If I can give a little tip for you. Go slow. Take a couple of weeks to switch your billions of cells energy source. Start just eliminating processed foods and seed oils. Take a couple weeks to ween off the sugar addiction. Good luck.

Congratulations! Zero carb is great way to eliminate toxins, pesticides, herbicides, gluten, oxalates, lectins, toxic seed oils and the whole frankenfood industry. If you stay with it you will likely avoid the pharmaceutical frankendrug industry as well that steals your health and all your wealth too. Stay strong. You will find tons of support!!!!

@@websitecreations433 Thanks for the question. I'm not a medical practitioner, I've researched this topic for 5 years and I'll give you a couple of my ideas but I usually point people to Dr Chaffee's Q and A section on RUclips for recordings of him answering questions just like yours.
If you have time you could ask him yourself when he hosts a livestream ( get in the live chat early, type qqq, then ask your question, a Superchat will almost certainly guarantee a response in that session if not he'll respond in the next livestream if time demands he can't answer all the questions.
As to my ideas.. our appendix used to be a secum, an anaerobic chamber for getting nutrients from plants , two of cows 'stomachs' are secums.
Secondly, we've always had the ability to gain some energy from plants and fruits when fatty meat wasn't available.
Thirdly, look at the trends in chronic illness everywhere, they increase with the increased consumption of highly processed food and reduction of eating saturated fats and animal protein.
Lastly try it see how you feel after a month. Start with beef, water and sea salt.
If you do please let me know.
If you get into Dr Chaffee's livestream, I'll see you there.😃👍

She's using a filter. She was on steak and butter girl recently and looked very old, at least 70-75 without the filter. She said recently she stopped using salt and I think that aged her. I also looked 10 years older until I added salt back in. Salt is essential. Research electrolytes. Salt dissolved in water creates electrolytes which are electrically charged. Our body and cells are like a battery that needs the electrical charge to work. Our nervous system as well needs these electrolytes.

I was diagnosed with Graves Disease after presenting to my GP with swollen and bulging eyes in Feb 2023.
The swelling of my eyes caused a turn in my right eye, and double vision is the worst part of it all.
The thyroid and beta blocker meds helped almost immediately to settle most of my GD symptoms, but my vision was not improving- until I trialled Carnivore in Jan 2024.
After a month on Carnivore I noticed my vision had improved significantly among multiple other improvements.
I have not taken my medications since, and have not had single GD symptom since.
I fell into old eating habits but picked up Carnivore again in August and the benefits are surprising me every week that passes.
I plan to get bloods and eyes tested after I have completed my 90 day challenge.
This way of eating has changed my life!

I started KETO in May 2019. Now MOSTLY OMAD KETO CARNIVORE (very little veggie once in a while). I stopped getting into debates, arguments, discussions with others about what they should eat. I realized those who aren’t eating KETO are either “happy” with what they eat or whatever. But I DO NOT CARE ANY MORE. I stop preaching to them. I HAD a friend who was a Diabetic. His Medicines were his food and not his food his medicine. I showed him my blood tests before and after KETO. Everything went back to normal. Even so, he said to me “KETO is a lifestyle. I like what I eat. I take my medicines. I’m fine. Thank you.” 1 year and 2 months later he passed away. I felt guilty I didn’t pressed him more on doing KETO. Others who knew him told me I would not have gotten anywhere anyway. It took me months to just let it go. I do ones on a while send people who are complaining of some illness, info on KETO and OMAD and CARNIVORE. If they really show interest I will get involved. If not, I leave it at that. I don’t get into any back and forth with them any more. They have the right to be IGNORANT, STUPID and as UNHEALTHY as they want or can be. 😂 I make sure to take care of me. Funny thing is they want to have their “cake” and eat it too!😂 Bon Appetite. You are what you eat. 😂🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Regarding eyesight, I'm currently trying the carnivore and with days I experienced phenomenal results, now that I hear what you are saying about correcting eyesight, I will explore. My son sadly was at a young age told he needed glasses and I'm regretting listening to that optometrist, as hes now in his teens and an athlete so glasses are a challenge (breaking alot). We have studied the exercises for reversing perscription and while living in Central America for a year, his eye sight from doing these exercises in the sun, eating fresh fish and he's not a fan of fruit/veg, we discovered at his yearly eye test, his prescription had lowered beyond any results he had from a eye test before.
I believe a carnivore approach to diet along either these exercises could reduce even more... just need to encourage him to resist from enjoying the processed foods with his buddies.

Everyone’s experience is different, but I’ll tell you what helped me get off sugar coming from sugar addiction. For the first 2 weeks of switching to carnivore, I would let myself end each day with a bowl of full fat Greek yogurt with frozen berries as a treat to satisfy the cravings. As I continued the diet, I put less fruit each night until I just stopped eating the yogurt and fruit all together. 6 weeks strong so far and 4 weeks since having any kind of carbohydrate. Absolutely no cravings.

Watch Mitch old guy carnivore videos. summing up toss any sugar/carbs away, also ANYTHING sweet to the taste. Buy a ton of meat fish eggs, enough so you don't have to go back to the store for at least a few weeks. ALWAYS have a carnivore snack on hand when you get a craving, ie Hard boiled eggs, premade bacon, burgers, leftovers etc etc. Stuff your face till you can't eat 1 more bite! Make sure your eating plenty of fat and lots of salt. After 2-3 weeks the monkey will be off your back for good. Good luck, food freedom is amazing!

I came into this mainly because of macular degeneration. I decided to cancel the needles after 6. My actual reading eyesight has improved - I could not read my phone messages and books without glasses / now I mostly can. Sometimes when I’m really tired I will use glasses.
I need to put on about 5kg of weight and am struggling - I’m slowly losing a little more all the time.
    Any clues?
I’m eating eggs, some bacon, ribeye, mince scotch fillet, butter, cream. I made an awesome bone broth which I froze in small glass jars and am eating daily. have a couple of cups of coffee with cream during my morning. I occasionally buy an avocado and may use about a quarter to hope to put on weight, I eat a few blueberries with cream.

Thyroid values improved at first after getting carnivore, but worsened when I ate supermarket quality meat and aged meats. Luckely I now found some adresses where the meat is not aged.
