    This is my first review on RUclips ever. I watched several videos on replacing the suspension rods before coming across your video. Your video seemed to be the quickest and most simple way to replace the rods. It took me more than an hour to do it but I did it by myself and I struggled with getting the rods into place at the very top because the drum was so darn heavy… needless to say, I did it! Thank you so much for the video and the ease of how you explained how to do this. I did a load immediately after installing the new suspension rods and it worked perfectly!

    Thanks. Your video actually explains how to fix UB code. Others just explains the obvious the machine is Unbalanced. It shouldn't be Unbalanced on every load and the owner should not have to physically balance every load. That is what other channels were explaining to do ridiculous. This is great information and tutorial.

    I had this issue and the 4 nobs underneath the washer machine had to be turned down to the floor to balance off the machine. I moved washer machine to get something that fell behind it. • @MrKnowSomeThings
      @MrKnowSomeThings  10 месяцев назад

      @MsElegance23 during the spin cycle it would start out fine and then start to bang and the washer would pause and give the UB error code. This would continue over and over even with small loads of laundry causing a cycle to take 3-5 hours to finish washing. The rods didn’t seem to have a bouncing spring effect when I pushed on the drum either.

      I'm looking for people who need this product, unfortunately everyone has already fixed their washing machines, would you mind telling me your email address? I can provide you with free parts. Even if you don't plan to replace it now, you can keep it as a spare.

    Good day, I wanted to ask, the washing machine DC68-03172B-03 does not spin the drum, it turns at low speeds and that’s it, it won’t start anymore! please tell me what is the problem?

      I’m sorry it could be multiple items and I have not personally had the issue yet. If it sounds like the drum is trying to turn it could be the motor coupling at the bottom which actually turns the drum. See if that is warn out.
      Otherwise there are multiple sensors on the machine, if it doesn’t see the lid as being closed it will not spin either. Does your lid lock? If not that sensor may be bad. It may also be a control board issue. Sometimes they go out and sometimes they just have glitches. Try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and plugging it back in and retrying. This would only do something if the prior mentioned things were not issues. Good luck
