I have been doing this for 3 weeks and OMG MY HIP DIPS ARE GONE. In addition to this workout I've been doing the heart shaped booty workout and the hourglass hips workout. I have a also been running and using weights for more of her booty workouts.
for everyone who doesn't know whether to start it or not: I've been doing this workout 3 times a week for 1 month combined with different booty workouts from pamela Reif and my hips went from this dips to a rounder and prettier ones. so please start doing it and you'll get results asap tysm for your comments and feedback! As someone who struggled with loving my body with hip dips because i was shaped like a VIOLIN like it was bad haha. But I did every workout possible for my hip dips nothing was hitting the spot BUT HEAR ME OUT this workout will kill your hip dips and every pain i feel i love it so much because i know it's working. NO PAIN NO GAIN. For the past 1-2 months I HAVE SEEEN A LOTTTT OF DIFFERENCE u will see a difference after 2 weeks depending on how consistent you are. I ate everything I craved I did no diet but I do not look like a violin no more and i started to love my body and HIP DIPS ARE NORMAL AND BEAUTIFUL but I just personally didn't like the way it looked on me but my hip dips are still a little bit there which I might start doing workouts on the hip abductor because I've seen lots to changes with other people. I love how she keeps it real. You can see her struggle and it makes me feel better about myself when I see that I‘m not the only one. PSA this does work!!! I've been doing this workout consistently for over two weeks now, if your finding it hard to motivate yourself I like to think of things that make me really angry. wether its a person, something that happened in the past, or just emotional pain. I did this workout 6/7 days for 4 weeks and my hip dips are as good as gone! In the beginning the "circles" hurt as hell but now I can power through the whole video without any breaks. Keep it going!

This is doing wonders for me!! My hips are way nicer! After two weeks, Im not the type who goes to the gym, I am very petite and this exercise helped me a lot!! Getting complements how wide my hips look and eating more protein and calories are key.

Day 4: new yrs eve! did the workout now I'm going for a run Day 5: happy New Years 🎉! Just did it with a lot less struggle compared to the first days. I definitely think my hips are starting to fill in! Day 6: was lowkey struggling this time lol my hips are super sore but are straightening out!! But even though they didn't disappear completely, believe me they are not noticeable, I diminish a lot, I believe that if I do it 5 days more they will definitely not be there anymore. Day 12 update! I sit at a desk everyday and since Lockdown begun I really started to notice an increase of cellulite on my thighs which I was getting super self conscious about. I usually hate home workouts but WOW Lilly is amazing. I combine this with 3 other 5-10 minute workouts Both legs and tummy and I’m amazed at the results, my legs are basically cellulite free now and I feel So much stronger ant more confident. I absolutely never comment, but I really wanted to affirm how beneficial this workout has been! My hipdips have been a huge insecurity for me- especially since having my two girls- and I tried many workouts for months with zero results. I found this one as a fluke and oh my gosh... I've been doing this routine religiously, 3x a week for about 2 months now (I also do her abs/waist workout) and my progress is unreal. I still have dips, but they are barely noticeable at all anymore. It's so amazing to feel confident in my skin again after having babies. Give it a shot, ladies. (Edited for grammar)

no ones posting the results so i’m gonna do this for two weeks straight and i’ll come back with my results Update : it’s been two weeks :) i’m happy with this workout obviously it’s not a super huge difference but i’m starting to get stretch marks on the side of my hips. i’m going to keep doing this workout because i feel the burn the whole time and i love it

hi guys this is for those of u who arent sure weather to start this workout, i have been doing it for about roughly a week and a half maybe two weeks already i havent really been counting. but i looked in the mirror this morning and i saw a huge difference!!! i have been doing this workout along with loads of other different ones and ive been trying not to look in the mirror to see results because otherwise ill look everyday and get upset about no change so i look after every week or so and i see a big difference although my hip dips are still there they are tiny and barely noticeable so im super happy!! thak you so much !xxx

My head was hurting in the morning so I thought I wasn’t gonna do it today but i did! Day 5: ✅ it felt a lot easier and while I was doing the workouts I tried to sing a song in my head so it won’t burn as much and it worked! Day 6: I skipped today cuz it’s my birthday! THIS REALLY BUUUURRRNNSSS. Today is day 1( 29 Jan 2022). I will update you guys on it. Right now my hips dips are like craters. Though, one side is smaller than the other, I want to slim them down and I hope this will work! And also, goodluck for everybody that's doing it! Day 2: It is getting easier to do it. Day 3: Done! Day 4: Done! Nothing different yet, but the pain feels nice 😎 Day 5: Done! Day 6: I see smalll changes! My hips are a bit wider. Day 7: Ok so, after a week I see my hip dips smaller, yes they are still there and I don't think they'll ever go away, but this helps reducing them even a little bit! One more week to go P.S. I don't have rest days! Day 8: Done! Day 9: Done! Day 10: Done! Day 11: Done! Day 12: Done! Day 13: Doneee! But it worked!!! My hip dips aren't so bad anymore. Last day: OMGG!! My hips became a lot more wider, i still have hip dips but they are really really small. I'm going to do this another 14 days. Goodluck for everybody!
Just finished day 14. DAYUMNNN PEOPLE. So the first day or two it really burned but after that it got way better and "easier". I do see a difference, my hip dips aren't totally gone but they definitely aren't as boney as they used to be. If you keep doing this work out I bet you will get even better, more visible results. But you should know, hip dips are natural and you can't get rid of them completely! But this work out definitely works!!!
@@aldra8507 once I get into the habit I never really stop I give myself breaks whenever I need them and I’m not forceful with my workouts, slow and steady, and fats workouts for longer periods work better than grinding one day and not the next. Take it one step at a time 😋

