After my hysterectomy I gained 10kg in 10 months, eating what i ate before (vegetarian). My GP told me thats normal with menopause. I asked what if this happens every year for the rest of my life. She said 'we can give you some meds for that.' I walked out, never went back to her again... took control of my health. Dr Chaffee thank you so much for your Light 🎉🎉

They can do a lot of things: they can give you meds with adverse side effects, they can cut off your stomach and now they can even put a liner in your small intestine.
The simpler way would be to adopt a proper human diet based on meat but I guess they won't make a lot of money by sending you to the butcher.

@janeslater8004 Not at all. I had thyroid issues. Obviously, it had to do with hormonal imbalances after a surgically induced hysterectomy - if the doctor had just taken the time to investigate. I'm a nutritionist and a personal trainer. I've never eaten junk food or processed foods. I'd been doing clean Keto for years prior. .. As I said previously, I gained that weight with no changes to my diet. The doctor just wasn't interested in investigating - just wanted to medicate. Adding protein and fat, then changing from running and high-cardi, to alternating between HIIT, walking, pilates, Yoga, and resistance training, I have my health and healthy weight back. I average between 54kg and 57kg again, which is my normal weight. My BMI averages 20 - 22.
My point is that when you ask your GP for help, they should do tests and investigate WHY there's a change. Medicine has its place for sure. But not for the sake of it. It becomes our responsibility to take care of our health... and that is what I chose to do.

I see the difference in my teenage daughter, after having a looooooong chat with her and her seeing myself going from pretty chubby to shredded and being healthy again after I had severe back problems, she agreed to try canivor three month ago , she also gets two drops lugolsche iodine, the change in her is amazing.
Gone are the teenage mood swings and pimples, she top of her class now, sports wise very good results as well.
All of that after just 3 month .
Yesterday she came crying bc she was so happy that I convinced her to try carnivore. (despite all her friends telling her otherwise).
The change in her after only three are just amazing.

I am MD- pulmonologist, living and working in Czech republic, just a few weeks on carnivore diet, fortunately coming from a family prioritizing meat and dairy, which is quite common here in middle Europe. I was forced to change my diet due to celiac disease, and after two years of using pseudograins to replace wheat ( buckwheat , almond flour !) I have developed arthritis of my right shoulder, refused arthroscopy as " the only solution" and started my own way of healing without GUIDELINES. Folks, be sure , that even being a doctor, even I am pulmonologist, I talk about nutrition with each patient....I have been teaching them about low carb ,keto diet long before I have discovered carnivore diet , but system has changed people so they look for quick and easy solutions( pills...), not every patient is interested in radical change of diet...

      @camwhitman5425 5 месяцев назад

Yeah those pseudograins are worse than wheat because of the high oxalate content. Arthritis is caused by oxalates, as well as gout. Doctors prescribe more of the same to make arthritis and gout sufferers patients for life. Meat actually heals arthritis and gout, by attempting to remove them from the body. This is why red meat is associated with gout flareups. Get rid of the plants and eat the red meat and it will heal.

@@fenixnew1790 ~Very good report you have. I use a type of Ezekiel ‘sprouted wheat bread’ from Silver Hills Bakery. Look up:: ‘Ezekiel bread’ which is made with no flour, only sprouted grains. It should always be kept frozen in the freezer and lightly toasted in the toaster to give it a resistant starch so it will prevent glucose from turning to fat in the liver and also prevent the spiking of insulin.

