Definitely agree!, I prefer to have a generaly slim silhouette or frame? I dont really like measuring and weighing myself because it kinda makes me feel a lil insecure cause I ain't seeing result but I do it from time to time to see if I had any progress but I try to look for a major visual difference more.

Guys this is the comment you’ve been waiting for, you have to do this!! After a month doing Chloe Ting’s exercise I was seeing no results (no hate to Chloe, her workouts can have great results, everybody is different) so I decided to try Lilly Sabri’s exercise and wow, I’ve been doing the Hourglass Hips, Smaller Waist and Lose Muffin Tops (this video) and it’s my 5th day and my love handles are smaller, my hip dips are less noticeable and I have abs!! I’m surprised with how fast I saw results. Chloe’s exercises were wearing me out but they weren’t really burning, but these don’t wear me out as much and they burn a lot (as they should) and they’re definitely worth it!! You can do it!!❤️

Fernanda San martin Sorry for the late response!! I didn’t see this up til now. But I honestly didn’t weigh myself. My objective isn’t to lose weight I just wanted to grow my hips and reduce my love handles, if you want to lose weight I recommend her cardio workouts they’re great! ;)
guys this actually WORKS!!! I tried it for 14 days and i can see a big difference. I did this for everyday and saw a huge difference. I would also do a 1 minute plank 2 times a day. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!! Hope you try this out and see a difference as well.
Day 1: ✅ (starting this today, like to keep me motivated please!) Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Results: Finally finished 10 days of this workout!! So I know no one will see this but I still want to share my honest results and opinions. By the 5th day I could tell my stomach was getting much flatter, and my waist was smaller. And by each day I felt stronger and doing the workout was easier!! I definitely lost a few inches around my waist and my stomach. Keep in mind I only did this workout video and this one only. My muffin top isn’t completely gone BUT if I did this for another 15 or so days it most definitely will be gone. I ate how I normally would so I didn’t go on any type of diet and I still got noticeable results. So if you want the results to come faster I definitely would recommend to eat healthy. In conclusion do this workout I recommend it and it only takes 10 minutes of your day. I will continue to do it because I really like it! Hope this motivates you!! I'm not one to usually comment on anything like this, but guys, this workout seriously works. I've been doing this x5 a week for the last 5 weeks and the only other exercise I do is my daily walks (30-50 mins 5 times a week). I haven't really changed my diet or anything but I can already see massive results and I feel so much more confident. I also feel stronger too! Yes, it burns sooo bad after the third day straight, but stick with it because this really works. And it somehow gets more and more fun the better I get at it. THANK YOU SO MUCH LILLY!!

