A 27-year old co-worker was diagnosed with MS, after her health started to deteriorate, until she was bedridden. She refused to start on the meds, and demanded a second opinion. 3 doctors met with her for further testing, but they all concluded that she had MS…until as she was about to leave the hospital, one of them asked if she chewed diet gum! The culprit was Aspartame. After about 2 weeks off the gum, she was perfectly back to normal! True story. (Of course not everyone is affected this way.)

Thank you, lovely lady, Mimi, for coming forward. Your story is my story. I'm a year and a half away from a walker and cane. My daughters think I've was misdiagnosed and the diet was just a coincidence. I try convincing people they don't need medication and horrible health issues and regular hospital and doctor visits. I go once a year and my insurance gives me no choice. This journey takes first, fear for your life, second research and lots of it (mine is months of youtube) and then, third, discipline. The big reward is FABULOUS health for a multitude of issues! I was vegetarian until thanks to finding Dr Chaffee's video about plants not being human food. That made sense to me and overnight I was in. I'm 79. All my Parkinson's symptoms (and I had them all) are gone except a small tremor in the morning and I hope to see that gone soon.

Dr. Chaffee, my 28 y.o. daughter was diagnosed with glioblastoma. She chose to do chemo/radiation. 8 months later I came across info that a neuropathologist found borrelia in post mortem brain specimens of glioblastoma patients. It ended up that my daughter's husband unknownly had Lyme disease and gave it to her. She was exposed to mold and the brain tumor manifested.( She had a history of two head traumas). We did Bee Venom Therapy and it shrunk the brain tumor from fist size to finger tip size. She lived 3.5 years post diagnosis. I believe it was the long term effects of the C/R that caused her neuro decline then her passing. They still put "glioblastoma" as cause of death. This medical system has some serious issues going on.

    • @SuziRider5D
      @SuziRider5D 2 месяца назад

About 300 different bugs give 80% of people tested for borriella a positive test for 'Lyme', which is just CFS.
The bug bite infection and the antibiotics are a stressor that is just an immune system lowering trigger for ME/CFS.
50% of chidlren and 99.9% of adults worldwide carry the HHV-4 &/or HHV-6 viruses behind the months-or years- long chronic fatigue co-infection.
The book Medical Medium explains the Hows and Whys.
Dr. Sarah Myhill, MD has a good book on the long-term epigentic metabolic effects on energy, where cellular oxygen uptake & ATP production slows down, causing PEM.
One study showed Normals recovered from a short burst of exercise on a stationary bike in 4 hours (per blood tests), while CFS people took 41 hours.

I sent this episode to my wife who is laying in a hospital bed with complications from her SVT brought on probably by myotonic dystrophy which runs in her family. Her brother died 3 years ago at 59 from it.
She has had a pacemaker about 3 years now. We both went carnivore 3 months ago but she's barely been eating... Like 3 bites of steak a day, that's it! I told her that she can't be getting enough nutrition eating so little but she says she's full. (Her heart has never been in it, no pun intended)
Short and long of it, she lost 30# but has been getting weaker and weaker until she literally can no longer walk.
We ended up in the ER, they checked her out head to toe. We thought the weakness might be from the medication - Sotala(?) most of her numbers weren't too bad. Went home and followed up with cardiologist next day and while we were there she had what seemed to be a stroke but the symptoms subsided quickly. They sent immediately to the ER.
No signs of stroke but she's been having multiple PVC's and twice rapid heartbeat not having taken her meds for 2 days. So today they put her back on them.
Anyway, I'm trying to convince her that she can heal but she just doesn't believe it. So I'm hoping this video will help. She's 59 BTW.

      Think it that way:
Vegan for the animal? How does that work, when bees, caterpillars and bugs can't find their food any longer because of endless fields of monoculture veg? And the birds can't find the bugs to feed their chicks any longer? And the bugs on plants and in the soil that get killed by pesticides, because they'll eat your veg? And the animals that get killed when the harvesting machines & ploughs go through the fields? And when forests get chopped down taking away habitat for many animals to make space for monoculture and your plant food? And when the soil is exploited and only survive by chemical fertiliser for your veg? And when the rivers in some countries run low, overheat and cant sustain fish as before, because the water is used to grow your plant food? And when the poly tunnels under which your early veg are growing decay and poison water & soil? And when voiceless people in poverty have to harvest your food in appalling conditions with no chance to ever prosper, so you can get your cheap veg? Not to mention the planes flying in your tasteless strawberries with little micro nutrition in winter, so you can eat the rainbow...Every coin has two sides. Veganism is also not perfect. Don't pretend you are any better than someone who eats meat, beef..., raised on meadows and fertilising the ground, giving back what they took, sustaining diversity with their dung and a short way to your plate. Living means killing, whatever way.

