were I am trim it all off & getting extra must be even harder. Someone said above that if you cook the veggies over days, their grandmothers never had a problem. Has anyone investigated that? I've never been a vegan, but I still love salads & steamed veggies.
So powerful! This makes me hopeful and sad all at the same time. I was a vegetarian for 25 years and my health was always on a steady slow decline and I could not see a way out. I too thought I was doing all the right things. I started eating meat about 6 months ago and immediately started feeling better. I have been slowly moving in the carnivore direction. This video resonated with me in so many ways and I am ready to go carnivore. I think I was still holding on to so many "old" ideas but not sure why. I think it is just hard to break the programming. Thank you for sharing your story and thank you for this channel. I am ready!
Ex vegan here too. It’s humbling re-learning everything you thought you knew. But after 6 years strict whole food (very intentional healthy vegan), NO processed foods, overloading on “superfoods” everyday….my husband and i had a long list of health problems. No weight problems but many many other things. All of those deficiencies and symptoms are gone after 9 months of adding meat back and now we are 2 weeks carnivore and excited to see how good we can feel. We are 35 and feel so lied to, its frustrating 😢
You need to understand why you were lied to, not just that you were. If you want to learn the Truth, reach out. You aren't going to like it, so be prepared emotionally. I'll just say this, they have lied to us about EVERYTHING, not just this.
I went carnivore by circumstances. I was diagnosed with diabetes in December. So I went Keto. Then in April I had a colon resection. After that I couldn't have any fiber. So no vegetables. Since then my psoriasis went away. My receding gums have improved, knee pain has disappeared. I had no hair on my body from the diabetes and it's coming back. I had problems with my ears itching. It felt like they had water in them all the time. That's gone. Finally, my head hair seems to be thickening. I didn't expect any of these benefits!
GREAT INTERVIEW !!! 💥 I've shared it everywhere I can! ALTHOUGH, I grew up in a cold plunge... cold is not an "opportunity" for me, lol... it's a trigger for my Minnesota Winter Weather PTSD 🙃 😊
Smoke meth 😂 oh man it's all true. Everyone of us allows a different level of addiction into our life. We've normalized having a "vice." Food is supposed to be fuel and medicine, not a vice. As always a great interview. I respect the work that you do Dr. Chafee.
Studies aren't needed, real people are your study. All ivy league unis are evil controllwed. The evils started most or all of them. I haven't researched that topic b/c it's not important since I already know 2 that are, so the rest have to be. Even the non ivy league ones are controlled. I had no idea there was such a thing as a University industrial complex until around 2021. Yes it's somewhat good to see studies, but most are fake anyway. The evils control science, that's why mainstream science is all fake. I have a whole playlist on real scientists (unfortunately still very very naive & not awake at all) talking about how they are bullied, defamed, etc. when they speak about REAL science. In fact, I have to upload this scientist I just finished watching about the toxicity of all things wireless, cell phones, laptops, etc. and that interview was from 2014 before the 5G weapon came out. He said his whole family was terrorized. He's Swedish. I have to check if they killed him b/c I want to reach out to him to see how much more awake he hopefully is now. I need REAL scientists (I've been looking for 3 years) to help me with my Truther Activism work. This is also why many low IQ people don't listen to intelligent people unless they have a degree, b/c they aren't intelligent, they are just followers & insecure. Degrees don't make a person intelligent at all. I have a whole article on what it means to be intelligent. The vast majority of people who believed in the lies during the scamdemic were people who had degrees. I'm not saying people without a degree didn't also worship the mafia gov't & whitecoats & participate in the destruction of the Human species, but many degreed people did, & that shocked a lot of people. I wasn't too surprised, but the odd degreed person who didn't believe in the lies & was awake, they were shocked at their peers. I could see they were devastated by that.
Dr. Chaffee, you are a true role model. I'm raising my children to be like you. Thank you so much for your dedication to this extremely important and overlooked topic. I love you bro.
Great conversation! I would have loved to hear more details on how she started her diets, challenges and what she eats in a normal day but mostly she is an inspiration for people who have lost faith in healing.
Yes, no one has said what they eat besides beef & different dishes we can make so it's not so boring. Despite what they said about boring. I'm a foodie so this would be hard for me.
After three weeks of being a carnivore, I feel that my arthritis on my left knee is getting better as before after walking for about 30 minutes, I was having pain and could not walk properly and so I need to take a break and sit on a bench and just yesterday, I continuously walk without a break with now less pain on my knee. Even my temper was somehow got low as I did not get angry when a car just suddenly passed by infront of my car while driving and all I did was just to pressed down on my breaks and did not even think to confront the driver at the stop light and that is really the power of eating just meat which God provided to us as the proper human diet. Thanks God for these carnivore doctors on YT like Dr Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry.😊
Thank you for listening and being part of this conversation. This is how we can spread awarness and brake the myths about meat. The more we talk about it, the morr clear it becomes. 💪🥩🥰
I was never able to put on weight just eating what I liked, first did keto a little and gained some but then I dated this guy who was a steakhouse addict and he took me to eat steak 4/5 times a week, FINALLY Im not underweight anymore I look healthy and familie and friends notice, also hair is thicker skin is bright overall feel powerfull
I went 35 years and never ate red meat thinking I was doing the right thing… I was vegetarian for years.. I didn’t understand why on days I ate what I thought was a perfect vegetarian diet I felt tired the next few days.. I’m going to start a carnivore diet.. I am at an idea weight with no health problems other than feeling tired some days,, plus I was told I’m pre diabetic… my AC1 was 6.1 in January 2024.. so I need to cut out carbs… I love ❤️ listening to Dr Chaffee and getting his history lessons.. I stopped trusting the medical profession and big pharma 20-25 years ago… so understanding how they have been paid off by big pharma makes sense to me… plus learning about 7th day Adventist is fascinating and it all makes sense.. thank you so much.