We're about the same in measurements! (I'm an inch more in the waist and stomach than you) I'm starting this tomorrow and will let you know my results same time you do 😉 Day 1-Done! Day 2-Done! Day 3-Done! Day 4-Rest Day 5-Done! (Halfway there!!) Day 6-Done! Day 7-Done! Day 8-Done! Day 9-Done! Day 10-Done! (I'm doing one more day to make up for the rest day.) Day 11-Done!!! Overall, I think this workout was great! I felt the burn after each workout. I didn't weigh myself before doing this challenge so I don't know if I lost weight. But as for my waist and stomach, I feel smaller and less bloated even though my measurements are still the same. I think I'll do this challenge again in the future but I'm doing some different workouts this week! I am so insecure about my waist and wore hoodies all year round to school no matter how hot I would get I always kept it on to hide my waist. It’s summer vacation now and I really want to go back to school confident. I just spent the last 15 minutes scrolling through these comments to see if it works and I think it does! I did this workout first day of June while also skipping or doing jump ropes. Ive experienced a lot of workouts that didn't give me a visible progress and it creates my trust issue😑 but I still keep doing workouts until I discover this. It's really my attitude that before I complain or compliment I have to do it first wih consistency to see if their workouts really work or should I complain or compliment and be grateful. So yeah I did not visit my mirror for exact 10 days and one day I just woke up, took a shower and suddenly saw my belly. I exceed 4 or 5 days I guess? since this workout is really addctive but after that I stopped. What I did not expect is that it's permanent especially those who have proper diet. Me, I don't have proper diet but I just eat less as long as I can remind myself😆😅 but you know what guys, everytime I eat a lot and become bloated I am scared that my muffin top will grow again😫, BUT BUT BUT, it didnt, it did not go back. Today I decided to try Lilly Sabri's 11 Line abs workout and Im gonna do this after 20 days because I saw a comment there that she did it for 20 days and she got the amazing result.
Months ago, I did this work out. Probably almost a year ago. I did it for a month straight and got amazing results. I went from looking like a refrigerator to actually having a shape lol. And to this day, I still have shape, I haven't gained any weight around my love handles. I just know I always look through comments to see if it works, so let me tell you all IT DOES.
I'll update yall and do it for 14 days Day1: ✔️ I did it but I ate a lot so idk if I'm in a calorie deficit at all Day 2:✔️ I ate pretty clean today the workout was a bit harder because I was a little sore because of yesterday's workout Day 3:✔️ today was for some reason way easier than the first 2 days Day 4:✔️ it might just be my mind playing with me but I think I lost a bit of fat not much yet Day 5: ✔️ was a bit harder at the beginning but the end was fine (I skipped the 6. Day but I'm just gonna continue now so) Day 6:✔️ felt really easy Day7: today was So hard and I was really bloated although I didn't really eat unhealthy Day 8:so it was a lot easier than yesterday and although I was really bloated before my belly didn't look that bloeted after the workout (only 2 more day) Omg I totally forgot to do it today and now it's like midnight and I can't do it because auf my parents I will do it 2 times tomorrow if I can Day 9: did it two times was pretty tired but it was fine Last dayyyyyy: it actually felt pretty easy today Results : Im pretty happy with the results I definitely lost some fat and my stomach looks flatter and also my waist looks a bit slimmer although I didn't eat that clean I will continue to do lily's workouts but not this specific one just what I feel like I want to do depending on the day OKAY YALL I WOKE UP TODAY AND MY WAIST WAS SNATCHED MY RESULT LOOK A LOT BETTER NOW LIKE WTF

I did like 7 days in a row. But i definitely see results, but in the meantime I also did some other workouts and I eat clean. My waist is a lot smaller, and I think I reduced some muffin top fat. So it's definitely worth it, but I would recommend to eat healthy as well!
@@queenba820 Today is just my 4th day of doing this workout, so I don't see much results yet, but i started noticing that my Muffin Top is more defined if that makes sense.. Also my waist seems a little smaller, but I don't really know if I can say this by day 4 already, lets see what it looks like on day 10!! But the workout is much fun🎉

