I realized on my own that in real blue zone areas, their food have really high fat sources esp from fresh fish, salmon, sardines near the sea/ocean... and even the abundance of daily olive oils and very pure cheese in crete...plus they eat lots of variety of meat despite adding carbs... abundant sunshine on skin practiced by locals... 😊
I’m70 and this is my day number 5 I have lost 5 lbs and had Lupus a lot of pain I do have 3 cups of black coffee in the am so far I’m never hungry. Thank you for much 🙏♥️
I started KETO in May 2019. Now MOSTLY OMAD KETO CARNIVORE (very little veggie once in a while). I stopped getting into debates, arguments, discussions with others about what they should eat. I realized those who aren’t eating KETO are either “happy” with what they eat or whatever. But I DO NOT CARE ANY MORE. I stop preaching to them. I HAD a friend who was a Diabetic. His Medicines were his food and not his food his medicine. I showed him my blood tests before and after KETO. Everything went back to normal. Even so, he said to me “KETO is a lifestyle. I like what I eat. I take my medicines. I’m fine. Thank you.” 1 year and 2 months later he passed away. I felt guilty I didn’t pressed him more on doing KETO. Others who knew him told me I would not have gotten anywhere anyway. It took me months to just let it go. I do ones on a while send people who are complaining of some illness, info on KETO and OMAD and CARNIVORE. If they really show interest I will get involved. If not, I leave it at that. I don’t get into any back and forth with them any more. They have the right to be IGNORANT, STUPID and as UNHEALTHY as they want or can be. 😂 I make sure to take care of me. Funny thing is they want to have their “cake” and eat it too!😂 Bon Appetite. You are what you eat. 😂🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Ever since I was a kid, my earliest memory of this was around 5 years old, salad greens always gave me that pre puke feeling. I choked down salads loaded down with thousand islands, or ranch. Never could I eat a plain salad. Plain meat of any kind, I'm all over it. That tells me all I need to know about vegetables. Dr Chaffee just put the salt and butter on the ribeye when I watched his videos about how toxic plants are.
I love that Dr Wiedeman talks about light and grounding along with diet. If you could bring Dr Max Gulhane or Dr Stephen Hussey onto the show to talk about quantum biology, it could be a mighty addition to your toolbox when helping people get healthier.
Interesting! I’ve gone from diagnosed osteopenia (pre-osteoporosis condition) at age 60 to above-average bone mass at age 70 doing a ketogenic diet for most of that time, and more recently carnivore for the last five months. I wonder how “old” my bones would look to a future paleontologist.
I have said the same thing, they have no clue how old the people who ate carnvorously were when, they died. our bones are so much healthier eating the PHD and do not shrink and decay like people eating a plant based diet.
Regarding eyesight, I'm currently trying the carnivore and with days I experienced phenomenal results, now that I hear what you are saying about correcting eyesight, I will explore. My son sadly was at a young age told he needed glasses and I'm regretting listening to that optometrist, as hes now in his teens and an athlete so glasses are a challenge (breaking alot). We have studied the exercises for reversing perscription and while living in Central America for a year, his eye sight from doing these exercises in the sun, eating fresh fish and he's not a fan of fruit/veg, we discovered at his yearly eye test, his prescription had lowered beyond any results he had from a eye test before. I believe a carnivore approach to diet along either these exercises could reduce even more... just need to encourage him to resist from enjoying the processed foods with his buddies.
It's sad to know how many people are so sick and do not have a clue. Carnivore for a year, and every day I am getting more and more well. Healing takes time. I am a patient person who can see so much healing happening to me!I am very myopic and had been diagnosed with astigmatism in one eye. My last visit to the eye Dr showed that my astigmatism has resolved! I'm grateful as having to buy toric contacts was getting very expensive.
Sometimes the spirit shining out of Chaffees eyes makes him look 8 years old. It's quite an entertaining dichotomy, given he's a bad-ass, of the baddest-ass, bad-assery.
