Awesome for me to hear the testimony and their living on rivers. Very few people support my wanting to remain on our riverfront acreage after my husband passed last year; the hardships are worth the emotional, mental and spiritual benefit. In response to my decision “remain and maintain” my home at 71, their enabling that in any way is non-existent. Cannot afford to pay for help, but adjusting to the physical labor. Unfortunately, I already encountered some injuries that our slowly healing; still, didn’t rally any troops, so I have become much more dependent on God instead of others. I am super grateful for two younger men from church who have reached out a few times. Thanks be to God I had started with “Dr Berg Healthy Keto” the year before my husband’s passing and shortly after graduated to Carnivore and can hopefully keep my thyroid and metabolic health functioning. The “Good Life” may not be easier, but better.

My 86 year old mother is an SDA and she’s been a vegetarian her entire adult life. She was an RN and my dad was an orthopedic surgeon, both trained at SDA medical schools. Last week she made the comment that her vegetarian friends aren’t any healthier than her non-vegetarian friends. She has heart problems and her vegan neighbors both have had strokes along with many of her SDA vegetarian/vegan friends are having major health problems. I told her vegetarianism wasn’t the health solution she thought it was 20 years ago when my diabetic vegetarian dad had a massive stroke and died but she said I was wrong. Then my vegetarian brother had a quadruple heart bypass surgery at 58 followed by a major stroke and now lives in a nursing home. My grandmother, her mother, had Alzheimer’s for 8 years before she died of CHF at 89.
She has started using real butter again instead of margarine and she ate a steak with me last week. It’s been a slow realization that her lifelong “healthy” eating and daily exercise regimen didn’t give her, or anyone else, the results they were promised.
Covid also opened her eyes since she took all of the jabs and boosters and then caught Covid from another vaccinated acquaintance and nearly died. I took care of her and I never took the jabs and I didn’t catch it. At 86 years, she’s finally questioning what she was taught and promoted her entire life.

Yes, people have been so brainwashed. Heart patients are put on low proteiner high plant oil/vegetarian diets...its crazy. Ive struggled healthwise all my life, but since 2017 its been down hill, and that is when i tried veganism to heal my body. Then i tried keto..and I took all these supplements. It was poison to my body. Im not 100% carnivore as I just cant eat zero sauces or spices... But I dont eat much vegetables or fruits, only a tiny amount of the low oxalate ones.

I’ve lost around 500 lbs following a strict carnivore diet. It was difficult to eat the fat to start as my goal was to lose weight. I couldn’t get past the mindset that fat makes you fat! But I eventually let that go. I was craving fat so introduced a little butter or tallow. I primed and within days my hair loss stopped. The joint pain I had from carrying all the excess weight improved. Some days I crave fat, other days I don’t. 2 year carnivore and i listen to my body now and feed it when and what it wants. I an no longer scared or the fat. The scale continues to drop eating fat, and I am feeling so much better for it! Thanks for this video!