Just finished Day 10 today and it’s nothing huge, but there’s a pretty noticeable difference for me. My love handles/muffin top look a little slimmer and I’m genuinely starting to see an outline of my abs forming!! I’m gonna continue this workout and try to incorporate the cardio video as well and I’m 100% sure I’ll see big results in another 10 days. Good luck to everyone trying this out, push through!!
THIS WORKS! BUT BE CAREFUL- I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and love handles disappeared after 1.5 weeks but it does built obliques! I would recommend doing this for the 10 days or until love handles are mostly gone then go to one of her lose waist fat ones and in the description it should say lose love handles/ muffin top as well. Continue doing those to keep the love handles off
@@STAYforlife-Sky idk how true this is but I read somewhere that if you do a muffin top workout and lose the fat, and then stop doing it for a while it grows back?
@@KJ-lq3bn actually that happens with anything you start doing. For example if you started playing the guitar and then completely abandoned it for weeks you would eventually slightly forget how to play correctly. It's the same with exercise. If you don't stay consistent you will eventually fall back in progress. Once you reach your goal you just have to find balance to try to keep the body you've built.
Hey guys i am starting this and promise i won’t let you down; just remind me by liking/commenting just to grab my attention. I know how frustrating it is when people don’t complete the challenge so i’ve got you guys! (let me know if you want to know something i’ve not mentioned) x measurements: bust- 34.5 waist- 29.5-30 hip-39 Day 1✅: Wow i forgot how difficult this workout was at times. I didn’t take any breaks but the flutter kicks + taps and bicycle kicks at the end really were the death of me. Day 2✅: Today was much harder because i feel so sore where my abdomen is(might be because i didn’t stretch, so make sure you do something before or after). Took second long pauses throughout. I could feel my lower abdomen burning. Day 3❌: rest day because i was in pain Day 4✅: My stomach still feels bruised but i only had one rest during this workout. I felt good during some of it even though i am in some pain (this won’t be for everyone, just make sure you stretch). Day 5: to be done 18th September (uk time)
Try keeping in mind the calories you consume..that might help in reminding you of how much to eat and burn daily...helped me too😉i lost 4 kgs in a month by doing so..all the best to you 👍
Eating is a normal thing eating when your hungry dont count calories or starve yourself try intermitten fasting because other diet methods can hurt your metabolism
I'll update for ya all 💗 Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔ I saw a very little difference (I'm working out as well for an hour, maybe that's why) Day 3: ✔ burned hehe (not much of a difference, kinda same as day 2, I got stubborn muffin tops) Day 4: ✔ Day 5: ✔ (can see a little difference, I added an amazing 15 minute aerobics with full body and butt workout, I'm gonna sleep now lol) Day 6: ✔ Day 7: ✔ (hopefully I'll see a pretty drastic change by 9th day) Day 8: ✔ Day 9: ✔ Day 10: ✔ done!! So there's a lot of difference. This workout out works and it's worth it. My muffin tops didn't go away completely. I'll continue this workout for few more days. And if you are trying this too just keep going and make sure to continue the same after 10th day too. Good luck 💗
I have been doing this for 20 days and my love handles have gotten a lot smaller! I’m not on any strict diet but I mostly eat main course meals and rarely snack. I also combine this workout with Lily’s other abs and waist work out.
@@maria_nl101 its not possible to target fat loss. i would recommend to do cardio every alternate days (not everyday for me and most people in my family injure our knees if we do it everyday. so i would recommend to start slow), eat healthier foods and do some workouts mainly for your stomach area. i still struggle with this so much but ever since i started doing these i see an improvement (yay!) Ok so I've seen a bunch of people saying that they'll update but magically disappear...So I wanna help y'all by trying it out from tomorrow and update! And I'm a believer of having a visual difference rather than seeing the numbers on the scale go down...So ima tell u the difference I see when I look at myself in the mirror! Day 1: Done! Well what can I say! It was dreadful! But in a good way ofc! The burn was real! But I wasn't able to do it correctly cause I'm a beginner...but I got thru! Day 2: When I woke up today...the soreness in my tummy was real! But the workout seemed a bit easier than yesterday but the same amount of burn and refreshment! Day 3: My tummy was sooo sore when I got up! But that didn't stop me from doing this workout! I can already feel more flexible and my love handles decreasing a bit! Day 4: Done! Easier than yesterday! I have a top which prominently shows an outline of my love handles...and boom! I'm wearing it now and looks way better! Day 5: Done! Easier and better Day 6: Much easier and was fun! Day 7: Great and easy Day 8: Done Day 9: Done! Tomorrow is the last day I'm gonna update! Day 10: Done! I'm seeing vast results! I had to come and comment on this video because after a month and a half of doing it, I am getting little 11 line abs!! I have been gyming for years but failed to get any incling of an ab. So, thank you for this video! To anyone who reads this, maintain consistency. I try to do abs at least three to four times a week with every workout.