So this is the part you want to hear about. my “hip dips area” is 95 rn (the second day of the challenge was 94) so this added 1 cm to that. Also I think it might not be the best result bc I’ve lost some weight and def some lost ass😔 so that affected the measurements but if I didn’t lose any ass I think my results would have been like 1,5 cm so I’d definitely recommend doing this workout. It helps even if it’s just a little and I’m going to give this workout a second round or a second chance hahah so I’ll be updating y’all again every week. I also have to say that this rlly helps to change the shape, even tho I only had 1 cm of difference un that area my hips are rounder. they’re 95 in the smallest area and my waist is 63 so it helps to shape into this: ) . ( ( ) week 3: ✅✅✅✅✅✅❔ I forgot to update y’all but I included these exercises to my booty/lower body routine, which I do 3 times a week and yes, it works. I’ll be totally honest with you, doing *ONLY* this video won’t help you that much since there’s not a lot of muscle to grow in the hips area, what you should do in order to have that hourglass body is growing the glutes, specially the side glutes so working the gluteus minimus and medius is the answer to that. I also have to say that you shouldn’t do this or any other lower body without any kind of break because your muscles NEED to rest, otherwise you’ll get really slow results. That’s my experience with this workout, I hope I helped you :) I stopped taking my measurements bc I became obsessed with it but I have before and after pics and videos and the results are quite good. Do you want to be the same version of yourself in 6 months? no? then start changing and remember small changes are still progress
been doing this workout for a week now (skipped 1-2 days), at first i only felt pain in my thighs but now im starting to feel discomfort in my hip area when i lay down sideways which makes me happy. im not seeing much difference in my hipdips though but i‘ll definitely keep going!

I've tried quite a few workouts and even though there 10 minutes they feel like FOREVER. But with Lilly's workouts I've already done 5 10 minute workouts and its gone by so fast like - what? Also the leg arch thingies are KILLER

This is my favorite video! Today was the first day I was able to get through this workout without dying so I’ll be adding the resistance band soon if tomorrow is the same lol. I feel like I can see a difference and I haven’t been working out long I’m so happy!
Gonna document my journey for myself, so this could also be a source of motivation. Day 1 ✅Thighs was really burning during the workouts. But the satisfaction I felt when I was done was nice Day 2 ✅much harder than the first day, and the burning was almost unbearable lol Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ my limbs felt way too heavy to lift but the burning was a lot better Day 6 ✅ almost a week yayy Day 7 ✅ official finished 7 days, and while I still find the exercise difficult it's much better than the first day. Ear is ringing after the exercise lol Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ✅ Huge progress compared to the first day Day 11 ❌ Was feeling sick and tired. Couldn't find the motivation either. Day 13 ✅ managed to do it when I started feeling better Day 14 ✅ finally finished the challenge. Will be continuing this since I have felt obvious results. My only piece of advice is that there might be days you won't do the exercises, so don't mope over that and just focus on how you'll compensate for the lost days.

I've been doing this for about 2 weeks mostly every day, and I've noticed a buildup of strength. At first getting through the whole video was tough, and now I can do it all with a resistance band. Hoping that now I have the strength, visible muscle will begin to grow. I definitely recommend doing this workout!

As someone who struggled with loving my body with hip dips because i was shaped like a VIOLIN like it was bad haha. But I did every workout possible for my hip dips nothing was hitting the spot BUT HEAR ME OUT this workout will kill your hip dips and every pain i feel i love it so much because i know it's working. NO PAIN NO GAIN. For the past 1-2 months I HAVE SEEEN A LOTTTT OF DIFFERENCE u will see a difference after 2 weeks depending on how consistent you are. I ate everything I craved I did no diet but I do not look like a violin no more and i started to love my body and HIP DIPS ARE NORMAL AND BEAUTIFUL but I just personally didn't like the way it looked on me but my hip dips are still a little bit there which I might start doing workouts on the hip abductor because I've seen lots to changes with other people. BUT TRUST ME THIS WORKSSS IM ROOTING FOR EVERYONE. any questions ill answer them.

I did this workout 6/7 days for 4 weeks and my hip dips are as good as gone! In the beginning the "circles" hurt as hell but now I can power through the whole video without any breaks. Keep it going!

This is doing wonders for me!! My hips are way nicer! After two weeks, Im not the type who goes to the gym, I am very petite and this exercise helped me a lot!! Getting complements how wide my hips look and eating more protein and calories are key.

