Bears fans knew immediately what was coming.
Both Buffalo and KC won in the trade of picks
Back here after Pappa Mahomes said the Ryan Pace was gonna draft his son 😢.. still can’t believe we traded up to get Trubisky
Love how my Niners skipped on many potential franchise quarterbacks and drafted two disappointing players
my favorite team picked taco charlton over tj watt
@@jesusTorres-jg1ch my favorite team picked Solomon Thomas over Patrick mahomes, deshawn Watson, tj watt, Marshawn lattimore,
@@spooky4892 Well they have had a habit of taking busts from Stanford. Had they taken Mahomes or in fact any QB they would not be in the situation in respect to being stuck with Jimmy G for 5 years. Then they compounded their mistake by taking the great athlete but big head case foster. Two first round bust in one year.
The most glorious day in chiefs history ❤💛
Unfortunately Takk McKinley was a bust with the Falcons! :-(
I will never forget the moment the bears traded up and I though;
“Oh man we’re going to draft a QB”
The rest they say is history but man it’s been crazy ride since this day!!
Falcons could have had Tre White or TJ Watt but they took Takk McKinley smh
I know mahomes became generational, but Myles Garrett was absolutely can’t miss at the time
The Two best selections in this entire draft is Mahomes and TJ Watt. Mahomes is a going to be a hall of fame QB and TJ Watt if healthy will be a hall of fame defensive player and neither went in the top 5.
And CMC was great selection too
Mayock “all I can tell you is they can’t make that pick and be wrong”
Few years later- Clelin Ferrell, Damon Arnette, Henry Ruggs, Alex Leatherwood, Jonathan Abram…. 🤣
@@tBagley43 so why is mayock out of a job .. Ferrell was 100% mayocks pick and I’d guess some of the others were too..
Mayock was useless as the draft analyst too
Can't believe Watt fell to the steelers.
25:30 the first time we saw the dynamic duo of Jackson and Brittney Mahomes
We had the worst and the best draft day trades for a QB in one draft.
My Bears with the worst, the Chiefs with the best.
And the Trade was also amazing for the Bills
WAS got real lucky nabbing Jonathan Allen at 17. What a steal
Ahhh Goodell getting boo’ed is always so satisfying 😂😂😂
The Deshaun Watson trade tree is going to be crazy when it’s all said and done.
This is a certified hood classic
Two nights before the draft I was dining at steakhouse outside of Denver , when John Elway was exiting the restaurant and paused at the front entrance for his other guests to follow. It provided me the opportunity to introduce myself and maybe ask him about the upcoming draft. He was polite and we talked for a bit before asking him what quarterback he thought was intriguing in the draft.
He smiled and said " I really Patrick...watched him many times " I wished he liked enough to move up that draft to get him.
😂😂😂😂😂
Two words: Paxton Lynch
As I chiefs fan I can confirm that I skipped to the 10th pick to relive what is now one of my best moments.
How Mitch flew up the draft boards blows my fucking mind
Corey Davis at #5 wasn't a fail for the Titans considering he got a contract from the NY Jets...but he was never the WR1 that we expected him to be.
the browns not drafting watson when they had a opportunity. and trading for him years later is laughable
I’m still mad too this day the Packers traded down for Kevin King when they could’ve went Tj Watt at pick 29 😕
tj watt fell to 30, thanks everyone, my steelers got the bests edge in the league hell yes
Wow I got a heart from nfl throwback! Sweet
@@SharkBaitSHRKB i would rather have 90s and early 2000s draft content
@@ericpackers1700 ok? And
I will NEVER understand trading that much draft capital just to move up one spot. Not to meantion how bad the pic ended up being. They could have gotten Trubisky at #3. A bad call for a bad pick.
They could have gotten Try s at 40! Lol😂😂😂
@@thetruthisthelight0910 How someone plays after the fact doesn't change how bad the move was in general. The point isn't how someone turns out, just how you trade up so much just for a pick 10 minutes sooner.
Please don’t remind me of Solomon Thomas and Reuben Foster again😭😭😭😭😭
Ya thought they were safest picks in the draft
Trubisky looks like he's gonna be a poster boy for the QB position in the NFL, future hall of famer
-Bears GM probably
Tak McKinley had so much hype that I thought he was going to be a superstar in the NFL 😭 hope he turns things around
Mitch is one of the funniest picks of all time
No he’s a bust ! All the picks the bears gave up to get him makes him a big time bust behind Russel and Leaf !!
@@spursdynasty7378 that’s why it’s funny
It's so shocking how little hype for Patrick and now he's arguably the most unbelievable quarterback in nfl history.
Texas tech qbs always had a very big stigma attached to them.
I miss Mike Mayock!
I don’t
@Rowdy Jr err nope, the word useless comes to mind 😄
As a Giants fan watching this and knowing Ben Macadoo was right about Mahomes is so sad I beg that Mara allows scheon and Daboll to go grab their guy
Kansas City Chiefs fans knew the future was bright when Patrick Mahomes got drafted
I'm a huge LSU fan. I remember watching Mahomes play against us in the bowl game and knew he was gonna be special.
@@calebwinfield1403 so how on earth did the so called expert NFL scouts and GMs and mayock not see it..??!! 🤷♂️