Hi Dr AC and Dr EB ..
.Maggie here from Alberta ,Canada .
WHAT A GREAT PODCAST!! Not only did you touch on MANY of the hormonal concerns people have and address the massive increase in NCDs , degenerative metabolic diseases, autoimmune
disorders , and chronic skeletal and digestive issues but you even ventured into the psychological warfare and propagandizing initiated and backed up by certain types of individuals and cultures with agendas which I believe have developed over a very long time , a sadistically elitist , inhumane and cavalier direction , totally devoid of any forethought or concern of what is to become of our species even in the very near future., let alone their OWN kin who will have to exist in an impossibly decayed society.
We are dependant on two assets.. OUR LAND AND our CHILDREN !! ......
MODERN AGRICULTURE HAS FOCUSED ON PEOPLE-FOOD CROPS GROWN ON MINED STERILE SOILS , and CITIES ARE SPREADING OUT at an alarming rate OVER ARABLE LANDS (INSTEAD OF UPWARDS , WHICH WOULD MAKE COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPORTATION EASIER AND greener and CHEAPER.)
AND RAISING OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS ON INAPPROPRIATE FOOD AND NUTRITION TO THE POINT THAT A HUGE PROPORTION OF THEM ARE ALREADY SUFFERING MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS FROM CHILDHOOD UP (even THEIR OWN children) ..Canadian statistics.. ( research this!! the numbers are there!) 35 % of all Canadian high school graduates, have had (and most still have) prescription medications for anything from psychological depression, suicidality, chronic ailments from RA to skin problems to ulcers, full line up of metabolic diseases including Diabetes 1&2, " Spectrum Disorders " ( that's the latest coined expression requiring therapy and/or medication )
These public media podcasts that you regularly put out and the books, seminars and lectures on this one topic of proper nutrition for a species proven beyond doubt to thrive , heal faster from injury and disease, and live longer happier and more productive lives on a carnivore diet, are the only hope we have to change the status quo .
Thankyou BOTH.. and thanks Anthony for your philosophical "take" on the whys and wherefores of what the hell is driving these agendas in these people . We ALL feel this exact frustration and NONE of it make sense . We wonder.. Do these self serving elitists really want to live in the world they are creating?? Or want their children and grandchildren to end up in that Hell on Earth ??
It helps to have that put into words .. This change must come from the bottom up . The top of the human pyramid is hopelessly LOST in their isolated ivory towers of corruption , fraud, lies and collusion..
Whatever gives you both the strength and determination to keep going , I thank my God for it . People are LISTENING. They are taking heart and hope from you, healing themselves through diet and lifestyle changes , and learning to LIVE AGAIN.
This is a beautiful planet and YES WE DO BELONG HERE . I am 83 and have a long way to go and many things yet to learn.. but I know these things ..LIFE just gets better and better when you are healthy and strong . ❤ Cheers and love , Maggie

They wanted to go in and thin out the lining and get rid of the polyps, apparently I had many. They put me on bio identical progesterone to keep my uterine lining from thickening up again (could lead to cancer). Just found out that there peanut and soy in my so called “bio identical” progesterone. So tired of all these fillers in things that are supposed to help you. I’m estrogen dominant and the last thing I need is soy.

I have to post this here as I feel strongly as to why iodine deficiency has become a world problem. I agree that natural iodine is depleted from our soils, but I firmly believe that this push of humans consume large quantities of cruciferous veggies is really harming human health and has drastically caused this excessive high rate of iodine deficiencies! Everyone is told eat lots of cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, brussel sprouts to name common ones- but google cruciferous veggies as there are at least 30 of them), but cruciferous veggies block the absorption of natural iodine found in foods! Everyone is told cruciferous veggies prevent cancer, but that is NOT true! Every time I ask people who have any form of cancer, fibrocystic breast masses, polyps on their gender internal organs, cysts on their internal gender organs, PCOS, hormones issues, nodules on thyroids, I ask them, “do you eat cruciferous veggies” and they all say “YES!” I have done this so many times in comment sections with carnivore interviews and they all say yes!
Cruciferous veggies should be banned or have a large warning label on them that they damage the thyroid, cause cancer, and all the other issues listed above!
Before I switched to carnivore, I ate broccoli daily for 6 years with half a chicken skinless breast, and a little of whole wheat noodles. In those 6 years I had a build up of fibrocystic masses in my chest. Then I started getting huge very painful cysts with one as large as 2” x 1”, and many smaller ones around 1”x1”. I became fed up with docs saying about breast cysts and fibrocystic breast masses , “it is normal,” “nothing you can do,” “we don’t know why it happens,” “diet does not cause it,” “it can turn into cancer,” “it is a disease that may not turn into cancer,” “you can’t reverse it,” “eat more plants,” “saturated fats makes it worse,”. ALL NOT true!
I started researching on my own and found out fibrocystic breast masses swell and occur due to seeking for natural iodine in the body. All organs need it! Cruciferous veggies block absorption of iodine!! Saturated fats are VERY GOOD for the human body and helps heal all on carnivore diet and avoid plants! I jumped right into carnivore with zero plants and sure enough my fibrocystic masses started shrinking. I added a drop of Lugal’s iodine 2% or 5% to a glass of water at the start to help build up my iodine deficiency as well.
I am now 1 year 6 months into carnivore and all my cysts have been gone, and I barely have any fibrocystic masses anymore. All shrank and almost all gone. Everyone that replies to me saying they had fibrocystic breast issues they all said they ate cruciferous veggies too because we are told to by docs!!! But the fact that people with any cancer also have been eating cruciferous veggies isn’t good and red flag that cruciferous veggies are causing all this due to blocking iodine!
And broccoli alone has over 100 natural toxins in it alone, besides it blocking iodine! Avoid! Avoid all plants to be honest!
Look up cruciferous veggies as there are at least 30 of them! Google it to see!
Stay away from cruciferous veggies! Docs, please stop telling people they are good for us! That’s my rant on that topic! Say “no” to cruciferous veggies! Go carnivore! I am carnivore for life!