Dr Chaffe talked about the man who went to the bush. Being barefoot grounded him. I have lived most of my life barefoot I only wear shoes when necessary. I can not think with my shoes on.
Everyone’s experience is different, but I’ll tell you what helped me get off sugar coming from sugar addiction. For the first 2 weeks of switching to carnivore, I would let myself end each day with a bowl of full fat Greek yogurt with frozen berries as a treat to satisfy the cravings. As I continued the diet, I put less fruit each night until I just stopped eating the yogurt and fruit all together. 6 weeks strong so far and 4 weeks since having any kind of carbohydrate. Absolutely no cravings.
@@sirkam111Me too! Since we no longer buy fruit (or any other plant foods), we don’t have those temptations in our home. I still have some full-fat Fage 5% yogurt with bacon for dessert. Low carb satiety FTW!
Watch Mitch old guy carnivore videos. summing up toss any sugar/carbs away, also ANYTHING sweet to the taste. Buy a ton of meat fish eggs, enough so you don't have to go back to the store for at least a few weeks. ALWAYS have a carnivore snack on hand when you get a craving, ie Hard boiled eggs, premade bacon, burgers, leftovers etc etc. Stuff your face till you can't eat 1 more bite! Make sure your eating plenty of fat and lots of salt. After 2-3 weeks the monkey will be off your back for good. Good luck, food freedom is amazing!
Don't get older ? We have no choice in the matter What is the option . It's our lifestyle not our aging I'm a 73 yr old male. Carnivore for a year and half yesterday. Just heard of a study done in China. The area where they consumed more meat, I don't think it was strictly meat, the people were on average 3 inches taller. I have always thought with their diet being high in carbs cause them to be shorter. This study seems to confirm that.
I came into this mainly because of macular degeneration. I decided to cancel the needles after 6. My actual reading eyesight has improved - I could not read my phone messages and books without glasses / now I mostly can. Sometimes when I’m really tired I will use glasses. I need to put on about 5kg of weight and am struggling - I’m slowly losing a little more all the time. Any clues? I’m eating eggs, some bacon, ribeye, mince scotch fillet, butter, cream. I made an awesome bone broth which I froze in small glass jars and am eating daily. have a couple of cups of coffee with cream during my morning. I occasionally buy an avocado and may use about a quarter to hope to put on weight, I eat a few blueberries with cream. I’m 71, no medications. Working fulltime in my own businesses. Been doing this since about Christmas. Have lots of healing benefits already.
Do you eat butter with every meal? If not, you could try that to increase your ratio of fats to proteins. Also don’t drink water before or during a meal so your stomach acid can work at undiluted full strength, for better breakdown and absorption of fats and proteins.
Don't worry about a # on the scale that is meaningless, do you feel good eating carnivore? Are you healing? That's what matters. I "need" to lose 20lb but idc I feel amazing!
A you eating salt. I lost too much weight when I stopped salt. I now even add a couple of grains of Himalayan salt to my water. My weight has stopped going down. Hopefully it will go back up.
Daughter in law is an Opthalmologist. I'm 98% carnivore. I'm 62, had an eye exam, been 20/13 most of my life, was 20/10. She was dumbfounded. Said she pushes a heavy veggie diet. Ha.
I was carnivore for 2 months but was including cheese and probably not enough fat causing constipation at first. More butter and bacon resolved that issue, but i was down to 145 lbs, nothing more to lose. Very active, working physically at 68 years of age. Then a perforated appendics with bowel blockage. Surgeon thinks blockage first. 12 days in hospital with 10 day fast until bowel started to move again. Now 137 lbs. Of course fed high carbs as i start to eat again. Not sure how to proceed...
You know that’s exactly what my body wants, only potatoes 🥔 and meat 🥩, chicken only when I’m overseas even sweet and Korian and love butter, eggs and cheese, menopause hit me so hard I had to be on hormone, guess what I was in hospital every other week for almost 2 years, carnivore and hormone replacement is not a good much, it can actually kill you