I’ve tried a lot of these ab workouts and this one feels like it will actually kick me in the butt. It hurts but it’s not impossible and that’s what I like about it.
Gaelle Medawar I started doing this video everyday on May 1 and my waist measurement at the time was 32 inches. On May 15th I measured again and it went down to 30 inches. I didn’t really do many ab exercises at the time and this video seemed like it was something that I could keep doing and feel progress. In addition to this video, I do my regular workout later in the day, so this is something that I try to do every morning and it really helps. A mostly healthy diet helps too- you don’t have to change too much. Hope that helps :). edit: I just measured today and I went down to 29.75, still progress :)
Results: Did I see a huge change? No. But let's take into consideration that I did not change my diet all too much and also did not pair it with her cardio. I am sure that if you put those two things into action then the results would be a lot better. So, is my muffin top gone? No. Did it get smaller? Maybe. I do not have any measuring tape so I can not know for certain. Just keeping track for myself! I'm doing this with the smaller waist, hourglass hips and flat stomach. In total its about 45 mins each day, I'm going to do this for a month or two but I'll update you all for the first 2 weeks! Not doing any diets just trying to reduce the amount of junk food I eat :) Day 1: It was hard but I kept going! (Each Wednesday and Saturday I take a rest day) Day 3: I already see my belly a bit toned! Keep in mind I started this around 4 days before I wrote this. Abs are on fire!! Day 4: I didn't have enough time to do all 4 workouts today, but I did 3! Day 5: I can't tell if I am imagining it or not but I swear my muffin tops are getting noticeably smaller! Day 8: I forgot day 7 but I did today and I felt great after! I am feeling more confident in myself and I can wear tighter clothes without feeling insecure even though I don't have big results yet! Day 9: I decided to have a rest tomorrow, I'm excited to work out! Felt the burn today but its getting way easier :) Day 10: Felt a little lazy today and didn't put in 100% effort but I still completed it! Day 11: Finished! Seeing some small results! Day 13: Completed Day 14: I don't see to many results but I think that's because I was still eating lots of junk food. I did this for 10 days. I still have my muffin top. HOWEVER, I'm 60+, post menopausal, less agile and flexible than Lilly. Therefore, slower and not doing as many reps as Lilly is. After 10 days, is it my imagination or do my clothes fit differently? There is a definite improvement. Enough to keep me motivated with the recognition that if/when it IS gone, that doesn't mean it won't come back. This will become part of my daily routine. Heck, it's only 10 minutes. What have you got to lose? (Oh, yeah. Your muffin top)
I’ve been doing this for 7 days and let me tell you it works so good!! I didn’t really notice any difference until today but wow! My love handles and hip dips are so much smaller!

You guys this video actually works! Ive always struggled with my love handles. I’ve been doing it for almost a week now and I’ve mostly lost the side fat on my right side. For some reason I have more side fat on the left but that has gone down! I’m so happy!! I will continue doing this until my love handles have completely gone.

THIS REALLY WORKS! My sister said my stomach looks skinnier. It’s more pushed in! At first I was doing Daisy Keechs abs workout for two weeks and I didn’t see much of a difference so I switched to this and omg my stomach is more toned. This actually works! I've done so many muffin top workouts but this is literally the only one that works...and when I say it works...I lost all of my love handles in like 2 weeks. I have been working out consistently for 2 months which probably helped me lose them quickly, but if you do this consistently it will definitely show results!! Love it.
So ive started this from today (doing this along with April Han's thigh gap workout + 30mins jump rope) Waist- 26.5 inches, Lower stomach: 30inches Day 1: done. I completed the ten-day challenge and I can honestly say that I see a difference. There were days that I would tell myself "You don't have to do this" but I eventually pushed through it and I was happy when I finished. It helped to put tally marks on my board to show the days that have been completed. Thank you Lilly!

I did her exercises along with her cardio workouts for 3 months straight no dieting no cutting out carbs just consistent exercises and I can see the results. Guys this is the comment you’ve been waiting for, you have to do this!! After a month doing Chloe Ting’s exercise I was seeing no results (no hate to Chloe, her workouts can have great results, everybody is different) so I decided to try Lilly Sabri’s exercise and wow, I’ve been doing the Hourglass Hips, Smaller Waist and Lose Muffin Tops (this video) and it’s my 5th day and my love handles are smaller, my hip dips are less noticeable and I have abs!! I’m surprised with how fast I saw results. Chloe’s exercises were wearing me out but they weren’t really burning, but these don’t wear me out as much and they burn a lot (as they should) and they’re definitely worth it!! You can do it!!❤️

guys this actually WORKS!!! I tried it for 14 days and i can see a big difference. I did this for everyday and saw a huge difference. I would also do a 1 minute plank 2 times a day. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!! Hope you try this out and see a difference as well.