    • @Valoric
      @Valoric 5 месяцев назад +12

Agreed with that. I wonder if taking extra iodine helps overcome the iodine blocking of stuff like broccoli. Or that broccoli fundamentally makes organs malfunction even in the presence of abundant iodine. Like two drops of lugols 15%.
I’m not confident enough to take lugols 2% (6%) directly, so I’ve been putting a single drop on my skin. When I started I’d get thyroid discomfort same day. So I had to build up very slowly by putting a smaller drop on my heel instead of my wrist.
I’ve found the less of things like soy, broccoli, cauliflower and weetbix I eat, the less thyroid discomfort I get taking iodine. It’s hard to avoid these foods because doctors have more authority regarding this matter to my parents than me.

@@No_Frills_Carnivore one drop of lugols 2% on your wrist is about 150-300mcg of absorbed iodine. Very safe amount to begin with. It’s what I’ve done. I am completely intolerant to drinking any titrated amount due to symptoms. It’s okay on the skin for now.
people who can’t even tolerate it on the wrist should put on their heel. Thicker skin, slower safer absorption.

I swallow the iodine water and so long as I don’t breathe and just put in a bee bite of food, I hardly taste anything and what I do I don’t mind. I definitely do it with eating though. I think that small amount of water with eating is just fine. Hope this helps.

[7] And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat. [8] But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth. [9] But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
Here Peter, who practiced abstaining from eating certain meats like pork was told by the Lord to rise and eat. He was hesitant to do so because he, too, was having problems with it. This vision was two fold. On one side, as a jew he was bound by the old law of eating only what they deemed clean meat, but now entering into the new covenant God made all things clean because on the flip side the Lord opened the door to the Gentiles (non-jews) to His kingdom and covenant thru the new covenant by a Jesus Christ. The Gentiles ate everything, especially meats that the Jews considered unclean. So, the Lord was telling Peter that he made not only the Gentiles clean thru the new covenant, but also the meat that they ate..... So, eat up my friend and be blessed. Just pray and give thanks!

I mean no disrespect, as she does look great, but most of it is lighting. There have been pics of her where she looks her age. The majority of people on RUclips use lighting to make themselves look better/younger. Nothing wrong with that, but we, as a society, have no idea what real people look like anymore, between just lighting and then all the procedures other people have done.

Crisco was also used for soap manufacturing quite a bit. And for lighting. That's why there's a little flame above the i in Crisco, it was commonly used as a lamp oil. Apparently you can still just stick a wick into a tub of Crisco and use it as a candle.
Totally unsuited for human consumption, though.

I started a ketovore diet about 3 years before menopause and had none of the symptoms that I read about. I also started walking outside in the sun without sunscreen, knowing that the sun must be good for more than just vitamin D (humans have been in the sun since, well, forever - if it was so bad, how did we evolve and survive?). Now, I'm learning more about quantum Biology and realizing how very important light is in our health and energy production.

