- This is the trailer of next part of short documentary series about Grandfather. The movie uncovers one day in his life that has been shown in 13 minutes. It talks about his daily routine and dedication to his down to earth lifestyle his fathers lived. His passion and love is horses. He is an old and experienced horse logger and is doing all the farm work all year round using only horse power. He is a hard worker and fully self-sufficient and independent. He has been living off the grid, before there even was a grid. More series about him will come in Autumn and next Spring. Full movie coming soon.
My grandfather died last night, a few hours ago and this kinda makes me think a lot about it... Such a great man

It's interesting to see how we progress as people... I'm convinced my story is the same as many many others.
As a child i couldn't find anything cooler than to go out with my grandad to cut the grass, load it onto the cart and store it. He had this blower that was able to carry even me, if you put a little hay in it.
Than, i got older, and thought that everything the "old people" do is stupid and din't want to be part of it.
Now, in my 40s i regret all the lost years and wish i could go back a few year, and try to avoid becoming a city guy. :(