I followed All of the advice.. stay away from red meat, low fat, lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lots of cardio…. This advice ruined my health! Going to doctors for help proved to be worthless and harmful. I took my health and search for answers into my own hands. And thank you for sharing your story, we must share for those who are still finding their way ibto this. And this has been very touching to me, specially right now! Our state, here in Brazil, is going through a terrible historic tragedy. We faced floods like never before. We have no electricity or water and I am helping out those in need. I am lucky to live in an apartment and haven't lost furniture. I know people who have lost their whole house. Farms are under water. Cattle has been taken by the waters, humans lives have been lost, kids and pets are missing. Grains are all wet and we don't know how this will effect the food chain in the near future. Please pray for us. We are trying our best to save those in need. This is why I haven't come earlier to like and reply everyone. We will win this. Not a nice comment Jane. For my carnivore friends- I wish for you the healing that I have finally found by eliminating plants and prioritizing red meat. To add to my story, I have been gluten free for 18 years, dairy free for 16 years, grain free for 12 years, soy free for 18 years, legume free for 12 years, sugar free for 18 years, caffeine free for 18 years, alcohol consumption was always minimal but none for the last 3 years. I have always prioritized sleep and actively keep stress managed. As you can see, I have been on a journey to regain my health even with the sad information that doctors kept telling me that autoimmune only gets worse, never cured. When I decided to go carnivore, the only foods left to eliminate were fruits and vegetables, processed foods were already out of my diet for several years. Oxalates, lectins etc were destroying my health. I have now healed and I am thriving in a way that I never thought was possible. I have a wonderful life now. 36:16

My daughter and her family are vegan. My son in law and her keep telling me this is what the heart doctor at the hospital he works at put ALL heart patients on, and that meat will clog your arteries. So I tried it for two weeks. I was so sick, lethargic, almost fell asleep at the wheel while driving. I put on at least 10 pounds because I was so hungry. I just could do it. I have 7 grand children, and the older children now going into double digits are refusing to eat a vegan diet.
My daughter herself told me that she was craving meat and told me that if she ate one bite of meat she would never go back to veganism. She is trying to lower her cholesterol, but it is natural for people, especially women, to have cholesterol. Her and her husband as well as most of the grand children were not raised as vegans. We ate normal, meat, vegies, fruit, dairy and limiting sugary and processed foods.
I myself am very confused on the cholesterol business. One heart doctor says eat a normal balanced diet, the other says go vegan. I believe if you are craving certain things then you just may be low on that vitamin or mineral in your diet. Unfortunately when they do blood test they don't test for every vitamin and mineral you might be deficient in.

I was healthier than all my school mates, and through into my 20s, 30s and 40s I hardly ever even had a cold.
I thought I was doing the best I could. I've made all my good choices based on what I thought was healthy.
That all worked perfectly, or so I thought.
It wasn't until after I turned 50 that the cracks started to show.
By 53 pain started. By 54 pain was intense and unstoppable. By 54 I suddenly lost 11cm in height, and xrays and scans showed severe osteoporosis and 11 fractured vertebrae
I was advised by a wonderful naturopath to go carnivore, which I did although my psyche struggled against me because my life, my training and my work had convinced me I was on the right path with plants.
Next month I reach my first year complete on carnivore.
I can't see myself going back. And now that I'm at the point I notice all sorts of things getting better that i had put down to natural aging.
Most of all my pain levels have diminished to minor levels, and keep improving. I have my strength and energy back, and I'm working on flexibilty. My follow up scan next month will be interesting- but no matter what the figures say carnivore has given me back my life

I'm always happy when strict vegans are still willing to change their lifestyle. I only know vegans who attack me personally when I say that I eat a carnivore diet. it's a dilemma. What also strikes me is that vegans quickly become aggressive and have little control over their emotions. Their arguments mostly come from online coaches who swear by those old manipulated studies they once saw. If the monkeys hadn't left their nests after a climate change and moved into the savannahs, there wouldn't be any people like us today. Our ancestors invented hunting tools and learned to use fire to make meat last longer and taste better. I don't know what vegans learned about evolution. there must be a big gap.

    • @KellyNora-p8q
      @KellyNora-p8q 5 месяцев назад

They don't learn anything about evolution. They're convinced because they feel bad for the animals. At least I was. And I grew up thinking what you didn't really matter as long as it wasn't fattening, and I was told all the fattening things (besides outright candy) were healthy.

Well said! It's because most vegans live low fat. And carbohydrates is food for the sympathetic nervous system. Fat is important to reduce the cortisol (stresshormone). Many get stuck in the fight/flight mode due to this. Speaking of experience here, I was a vegan (mostly raw) for almost 10 years.

The theory of evolution has never been proven as there is still a missing link. However, human DNA is closer to chimpanzees rather than monkeys. Latest DNA research indicates that we didn't evolve from primates, but rather underwent a genetic mutation.