Results: Finally finished 10 days of this workout!! So I know no one will see this but I still want to share my honest results and opinions. By the 5th day I could tell my stomach was getting much flatter, and my waist was smaller. And by each day I felt stronger and doing the workout was easier!! I definitely lost a few inches around my waist and my stomach. Keep in mind I only did this workout video and this one only. My muffin top isn’t completely gone BUT if I did this for another 15 or so days it most definitely will be gone. I ate how I normally would so I didn’t go on any type of diet and I still got noticeable results. So if you want the results to come faster I definitely would recommend to eat healthy. In conclusion do this workout I recommend it and it only takes 10 minutes of your day. I will continue to do it because I really like it! Hope this motivates you!! Good luck and if I can do this, so can you :)

I'm not one to usually comment on anything like this, but guys, this workout seriously works. I've been doing this x5 a week for the last 5 weeks and the only other exercise I do is my daily walks (30-50 mins 5 times a week). I haven't really changed my diet or anything but I can already see massive results and I feel so much more confident. I also feel stronger too! Yes, it burns sooo bad after the third day straight, but stick with it because this really works. And it somehow gets more and more fun the better I get at it. THANK YOU SO MUCH LILLY!!

Overall, I think this workout was great! I felt the burn after each workout. I didn't weigh myself before doing this challenge so I don't know if I lost weight. But as for my waist and stomach, I feel smaller and less bloated even though my measurements are still the same. I think I'll do this challenge again in the future but I'm doing some different workouts this week! I did this workout first day of June while also skipping or doing jump ropes. Ive experienced a lot of workouts that didn't give me a visible progress and it creates my trust issue😑 but I still keep doing workouts until I discover this. It's really my attitude that before I complain or compliment I have to do it first wih consistency to see if their workouts really work or should I complain or compliment and be grateful. The days that I always look into my mirror with my really annoying muffin top😖😖😖 ARE GOOONNNEE!!! now it's 28th of June, I stopped doing this workout when I decided to focus reducing my bulky legs. I exceed 4 or 5 days I guess? since this workout is really addctive but after that I stopped. What I did not expect is that it's permanent especially those who have proper diet. Me, I don't have proper diet but I just eat less as long as I can remind myself😆😅 but you know what guys, everytime I eat a lot and become bloated I am scared that my muffin top will grow again😫, BUT BUT BUT, it didnt, it did not go back. Months ago, I did this work out. Probably almost a year ago. I did it for a month straight and got amazing results. I went from looking like a refrigerator to actually having a shape lol. And to this day, I still have shape, I haven't gained any weight around my love handles. I just know I always look through comments to see if it works, so let me tell you all IT DOES.

Day7: today was So hard and I was really bloated although I didn't really eat unhealthy

Results : Im pretty happy with the results I definitely lost some fat and my stomach looks flatter and also my waist looks a bit slimmer although I didn't eat that clean I will continue to do lily's workouts but not this specific one just what I feel like I want to do depending on the day

So guys, I did it, but not 10 days in a row. I did like 7 days in a row. But i definitely see results, but in the meantime I also did some other workouts and I eat clean. My waist is a lot smaller, and I think I reduced some muffin top fat. So it's definitely worth it, but I would recommend to eat healthy as well!

Today is just my 4th day of doing this workout, so I don't see much results yet, but i started noticing that my Muffin Top is more defined if that makes sense.. Also my waist seems a little smaller, but I don't really know if I can say this by day 4 already, lets see what it looks like on day 10!!

Just finished Day 10 today and it’s nothing huge, but there’s a pretty noticeable difference for me. My love handles/muffin top look a little slimmer and I’m genuinely starting to see an outline of my abs forming!! I’m gonna continue this workout and try to incorporate the cardio video as well and I’m 100% sure I’ll see big results in another 10 days. Good luck to everyone trying this out, push through!!

