All law enforcement needs to do is set up a program that has multiple drones that pinpoint a particular vehicle involved in such unlawful atrocities and follow the vehicle back to the drivers residence allowing law enforcement to investigate and arrest the individuals. Then they should punish them with restitution payments for damages to city streets and property and time used for investigation. The drivers should have their licenses revoked and car impounded three months minimum (depending on the infractions) and provide community service as well, complete with a maximum fine.
They were all told that without the "racist police" that everyone would then get along, hold hands, and sing little songs about caring and sharing. Seriously, though, it boggles the mind.

I live out in farmland and back in the day, one of the things they do at late night in some of the worst areas these happen, is the firetrucks would go out and foam the road. Any car trying to do a spin would simply slip off the road, they had camera's up on those areas and when people would say they were driving and slid off the road, they would review the footage and show them trying to do something wrong and say, sorry you fault and insurance wouldn't cover the damage....maybe we go back to that.

I just saw a similar situation happen in Florida. They impounded 62 cars. The owners won’t get them back until after court.

All law enforcement needs to do is set up a program that has multiple drones that pinpoint a particular vehicle involved in such unlawful atrocities and follow the vehicle back to the drivers residence allowing law enforcement to investigate and arrest the individuals.
Then they should punish them with restitution payments for damages to city streets and property and time used for investigation. The drivers should have their licenses revoked and car impounded three months minimum (depending on the infractions) and provide community service as well, complete with a maximum fine.
Since a lot of the cars are likely stolen, restitution should also include repairing damage to the car and replacement of stolen equipment.

I live out in farmland and back in the day, one of the things they do at late night in some of the worst areas these happen, is the firetrucks would go out and foam the road. Any car trying to do a spin would simply slip off the road, they had camera's up on those areas and when people would say they were driving and slid off the road, they would review the footage and show them trying to do something wrong and say, sorry you fault and insurance wouldn't cover the damage....maybe we go back to that.
That would make sense, but in California? No f'n way.

Imagine a vehicle loses control and hit the spectators, I think they don't even fathom how their lives would be living with a disability.
They'll get free medical, housing, and SSI money that the rest of us will work the rest of lives to pay.
Police need to do what other cities are doing. Police need to go out in force, block them in, impound their cars, and give out reckless driving charges so they lose their license, insurance goes thru the roof, and you get stolen cars, guns, and felons off the streets.