I had the exact same epiphany about death being part of life.
I used to be vegan and vegetarian because I didn’t want to harm any living being but accepting that in this world living beings eat other living beings as a completely natural thing is where the change started for me. Not everyone is willing to change their mind, but I was. And I’m so grateful for it. I’m keto/carnivore since last year November and I can see many improvements, mostly in my mental health but also physical.

Now she has rheumatoid arthritis, she’s had replacement hip and both knees replaced. She was just diagnosed with Sjögren’s disease. She believes red meat will give her cancer. Removing a body part is NOT healthy EVER. Our Creator didn't create us just to remove body parts.
Cancer is caused by many different things. I'd have to ask a myriad of questions to try & pinpoint it, but if she's a vegan, then maybe that's why she got cancer.
Toxic cell phone weapons, va.ccines, fake food, huge trauma causes cancer, was she taking any toxic drugs?

I am a geologist. I always preferred to eat more meat and dairy than most girls, but I also loved bread, cookies, and ice cream. I did not like eating fatty meat or the skin of chicken or the fat on steak. I never wanted butter on bread. I was in my forties when I had a problem with eating grains . The local grocery store had s huge sale on yogurt. I ate yogurt twice a day for a week instead of bread and cereal and I realized that my face was much thinner and I was not retaining anywhere as much water as I typically did. That is why I changed my diet to only occasionally eat grains as a dessert. I acted on the realization that eating grain was not good for me no matter what the ADA said. That decision might reflect my scientific training to respect evidence. In the last year, I have started the keto diet, reducing the carbs in the vegetables that I continued to eat after mostly eliminating grains to less than 20 grams on most days. My diet is not perfect but I do not look my age and I am far healthier than most women my age.

Working my way toward Carnivore now. Removing Lectins, Oxylates and lowering Purines in my diet have stopped urinary incontinence (from oxylate crystals building up in the bladder), horrible rashes gone after removing my favorite lectin foods (squashes, bell peppers, beans and cucumbers) and now gone are most purines after a gout attack. Right now I’m still having lettuces, celery, cabbage, avocado, coconut oil, eggs, coconut flour, heavy cream, cottage cheese, butter, avocado oil, greek yogurt and cheeses, and turkey, chicken, fish. Had allergies to red meat from tick bite but just was able to add in beef without a reaction. Higher protein - 125 grams a day is causing nausea but I hear it will pass.

Studies aren't needed, real people are your study. All ivy league unis are evil controllwed. The evils started most or all of them. I haven't researched that topic b/c it's not important since I already know 2 that are, so the rest have to be. Even the non ivy league ones are controlled. I had no idea there was such a thing as a University industrial complex until around 2021.
Yes it's somewhat good to see studies, but most are fake anyway. The evils control science, that's why mainstream science is all fake. I have a whole playlist on real scientists (unfortunately still very very naive & not awake at all) talking about how they are bullied, defamed, etc. when they speak about REAL science.
In fact, I have to upload this scientist I just finished watching about the toxicity of all things wireless, cell phones, laptops, etc. and that interview was from 2014 before the 5G weapon came out. He said his whole family was terrorized. He's Swedish. I have to check if they killed him b/c I want to reach out to him to see how much more awake he hopefully is now.
I need REAL scientists (I've been looking for 3 years) to help me with my Truther Activism work.
This is also why many low IQ people don't listen to intelligent people unless they have a degree, b/c they aren't intelligent, they are just followers & insecure. Degrees don't make a person intelligent at all. I have a whole article on what it means to be intelligent.
The vast majority of people who believed in the lies during the scamdemic were people who had degrees.
I'm not saying people without a degree didn't also worship the mafia gov't & whitecoats & participate in the destruction of the Human species, but many degreed people did, & that shocked a lot of people. I wasn't too surprised, but the odd degreed person who didn't believe in the lies & was awake, they were shocked at their peers. I could see they were devastated by that.