Oh good, at least you are awake about the pharma mafia & now you know why the evils have been pushing veganism all these years. From what it sounds like, people think they feel ok, but then on meat they feel way better, so one never knows if they are at their optimum level unless they have health symptoms like I do. KILL BILL has been blaming cows on the fake CC for years now & people believe those lies too. SMH
Amazing discussion thank you - these passionate and fulfilling chats certainly make me feel less alone in England !! Bless you Anthony and thank you Cecilia x
Thank you for discussing this life giving topic. It is really important as most doctors are telling their patients to avoid animal protein if they have kidney disease. Sadly, most ppl just listen to their doctor without investigating whether this is the best approach. The body wants to heal. Just give it what it needs and stay out of the way.
So good! I have struggled with sticking with 100% carnivore! My fault totally! I see that through so many testimonies people have healed from Reynolds’s disease, hypothyroidism, inflammation of joints and etc, I need to be strick like she has been to see results
I ate a burger at Loma Linda University once and didn't know why I had a horrible stomach ache from it! Then I found out it was fake meat! I was so mad at this. I eat meat! And no one will ever talk me out of it. That other stuff will kill you!.
Do post-menopausal women need more meat then, to up their testosterone, or is that more to do with upping their fat intake? This has been your best interview to date. I was absolutely hooked. Thank you Dr Chaffee and Cecilia 🙏 🎉
I live in Hawaii and I'm fair-skinned and I don't use sunscreen anymore I don't get sunburned at all even though I go to the beach another interesting thing is mosquitoes don't bite me I used to get swarmed by mosquitoes not anymore
Another inspiring story. It is always interesting to hear the different impacts (of eating and not eating meat) because each journey is different and some of the impacts are unique.
I had such a similar experience. Vegan for 8 years. Long story, but all my health issues are gone now on carnivore. Added bonus, I look at least a decade younger a year in. I didn’t realize it so much until people who hadn’t seen me since jaws dropped. When the current plant based gurus profess that I must just not have done it right, I roll my eyes. B12, k2, krill oil to replace the fish oils…you name it. Didn’t eat processed food, spent a fortune on omega juicers, dehydrators, making bread. What a mess. I spent years and tons of money chasing other causes that must be affecting my health, mold, chemicals etc. well damn, it was what I was eating. For anyone considering carnivore, I will tell you that you may feel bad for awhile. It took me two months to start feeling better and my body did some weird things detoxing all the plants. I gave up the first time, and I’m grateful I found the info on oxalate dumping (that’s what I was experiencing). Agriculture is the worst thing for humans and the animals, if you look into the specifics. Everything dies, including us. Just avoid factory farming if at all possible.
You just shared my exact story. I also was vegan for 8 years, did juicing, sprouting and all sorts of BS. Believed in Freelee the banana girl and eating 30 bananas a day and the whole raw till 4 BS..,, health spiraled out of control thyroid got worse… at some point I could not sustain vegan anymore and started eating everything again… gained A TON of weight and got fat and very depressed THANKFULLY THRN FOUND CARNIVORE at 38! 10 months in and am back down 16kg feel amazing and down to 67kg
So we can't even eat any veggies? Someone above said their grandparents always cooked the veggies for a long time, what if we do that? I've never believed in or wanted to be a vegetarian or vegan, but I love veggies. Rice is no good either? Do you have a list of what we can eat, or is it only beef & that's it? If you have a video of why pork is no good, that would be great. I don't eat pork, but I'm pretty sure it's unhealthy, but I don't have a good video on it. Thanks & I'm glad you are well.
@@OurFreeSociety check out freelee the banan girl... i am on Meat and fruit now and feel best on this. I don´t do any grains or dairy. In winter i will turn to non starchy cooked veggies.... no beans no potatoes...leafy greens, peas, squash, zucchini....meat fruit and veggies is a great combination. it makes me very energetic. more so than carnivore... dairy causes inflammation for me. no matter if it´s raw or pasteurized... i tried both of them. in summer my plates are 1/2 meat 1/2 freit. i don´t have any inflammation or digestive isues... also i eat my meats pretty rare
@@OurFreeSociety it really is individual. Strict carnivore is amazing for those with autoimmune issues. If the gut is damaged, then you develop reactions to foods you should be able to eat. If you don’t have any issues, then keep doing that. Just eliminating seed oils (because they’ve been so processed) and limiting grains helps virtually everyone. Today’s fruits have been picked unripe so the chemistry is different in a bad way. Lots to unpack.
Well I can finally read books again and know what I am reading and I’m not even complete carnivore yet. I’m also not anemic which I was most of my life being either vegetarian or greatly reduced animal protein. Now meats are my staple. I add side salad and a bit of berries and occasional bite of the lesser sweet tropical fruits for crunch and freshness. I found that this slight addition to carnivore eliminated my severe leg cramps too.
Excuse me, but I hate when they just want to give you effing pills for everything!!
@@DebraRN1195 exactly 💯
You did not gain 10 kg eating plenty of fruit and veg .you must have been eating bad carbs
❤good job Momma! 👏
Wowww this is incredible! So glad she trusted in you !
My daughter gets mad if I talk to her about what to eat . 😢
That’s beautiful, so happy for you and her! I talked my 17 yr old daughter into it 3 months ago to help heal her eczema, but she’s getting discouraged because she hasn’t had much success. She’s starting to feel that she’s “depriving” herself for nothing.
Amazing great job convincing her!
This woman tells a very powerful story that needs to be heard by all the young misguided girls.
Congratulations. I am 38 and have been on this WOE for 10 months and dropped 16kg🎉