Great talk. Thank you guys! Love this way of eating! I’ve been doing all meat, butter, eggs for over 2years now. Recently I got my saline breast implants out 8 months ago now. Turns out the silicone shell of all implants off-gas over 40 chemicals into the system constantly and a silicone bleed constantly happens from the time they are put in. All implants have a black box warning now for about 3-4yrs. Anyway until I removed them along with the toxic scar tissue that warps around them covered in chemicals- until I removed all that this animal diet I was eating wasn’t helping like it should have. It was good but no miracle. So for women with implants depending on how long you’ve had your implants and how long you’ve been having issues this diet might not be the ultimate cure until you remove those implants and scar tissue. It’s a shame I thought they made a “safe” version of implants and believed the hype. I didn’t sign a warning paper in 2010 about them except they can rupture and the risks of going under anesthesia. If you’ve gotten implants in the last four years, you have signed this for page blackbox warning. ⚠️ I’m so glad they have had to put this out there now I would’ve never got them if I would’ve had to sign something like that. Toxicity/Toxins in the body it’s all about when it catches up with you and you no longer can get rid of it every day quickly

I am 71 and female and have been keto for a year, off and on. No vegys but sweets with sweeteners (no sugar) and coffee with cream. My problem is over the last month or so I have noticed a change in my skin. It has become wrinkly and dry. (especially on my arms). This is new for me and I don't know what is causing it all of a sudden. I've been drinking a lot of coffee, like every day and I have never done that until recently. I eat probably 1/2 cup butter every day on my food so I get enough fat. I also eat at least 1 pound of meat a day. (I believe coffee is addicting! It seems the more you drink it, the more you crave it.) Also, my hair has started falling out, by the handfuls. My hair used to be so thick and healthy and now it is almost gone. Hair loss does not run in my family, even with the men. I have no gallbladder as I foolishly had it removed 30 years ago. Could that have something to do with it? It’s almost certainly because you are not eating enough protein. You are losing muscle, if the area around your biceps is wrinkly when you look at the bicep when you lean forward and your arms are hanging. This is a classic indicator of lean muscle loss. Increase your protein and start weight training to stop the muscle loss and start gaining!

I think these are all great suggestions, and have personal experience with oxilate dumping and it sucks, but here's one more. When you start a major life change, like major diet shift, you can put your body into an almost shock and that can cause your hair to fall out. Just make sure your protein is at least 80g at day and push through. If you look up Jenny Mitich she talks about having hair loss and what her research showed to be her problem after her Dr's put it down to long covid.

Excellent interview that I’ve been waiting and hoping for! Thank you both! Also, I loved that you brought up the biblical references. I am a Christian and I feel there are answers in the Bible that explain why and how we are carnivores and how the time line and creation of evolution or otherwise may be. Our biology right now does not lie, and I also don’t believe that makes biblical scripture inaccurate. I’d love to hear someone who truly is learned in the Bible, customs, backgrounds, meanings, etc that that sees we truly are optimal as carnivores explain how the biblical account and evolution and how we became carnivores are one and the same on your podcast. That would be huge and would reach many more people, I believe. Because Jesus broke bread and turned water into wine, many Christians stay away from a carnivore diet. I don’t think they are opposing. It doesn’t make sense if we have the biological design that we have and we believe God is a good God that would have us eat what wouldn’t give us the fullest life and without any explanation. I think both are somehow true and there is something we or perhaps most of us do not understand.

God told Noah and other people after the flood to eat meat. Jesus ate fish. The Jews ate lamb and all kinds of ruminants. Fruit is mentioned and bread with oil, which would have been very different from what people eat now. Biblically we know that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness, and I think there is no physical health without animal death either.

Read Genesis …Where God tells Noah after the flood that animals were now our meat…where as God had originally called plants our meat. Seems like the flood changed things…

I am a born again Christian and I truly believe that probably up until the last 75 years or so that plants and produce were not harmful to us. If you look at how they currently harvest the produce with chemicals and they have changed the DNA of the produce with gmo's etc... I feel as though it is no longer what God originally has created for us to eat (along with meat) and that's why it's making us sick