After three weeks of being a carnivore, I feel that my arthritis on my left knee is getting better as before after walking for about 30 minutes, I was having pain and could not walk properly and so I need to take a break and sit on a bench and just yesterday, I continuously walk without a break with now less pain on my knee. Even my temper was somehow got low as I did not get angry when a car just suddenly passed by infront of my car while driving and all I did was just to pressed down on my breaks and did not even think to confront the driver at the stop light and that is really the power of eating just meat which God provided to us as the proper human diet. Thanks God for these carnivore doctors on YT like Dr Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry.😊

I went 35 years and never ate red meat thinking I was doing the right thing… I was vegetarian for years.. I didn’t understand why on days I ate what I thought was a perfect vegetarian diet I felt tired the next few days.. I’m going to start a carnivore diet.. I am at an idea weight with no health problems other than feeling tired some days,, plus I was told I’m pre diabetic… my AC1 was 6.1 in January 2024.. so I need to cut out carbs… I love ❤️ listening to Dr Chaffee and getting his history lessons.. I stopped trusting the medical profession and big pharma 20-25 years ago… so understanding how they have been paid off by big pharma makes sense to me… plus learning about 7th day Adventist is fascinating and it all makes sense.. thank you so much.

Oh good, at least you are awake about the pharma mafia & now you know why the evils have been pushing veganism all these years.
From what it sounds like, people think they feel ok, but then on meat they feel way better, so one never knows if they are at their optimum level unless they have health symptoms like I do.
KILL BILL has been blaming cows on the fake CC for years now & people believe those lies too. SMH

Thank you for discussing this life giving topic. It is really important as most doctors are telling their patients to avoid animal protein if they have kidney disease. Sadly, most ppl just listen to their doctor without investigating whether this is the best approach. The body wants to heal. Just give it what it needs and stay out of the way.

I had such a similar experience. Vegan for 8 years. Long story, but all my health issues are gone now on carnivore. Added bonus, I look at least a decade younger a year in. I didn’t realize it so much until people who hadn’t seen me since jaws dropped.
When the current plant based gurus profess that I must just not have done it right, I roll my eyes. B12, k2, krill oil to replace the fish oils…you name it. Didn’t eat processed food, spent a fortune on omega juicers, dehydrators, making bread. What a mess. I spent years and tons of money chasing other causes that must be affecting my health, mold, chemicals etc. well damn, it was what I was eating.
For anyone considering carnivore, I will tell you that you may feel bad for awhile. It took me two months to start feeling better and my body did some weird things detoxing all the plants. I gave up the first time, and I’m grateful I found the info on oxalate dumping (that’s what I was experiencing).
Agriculture is the worst thing for humans and the animals, if you look into the specifics. Everything dies, including us. Just avoid factory farming if at all possible.

So we can't even eat any veggies?
Someone above said their grandparents always cooked the veggies for a long time, what if we do that?
I've never believed in or wanted to be a vegetarian or vegan, but I love veggies.
      Rice is no good either?
Do you have a list of what we can eat, or is it only beef & that's it?
If you have a video of why pork is no good, that would be great. I don't eat pork, but I'm pretty sure it's unhealthy, but I don't have a good video on it.
Thanks & I'm glad you are well.

@@OurFreeSociety check out freelee the banan girl... i am on Meat and fruit now and feel best on this. I don´t do any grains or dairy. In winter i will turn to non starchy cooked veggies.... no beans no potatoes...leafy greens, peas, squash, zucchini....meat fruit and veggies is a great combination. it makes me very energetic. more so than carnivore... dairy causes inflammation for me. no matter if it´s raw or pasteurized... i tried both of them. in summer my plates are 1/2 meat 1/2 freit. i don´t have any inflammation or digestive isues... also i eat my meats pretty rare

@@OurFreeSociety it really is individual. Strict carnivore is amazing for those with autoimmune issues. If the gut is damaged, then you develop reactions to foods you should be able to eat. If you don’t have any issues, then keep doing that. Just eliminating seed oils (because they’ve been so processed) and limiting grains helps virtually everyone.
Today’s fruits have been picked unripe so the chemistry is different in a bad way. Lots to unpack.

Well I can finally read books again and know what I am reading and I’m not even complete carnivore yet. I’m also not anemic which I was most of my life being either vegetarian or greatly reduced animal protein. Now meats are my staple. I add side salad and a bit of berries and occasional bite of the lesser sweet tropical fruits for crunch and freshness. I found that this slight addition to carnivore eliminated my severe leg cramps too.