Ok, I'm going to be totally honest, I thought that with the 14 days the hip dips were going to disappear.
But even though they didn't disappear completely, believe me they are not noticeable, I diminish a lot, I believe that if I do it 5 days more they will definitely not be there anymore. So I totally recommend this video, since you will really have good results, so if you want to try fighting! 💖

Day 12 update! I sit at a desk everyday and since Lockdown begun I really started to notice an increase of cellulite on my thighs which I was getting super self conscious about. I usually hate home workouts but WOW Lilly is amazing. I combine this with 3 other 5-10 minute workouts Both legs and tummy and I’m amazed at the results, my legs are basically cellulite free now and I feel So much stronger ant more confident. My hipdips have been a huge insecurity for me- especially since having my two girls- and I tried many workouts for months with zero results.
I found this one as a fluke and oh my gosh... I've been doing this routine religiously, 3x a week for about 2 months now (I also do her abs/waist workout) and my progress is unreal. I still have dips, but they are barely noticeable at all anymore.
It's so amazing to feel confident in my skin again after having babies. Give it a shot, ladies.

Update : it’s been two weeks :) i’m happy with this workout obviously it’s not a super huge difference but i’m starting to get stretch marks on the side of my hips. i’m going to keep doing this workout because i feel the burn the whole time and i love it

Just finished day 14. DAYUMNNN PEOPLE. So the first day or two it really burned but after that it got way better and "easier". I do see a difference, my hip dips aren't totally gone but they definitely aren't as boney as they used to be. If you keep doing this work out I bet you will get even better, more visible results. But you should know, hip dips are natural and you can't get rid of them completely! But this work out definitely works!!!

@@aldra8507 once I get into the habit I never really stop I give myself breaks whenever I need them and I’m not forceful with my workouts, slow and steady, and fats workouts for longer periods work better than grinding one day and not the next. Take it one step at a time 😋

Also I think it might not be the best result bc I’ve lost some weight and def some lost ass😔 so that affected the measurements but if I didn’t lose any ass I think my results would have been like 1,5 cm so I’d definitely recommend doing this workout. It helps even if it’s just a little and I’m going to give this workout a second round or a second chance hahah so I’ll be updating y’all again every week.
I also have to say that this rlly helps to change the shape, even tho I only had 1 cm of difference un that area my hips are rounder. they’re 95 in the smallest area and my waist is 63 so it helps to shape into this:

I forgot to update y’all but I included these exercises to my booty/lower body routine, which I do 3 times a week and yes, it works.
I’ll be totally honest with you, doing *ONLY* this video won’t help you that much since there’s not a lot of muscle to grow in the hips area, what you should do in order to have that hourglass body is growing the glutes, specially the side glutes so working the gluteus minimus and medius is the answer to that. I also have to say that you shouldn’t do this or any other lower body without any kind of break because your muscles NEED to rest, otherwise you’ll get really slow results.

I stopped taking my measurements bc I became obsessed with it but I have before and after pics and videos and the results are quite good.

been doing this workout for a week now (skipped 1-2 days), at first i only felt pain in my thighs but now im starting to feel discomfort in my hip area when i lay down sideways which makes me happy. im not seeing much difference in my hipdips though but i‘ll definitely keep going!

OMG! Guys trust me i’m so happy it works sooo good I’ve been doing this for only 1 WEEK!!!! And its working i was 33kg before this workout (1 week ago) and now i’m 28kg (i’m 1m53cm so don’t worry I’m not too skinny) I love this workout and lilly too haha.

I don’t really like leaving comments on workout videos but this is so good. It’s super short and after just 3 days you can see results (at least a i did) if you’re thinking of using this I would do it :) and she’s just so nice and doesn’t hide when she’s also feeling the painful burn but you should do it and you can do it :D

This is my favorite video! Today was the first day I was able to get through this workout without dying so I’ll be adding the resistance band soon if tomorrow is the same lol. I feel like I can see a difference and I haven’t been working out long I’m so happy!

Day 1 ✅Thighs was really burning during the workouts. But the satisfaction I felt when I was done was nice
Day 2 ✅much harder than the first day, and the burning was almost unbearable lol

Day 5 ✅ my limbs felt way too heavy to lift but the burning was a lot better
Day 6 ✅ almost a week yayy
Day 7 ✅ official finished 7 days, and while I still find the exercise difficult it's much better than the first day. Ear is ringing after the exercise lol

Day 10 ✅ Huge progress compared to the first day
Day 11 ❌ Was feeling sick and tired. Couldn't find the motivation either.
Day 13 ✅ managed to do it when I started feeling better
Day 14 ✅ finally finished the challenge. Will be continuing this since I have felt obvious results. My only piece of advice is that there might be days you won't do the exercises, so don't mope over that and just focus on how you'll compensate for the lost days.

I've been doing this for about 2 weeks mostly every day, and I've noticed a buildup of strength. At first getting through the whole video was tough, and now I can do it all with a resistance band. Hoping that now I have the strength, visible muscle will begin to grow. I definitely recommend doing this workout!