It's not out of the ordinary for people to trust doctors. Most of the things they deal with until you're old they fix or make better. It's also not unusual to be resistant to ideas outside the norm, esp when people are zealotous about them. Zealot examples: flat-earthers, moon-landing deniers, creationists, vegans, carnivores. A lot of carnivores burnt their credibility bridges when they were vegans! ;-) Maybe you're not an articulate or persuasive advocate for carnivore. They're your family, there could be a million reasons for them to reject a new way of thinking about diet. I'm not criticizing you per se. I just see this all the time ("I've found the proper human diet that heals everything and everyone is too ignorant to listen to me!") and I'd like for you to be able to help them. Whole food omnivore would seriously improve your stepfather's(?) condition. Your mom may require the full monty with keto or carnivore. For both, I'd recommend you look into street epistomology. Watch one video, watch people change their point of view in real-time, and you'll understand it and be able to determine if you think you could pull it off. Cheers.

How old are you? What causes you to fall off eating this way? Is it temptation in your home? When you say you fall off, what do you mean? Do you eat cookies or ice cream or chocolate or do you have some berries? In other words when you fall off do you eat whole foods or do you fall off as a result of temptation to eat sweets or bread?
Look at the phenomenal change in her, she pulled herself away from the brink of an early death. She got rid of 13 medications. That's phenomenal. She reversed cognitive decline. She gave herself another 20 or 30 years of healthy life.
That's what I tell myself when I want to fall off. And yet sometimes I do. But the longer I am doing this the better I feel.
There is so much encouragement out there and the best comes from seeing the change in our lives. It's not just losing weight, it is feeling healthy, feeling good, reversing conditions, knowing that you won't have to suffer illnesses down the line.
We can fall off occasionally as long as we get right back on. It depends on the person. I have to be honest with myself, there are days when I would be able to have a handful of berries and then get right back to strict carnivore and there are days when a handful of berries will lead to something else and something else.

After a lifetime of excellent health and an athlete I got very fat and sickly in my 40s. I ate “right” I exercised I avoided the bad stuff -- and yet I was ill.
So I decided to do something “radical”. I cut out carbs, upped my fat and in middle age I’ve reversed every health issue. I weigh 119, I exercise for fun, I sleep great and I never crave anything or feel deprived.
My poor fat exhausted doctor wants me on statins and she literally believes we’re just supposed to get ill as we age?
I’ve suggested she look at the hormone leptin as the magic bullet it is -- but what do I know?

Dr. Chaffee, get a rebounder and you can still have fun jumping at home. 🙂Thanks for what you do! I've been pretty much following this lifestyle since I saw you interview Kerry almost a year ago. Fortunately, at 67 I have never really been on meds except when injured (always read the insert so couldn't make myself trade a problem I had and knew I could handle instead of trading for potentially hundreds of new ones). I had reduced carbs and other things over the years just because I was paying attention to ingredients of everything going on my skin or in my mouth so it wasn't as far as a leap as others. Once I gain knowledge (you were the first voice I heard about oxalates and lectins and what plants can do), can't unlearn it and I'm about the why and deeper info of what the ingredients do, so very thankful for your wisdom, knowledge and openly sharing it all.

I felt great, 1st two weeks were rough but I ended up loving and craving the fatty steak. The backlash from family, friends and doctors was insane! One doctor accused me of having an eating disorder!!!! Stay Strong as the results speak for themselves. I felt great and lost 18 lbs which was too much as I did not need to drop weight. I actually had not been able to exercise for years and strangely enough my body looked like it had firmed and toned without any exercise. I regrettably ended up introducing salads and some carbs….big mistake (pain came back, histamine issues flared, headaches, etc.) I really want to go back to strict carnivore but I was only buying the best quality steak and it was expensive. 😢 Thank you for this amazing channel and the few doctors willing and speaking the TRUTH!! The nutrients are made more bioavailable AND more toxin and glyphosate, etc are removed!
Ruminant animals are set apart from other mammals by their complex digestive systems. The way they process food, absorb nutrients and gain energy is different from other animals…ruminant digestive system is that the stomach has four separate compartments, each with a unique function, whereas most other animals only have a single compartment with a unified functionality.
The four compartments allow ruminant animals to digest grass or vegetation without completely chewing it first. Instead, they only partially chew the vegetation, then microorganisms in the rumen section of the stomach break down the rest. Animals with singular stomach compartments - known as a monogastric digestive system - do not have the same capability.

