    I have the same exact screen. It does absorb the odor BUT the odor gets trapped in the screen so after washing it by hand or putting it in the dishwasher, the screen holds in the odor. This means the cabinet or drawer where it is stored, stinks like old fried good 🤮. I’ve tried lemon juice, baking soda, white vinegar, nothing seems to get rid of the odor 😞 if anyone has this screen and has solved this issue, I’d love to hear from you! 😊

    This demo would be far better if the pan was actually hot when the food hit it.

      You can see the flame if you pause at 1:04. It's definitely on.