The pseudo grains are very high in oxalates, there we go … arthritis !!!! Another MD here ❤
Mad x
I have my life back
Real-life stories inspire others. Pleased for you.
So sorry to hear you have been through all of this. It seems like we had the same symptoms and I know how bad it was for you. Happy to know you are better now too! And thank you for sharing your story, we must share for those who are still finding their way ibto this. And this has been very touching to me, specially right now! Our state, here in Brazil, is going through a terrible historic tragedy. We faced floods like never before. We have no electricity or water and I am helping out those in need. I am lucky to live in an apartment and haven't lost furniture. I know people who have lost their whole house. Farms are under water. Cattle has been taken by the waters, humans lives have been lost, kids and pets are missing. Grains are all wet and we don't know how this will effect the food chain in the near future. Please pray for us. We are trying our best to save those in need. This is why I haven't come earlier to like and reply everyone. We will win this. If there is one thing I have learned in carnivore, is things can turn around and be good again! 🙌🙏💪🥩
But if you want to blame the victim, from your safe place, confortable first world, high chair and your latest iphone, go right ahead. Fully agreed! 14 years of veganism ruined my life in so many ways. Im not carnivore, but after re-introducing animal protein, I feel so much better.

That's there plan

The brain stall she mentioned happened to me as a vegetarian. Most people that are carnivore don’t mention this. Oh wow. I was vegetarian for 9 months. At the end of it I had two episodes where I would be just sitting there and next thing I know I'm waking up hours later. Scared me so I went back to meat, experiment over!

By 54 I suddenly lost 11cm in height, and xrays and scans showed severe osteoporosis and 11 fractured vertebrae
I was advised by a wonderful naturopath to go carnivore, which I did although my psyche struggled against me because my life, my training and my work had convinced me I was on the right path with plants.
My follow up scan next month will be interesting- but no matter what the figures say carnivore has given me back my life

I praise God that i came across this podcast,,,now i’m determined to regain health again…

WOW! WOW! GREAT GREAT GREAT!!
Three weeks into carnivore and I am already seeing some changes. Slight changes admittedly, but very encouraging.
Only this morning my hairdresser said that I was looking well and, in fact, the best she has ever seen me!
They're still in the trees where all the fruit is🤣
Yeah vegan brain, no point In Trying to explain, the cannot see the illogic of their arguments.
Had rosacea for few years nothing helped some improvement with GF dairy free fruit free. Eggs helped but not healing fully.

I might put that on a shirt for myself! Amen
I was also vegetarian for almost twenty five years, then three years vegan. Makes me cry how brainwashed I was.
Now carnivore eight months.
I'm oxalate dumping. All of this just hits me hard how plants are trying to kill us!!
I can relate to everything she talked about!