His final propaganda film where he was praising teenaged soldier boys, while the Russian army was looming, had to be heavily edited so his hand tremor would not be obvious. Recently I had been having cramps in my feet usually every evening and I did not think much about it, I’m 75 after all. My doctors increased my no med amlodipine to 10mg from 5mg daily in addition to mother lisinopril and hctz that I have been taking for years. Suddenly I’m getting leg cramps which I thought was very strange so I checked my meds. Amlodipine has side effects of leg cramps, and drinking alcohol increases the problem. I have been on a bbbe diet for a year. Lost 30 pounds, metabolically healthy, so I think ok, one beer with dinner since I’m on vacation in Madrid Spain. Walking back to our hotel after dinner I start getting leg cramps. I had to stop walking twice to massage my calf’s so I could continue because I could not take another step literally! All night my legs cramped with lots of pain. I stopped taking amlodipine at that point and will never again. All of this because my VA doctor wanted my BP to be lower than 111/70. Remember, I’m 76 years old in 2 more months. I always refuse statins because I feel like someone is punching my kidneys. Guess that’s not all I need to watch for.

Not surprised to hear this. My father had Parkinson’s and was following a pescatarian diet. When he visited, he ate a beef dish I had made, thinking it was soy. While we were still at the table, his tremors decreased dramatically. Unfortunately, he persisted with his organic high-carb pescatarian diet, thinking it was healthy, and he died a couple of years later. I don’t have PD, but have developed another chronic disease and creeping dementia. Unfortunately, when I tried keto, I got much worse, to the point I could barely speak and wasn’t safe to drive. This reversed immediately after I ate a bowl of rice. Probably no diet is a panacea, but carnivore or keto does sound promising for many people. Worth a try!

Dr. Chaffee, when you were talking about skeletal remains prior to and directly after farming commenced, I suppose that must be much the same with Native Americans prior to and then following the arrival of Europeans in, what is now the USA. Do you have any information, comparisons, in that respect? I think that would be very interesting, as it is much more recent and there would be many more skeletons available only a few hundred years old, rather than ten thousand plus. Perhaps those studies have been done?

Yes that has been studied: " What is ironic is that, by the time Boas studied Native tribes, they had already been decimated by disease and subjugated to the horrific conditions of reservation life. But they had still maintained some cultural habits. It is likely that, had Boas studied Native Americans 100 years before, their heights would have been even greater.
In fact, Native parents and tribal elders noticed a drop in height within the first generations born on the reservations due to the poor diets on the reservation that consisted of poor quality beef, pork fat, and mostly carbohydrates like flour and corn meal. Crowded conditions, poor nutrition and the inability of Indians to practice the lifestyles they previously had contributed to devastating epidemics and sickness, as well."

I was 32 years a vegetarian and 5 years ago had a CT scan of my heart that they said showed all arteries very clear. Three years later I went on Carnivore Diet on 6-24-22. I was never hungry all my Metabolic Syndrome, NAFLD, pre-diabetes... got better lost 40lbs and kept that off but plateaued have another 60 to go.
I had a mild heart attack, no damage, on 5-3-24 basically 2 yrs into CD. My mother had a quadruple bypass at 80, my father died at 73 of a massive heart attack, so it's in my genes. I was 5 days in the hospital got an angiogram and 75% blockage in my LAD and got one stent and three other arteries with 30% blockage.
A cardiologist said my CT scan of 5 yrs ago showed and only start of a slight calcified area in my LAD. I had bacon every day, grass fed butter, organic grass fed beef, usually free ranging chicken, cheese and eggs, no drugs, cigarettes ever, no caffeine or sugar for 10 years. What caused my blockage?
I am still on CD but no bacon, butter, only 93/7 grass fed ground beef mainly CD, but now have a little vegetables every day and now have pasta sauce and mayonnaise with my meat. I gained back 5 pounds as of 6-29-24. I've always been very physically active, commute 100% by bicycle and some city bus. Does CD not exactly work for people genetically predisposed to heart disease? What caused the blockages in my heart? When I was a vegetarian it didn't happen...

Are you planning on going back to a vegetarian lifestyle, since it had showed your CT scan of your heart on all your arteries cleared? It has been showed that a carnivore diet can be beneficial for a short period, but not long term. Plants are needed. A lot of people don’t consider the consequences of process foods, drinks and chemicals we put in our bodies.

Look into dental and gum diseases. The bacteria that causes calcium build up called tartar can get into the blood stream and cause blockage. Go-to a dentist and get checked if u have any issues with teeth or gums.