THIS WORKS! BUT BE CAREFUL- I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and love handles disappeared after 1.5 weeks but it does built obliques! I would recommend doing this for the 10 days or until love handles are mostly gone then go to one of her lose waist fat ones and in the description it should say lose love handles/ muffin top as well. Continue doing those to keep the love handles off

Are you sure about the obliques? I mean I did it for like one month and my muffin top shrunk as well as my waist. It did both for me 🤷🏼♀️

@@KJ-lq3bn actually that happens with anything you start doing. For example if you started playing the guitar and then completely abandoned it for weeks you would eventually slightly forget how to play correctly. It's the same with exercise. If you don't stay consistent you will eventually fall back in progress. Once you reach your goal you just have to find balance to try to keep the body you've built.

Day 1✅: Wow i forgot how difficult this workout was at times. I didn’t take any breaks but the flutter kicks + taps and bicycle kicks at the end really were the death of me.
Day 2✅: Today was much harder because i feel so sore where my abdomen is(might be because i didn’t stretch, so make sure you do something before or after). Took second long pauses throughout. I could feel my lower abdomen burning.
Day 3❌: rest day because i was in pain
Day 4✅: My stomach still feels bruised but i only had one rest during this workout. I felt good during some of it even though i am in some pain (this won’t be for everyone, just make sure you stretch).
Day 5: to be done 18th September (uk time)

Eating is a normal thing eating when your hungry dont count calories or starve yourself try intermitten fasting because other diet methods can hurt your metabolism

How many cms or inches have u lost after 10 days?
I have been doing this for 20 days and my love handles have gotten a lot smaller! I’m not on any strict diet but I mostly eat main course meals and rarely snack. I also combine this workout with Lily’s other abs and waist work out.
Does it also get rid of lower belly fat? Because I’m trying to get rid of the sag I have there
@@maria_nl101 its not possible to target fat loss. i would recommend to do cardio every alternate days (not everyday for me and most people in my family injure our knees if we do it everyday. so i would recommend to start slow), eat healthier foods and do some workouts mainly for your stomach area.
i still struggle with this so much but ever since i started doing these i see an improvement (yay!)

Ok so I've seen a bunch of people saying that they'll update but magically disappear...So I wanna help y'all by trying it out from tomorrow and update! And I'm a believer of having a visual difference rather than seeing the numbers on the scale go down...So ima tell u the difference I see when I look at myself in the mirror!
Day 1: Done! Well what can I say! It was dreadful! But in a good way ofc! The burn was real! But I wasn't able to do it correctly cause I'm a beginner...but I got thru!
Day 2: When I woke up today...the soreness in my tummy was real! But the workout seemed a bit easier than yesterday but the same amount of burn and refreshment!
Day 3: My tummy was sooo sore when I got up! But that didn't stop me from doing this workout! I can already feel more flexible and my love handles decreasing a bit!

I had to come and comment on this video because after a month and a half of doing it, I am getting little 11 line abs!! I have been gyming for years but failed to get any incling of an ab. Gaelle Medawar I started doing this video everyday on May 1 and my waist measurement at the time was 32 inches. On May 15th I measured again and it went down to 30 inches. I didn’t really do many ab exercises at the time and this video seemed like it was something that I could keep doing and feel progress. In addition to this video, I do my regular workout later in the day, so this is something that I try to do every morning and it really helps. A mostly healthy diet helps too- you don’t have to change too much. Hope that helps :). edit: I just measured today and I went down to 29.75, still progress :)

Results: Did I see a huge change? No. But let's take into consideration that I did not change my diet all too much and also did not pair it with her cardio. I am sure that if you put those two things into action then the results would be a lot better. So, is my muffin top gone? No. Did it get smaller? Maybe. I do not have any measuring tape so I can not know for certain.

I'm doing this with the smaller waist, hourglass hips and flat stomach. In total its about 45 mins each day, I'm going to
do this for a month or two but I'll update you all for the first 2 weeks! Not doing any diets just trying to reduce the amount of
junk food I eat :)
Day 1: It was hard but I kept going!
(Each Wednesday and Saturday I take a rest day)
Day 3: I already see my belly a bit toned! Keep in mind I started this around 4 days before I wrote this. Abs are on fire!!
Day 4: I didn't have enough time to do all 4 workouts today, but I did 3!
Day 5: I can't tell if I am imagining it or not but I swear my muffin tops are getting noticeably smaller!
Day 8: I forgot day 7 but I did today and I felt great after! I am feeling more confident in myself and I can wear tighter clothes without feeling insecure even though I don't have big results yet!
Day 9: I decided to have a rest tomorrow, I'm excited to work out! Felt the burn today but its getting way easier :)
Day 10: Felt a little lazy today and didn't put in 100% effort but I still completed it!