Dear Cecilia,
Just in case you see my response!
I am from Curitiba and lived 42 years in the USA.
Now I am living Mexico for 11 year and Carnivore for 4 years.
All the best and congratulations for your kidney recovery ❤️🩹
I have a daughter n law who has terrible bouts of Candida, happens all the time, I have tried sending her links to all my Carnivore supporters like Dr. Chaffee but to my sad knowledge she has never listened.
Continue on your way, not needing to mention your diet but rather letting the results of your good health show. Cant help people who dont want help. People dont want to be pushed/ told what to do. They want to decide for themselves. Just do what you like and let your good health tell the story
Cecilia is another healthy glowing meat eater.
Thank you for taking your time to write and being kind with your words! This has been very touching to me, specially right now! 🙌🙏💪🥩
@@clberlim1 so sorry to read of your country's crisis, how are you and your community faring now? Wishing you all the very best from Perth, Australia 🙏
Working my way toward Carnivore now. Removing Lectins, Oxylates and lowering Purines in my diet have stopped urinary incontinence (from oxylate crystals building up in the bladder), horrible rashes gone after removing my favorite lectin foods (squashes, bell peppers, beans and cucumbers) and now gone are most purines after a gout attack. Right now I’m still having lettuces, celery, cabbage, avocado, coconut oil, eggs, coconut flour, heavy cream, cottage cheese, butter, avocado oil, greek yogurt and cheeses, and turkey, chicken, fish. Had allergies to red meat from tick bite but just was able to add in beef without a reaction. Higher protein - 125 grams a day is causing nausea but I hear it will pass.
Thanks so much to both of you for sharing everything. I am so excited about my future again.
I've noticed a decrease in my urinary incontinence since changing my diet as well
Me too, at 55 years young!
Wow I have been wondering about Doc Gundry for so long. TY guys for clearing that up. 10th month carnivore and doing great at 77.💪😁👌
So happy for you that you found your health back. I tried veganism too, worst thing i could do to myself, but lesson learned. Now 8 years carnivore/keto ❤
Love to see Dr Chaffee light and smile when he hears positive results from Carnivore diet!
If it doesn’t digest in human stomach acid, it’s not human appropriate food. Plants don’t digest in the human stomach, but animal foods digest completely by the small intestines. Plants have to ferment in the gut where they cause a myriad of gut issues.
Do you have a video on this?
Thanks

@@marianking1379 - the biggest issue is getting away from all of the deicious sounding & looking foods. And the taste of course.
Now that you say that & based on what was said in the video, I'm sure this will be the biggest challenge & why the evils created cooking shows.
I'm a foodie. I don't like fancy looking food unless it's a cake, but I love different types of food, & obviously if you are only eating meat, the only thing that can change is the spices.
Like I'm eating 2 different types of meat dishes I buy from a small restaurant, but the put some veggies in them.
Cutting out rice will be hard for me.
I'm sorry you are feeling sick.
My most symptoms are mostly gone by now
Glad I caught this at this time. Been eating whole food plant based for a few years now. Lost weight and thought things were going well. Then, things spiraled down and felt terrible. I can’t believe how things are picking up on the Carnivore scene. She has the exact same experience as me everyone’s coming out of the woodwork. This is going to explode!
My girlfriend from Kenya eats vegetables but she always cooks them for a long time and she rarely eats raw vegetables, this is something she has learned from her tradition way back in time.
My Greek mother cooked vegetables for hours.

I am ready!
I relate to her so much. I’m 7 weeks carnivore and feel so much better.
Thank you Dr Chaffee for saving so many lives with the informations that u shared.
Chaffee is such a stud
GREAT INTERVIEW !!!
💥 I've shared it everywhere I can!
ALTHOUGH, I grew up in a cold plunge... cold is not an "opportunity" for me, lol... it's a trigger for my Minnesota Winter Weather PTSD 🙃 😊
Smoke meth 😂 oh man it's all true. Everyone of us allows a different level of addiction into our life. We've normalized having a "vice." Food is supposed to be fuel and medicine, not a vice. As always a great interview. I respect the work that you do Dr. Chafee.
This is the first I heard about the Harvard Carnivore study she was part of in 2021. Where's that study?
Dr David Ludwig did that study
Thank you for being humble … your story will save lives …
This was very good. Another aha oh yes for carnivore diet. ❤

SMH

This is such a great information!

Thank you Cecilia for sharing your experience!
awwwwwww Anthomy how lovely is she, bring her on again,,,learnt a lot from you tonight

Rice is no good either?
Do you have a list of what we can eat, or is it only beef & that's it?
If you have a video of why pork is no good, that would be great. I don't eat pork, but I'm pretty sure it's unhealthy, but I don't have a good video on it.
Thanks & I'm glad you are well.
@@johannaj2009 - Wow, NEVER heard of this banana thing LOL
I'm glad you got on track.
Excellent Cecilia
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I really appreciate it. 🙏