Hi Dr. Chaffee...big fan of yours AND Dr. Wiedeman. Just one minor correction: she is NOT an ophthalmologist. She refers to herself as an optometric physician which means she is NOT an MD but an optometrist. She can do most things but cannot perform eye surgeries. Also she pronounces her surname WIEDEMAN, as WEE-duh-min. You pronounced it WHY-duh-min. At any rate, you are both total inspirations for me on my journey...almost 3 yrs now. Part of Rina's GoCarnivore group so have participated in many of the Zoom meetings where you were the guest speaker and more recently Dr. Lisa Wiedeman who was fantastic too. Thank you both.
From meat to plants was entrained in the slaves. Cheap slave food. War-time rationing, and the kids born then, grow up eating that way and passing it down the generations. Our parents and grand-parents. Anyone over 80 was born during or before ww2. Their parents were born, raised, or fought during ww1, and the period between the wars with the great depression. Tough times and a depression to boot. Lot's of rationing meat and eggs. Our elders learned to stretch out the meager meat with vegetables, stews, and cheap fillers. Now meat to plants is entrained in the whole population. Presto! The SAD is born.
I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the two of you together, two of my favorites, talking the good truth about this wonderful natural way of eating. Thank you and many blessings.

I have remembered that during pregnancy I could not eat any fruit, not even one strawberry, because it gave me unbearable trapped wind/bloatedness which was very painful.
What I think about the statement "We are all different"... I think humans are fundamentally the same and ALL can benefit greatly from a carnivore diet however. I am definitely different than other people I grew up with. I was sick to my stomach my whole life. It impacted playing sports in school. I also had pains in my joints when playing sports. I asked the kids I was playing with and they had none of my symptoms. Michaela Peterson also was sick her whole life so she is different also.
I’ve been strictly no sugar extremely low carb for a couple of months and went to my retina specialist for my injection (eye stroke) and I didn’t need it. The picture of retina had no bump on vein. Just for the record about the sentient trees: I watched the woodlands retaliate in a painful manner on a younger couple who were mistreating the trees. I talk to the forest and touch it, and it let me pass unscathed through the rose bushes. They however, were bleeding and crying and swearing after they went through :) Even the squirrel was throwing pine cones at them ;)
I started carnivore in february this year, results are not perfect, but I'm badly suffering from histamine (flush, bad sleep, itchy, stuffy lungs and coughing). In my opinion there is very little information about this problem. Made me think I;'m alone in this, but I know now that I'm certainly not! I have to be patient, cannot eat vegetables and fruit anymore, that bothers me even more. Thyroid values improved at first after getting carnivore, but worsened when I ate supermarket quality meat and aged meats. Luckely I now found some adresses where the meat is not aged. I hope things will improve for me from now on. But I don;t have a choice anymore, never go back to my food before. I'm from the Netherlands and learn a lot from you, dr Chaffee. By the way, I wear glasses ;-)
Histamine is actually a sign of dehydration if you research it. Drink water with a pinch of Redmond's salt or Himalayan pink salt. Salt hydrates the body. Read the salt fix or watch videos by the author, Dr James DiNicolantonio.

Good luck 👍🏼. It’s easier than you think. I got rid of all my health issues within a few months on carnivore. Some I’ve had for over a decade.
You don't need one single piece of vegetable.
Hear "plants can see you" when having a grounding moment in the backyard is a crazy experience 😂😂😂😂😂
I love that Dr Wiedeman talks about light and grounding along with diet. If you could bring Dr Max Gulhane or Dr Stephen Hussey onto the show to talk about quantum biology, it could be a mighty addition to your toolbox when helping people get healthier.
I Think our ancestors bones probably looked 35 years old, because they were so healthy. Could've been 85. Just an idea.

And not a stupid one.

Good call.
I very much think so too
Crop farming also uses so much poison to stop the bugs etc
And traps and guns for roaming birds and wildlife
Yes i am going to buy from Stockmans as i am in Australia
It's sad to know how many people are so sick and do not have a clue. Carnivore for a year, and every day I am getting more and more well. Healing takes time. I am a patient person who can see so much healing happening to me!I am very myopic and had been diagnosed with astigmatism in one eye. My last visit to the eye Dr showed that my astigmatism has resolved! I'm grateful as having to buy toric contacts was getting very expensive.
No one ever says that about the animals that are destroyed when you clear farmland for crops.

Dr Chaffe talked about the man who went to the bush. Being barefoot grounded him. I have lived most of my life barefoot I only wear shoes when necessary. I can not think with my shoes on.
I hate shoes!
Dr. Chaffee's voice is so calming. I am a sugarholic it's so hard for me to quit.

Do you eat butter with every meal? If not, you could try that to increase your ratio of fats to proteins. Also don’t drink water before or during a meal so your stomach acid can work at undiluted full strength, for better breakdown and absorption of fats and proteins.
A couple of the carb doctors have said to add in a few more carbs if you need to gain.
Don't worry about a # on the scale that is meaningless, do you feel good eating carnivore? Are you healing? That's what matters. I "need" to lose 20lb but idc I feel amazing!

Hi Dr. Chaffee...big fan of yours AND Dr. Wiedeman. Just one minor correction: she is NOT an ophthalmologist.

I agree with you Dr. Lisa.