I did this for 10 days. I still have my muffin top. HOWEVER, I'm 60+, post menopausal, less agile and flexible than Lilly. Therefore, slower and not doing as many reps as Lilly is. After 10 days, is it my imagination or do my clothes fit differently? There is a definite improvement. Enough to keep me motivated with the recognition that if/when it IS gone, that doesn't mean it won't come back. This will become part of my daily routine. Heck, it's only 10 minutes. What have you got to lose? (Oh, yeah. Your muffin top)

June 4: crazy how strong I feel/how much more control I have after the rest day. Make sure to rest your muscles!
June 5: form is getting better, bicycles at the end are still the hardest. definitely stronger core

You guys this video actually works! Ive always struggled with my love handles. I’ve been doing it for almost a week now and I’ve mostly lost the side fat on my right side. For some reason I have more side fat on the left but that has gone down! I’m so happy!! I will continue doing this until my love handles have completely gone.
For some reason I still have side fat on my left but not my right and it won’t go away! I don’t know why 😢i think i need to focus on my left side for a while

YES YES YES!!! This works soooo good!! I started last Monday and when I looked in the mirror today I could see two lines at the top of my abs forming! I’ve never had abs in my life!! Stick with this and I guarantee you’ll see results!!

THIS REALLY WORKS! My sister said my stomach looks skinnier. It’s more pushed in! At first I was doing Daisy Keechs abs workout for two weeks and I didn’t see much of a difference so I switched to this and omg my stomach is more toned. I have a defined line and the side fat on my right side is nearly gone. I have more side fat on the left for some reason so I will continue doing this till it’s gone. I also stopped eating sugar and junk food so no chips and candy etc. we can do this guys just keep pushing!!!

This actually works! I've done so many muffin top workouts but this is literally the only one that works...and when I say it works...I lost all of my love handles in like 2 weeks. I have been working out consistently for 2 months which probably helped me lose them quickly, but if you do this consistently it will definitely show results!! Love it.

So ive started this from today (doing this along with April Han's thigh gap workout + 30mins jump rope)

Ok, it was fun in the start but by the end; i couldn't feel my legs even though bicycle crunch is one of my favourite exercise yet i faced a lot of difficulty during this last exercise. Somehow completed it as i want these muffins gone.

I don't know how i did this. Today is such a hot day and my muscles are aching since yesterday. I am proud of myself for not backing out.

I didn't slept well yesterday as my body was really sore bcoz of workout but still i did it today and honestly I am feeling better now.

Honestly, today i was in mood of skipping this but just before the dinner i decided to go for it. Although i had some unhealthy food today but still i did it.

Just an update. I have done this workout and the tiny waist workout for a month and have lost 1 1/2 on my waist and muffin top is gone! Thank you Lilly for your great workouts!!

I completed the ten-day challenge and I can honestly say that I see a difference. There were days that I would tell myself "You don't have to do this" but I eventually pushed through it and I was happy when I finished. It helped to put tally marks on my board to show the days that have been completed. Thank you Lilly!

Lily Just wanted u to know, it took me 4 years to find my abdominal muscles after a c section. Thanks to you, you helped me slowly work through and finally start to tighten the muscles which hurt like hell the first few days. You were the only one that explained it practically and simply enough. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 thank you from a first time mum with no clue what happened to her body.

So I definitely noticed my muffin top reducing however I think you would need to do this for around 20 days for it to rly work. My love handle is still there, I’m going to be moving on to a new workout to switch things up a bit,but I enjoyed this one :)

I did her exercises along with her cardio workouts for 3 months straight no dieting no cutting out carbs just consistent exercises and I can see the results. Now all my clothes that didn't fit me , they all fit now although I am still very conscious about my body but this is certainly going to be a part of my life now. Thank you Lilly
