Ok, im gonna do this for 7 days, and maybe ill do it for 7 days more if I feel like it... like to remind me. Day 1: ✅ wasnt hard as I thought it would be, I did it 1 time, with one other workout video of her and one from Gabriella Whited. Day 2: ✅ It got much more easy, still dont see any difference, but I didnt expect it. Did 2 other workout vids, see you guys tomorrow. Day 3: ✅ Ok, it was reallt easy today. Did another 2 videos of workout with this. AND RESULTS!! Lost 1 cm of the love handles. Maybe I'm gonna do it for 14 days after all. Day 4:✅ Ok, I know its not supposed to take brakes, but I always take a brake from workouts because my muscles hurt so bad, and since I had a surgery 3 months ago, sometimes the places were I have scars hurt very bad, but I did drink a lot of water, and spent the day playing with my siblings to spend calories. Also I definitely notice a difference. Day 5:✅ So today I didi it, and it was so easy. Also, I was dressing my bikini, and damnnnn, it really is doing a difference, but I think Im gonna do it for 14 days to get rid of it all. Day 6:✅ Easyyyy, but the last 2 exercises always kill meeee. Day 7:✅ I did it, love handles are getting smallll. Day 8:✅ Did it! Day 9: ✅ did it! Day 10: ✅ done Day 11: ✅ done Day 12 : ✅ done, sorry I forgot to update but today I remembered I didnt comment the previous days, still did it tho. Day 13:✅ Almost doneeeee Day 14: ✅ Endddd. I notice some difference, I lost a lot of muffin tops, but I didnt eat healthy, so Im gonna do it for 1 month to see if i can lose it all. I think I can do it, since its almost all gone. Day 15: ✅ I feel so good, like almost dont have any muffin tops. Day 16: I was on my period, so didn't do it. Day 17: And the period attacks again. Day 18: ✅ Still on my period, but it was so easy, and I was missing doing exercise, also, muphin tops gettin completely gone. Day 19: ✅ Did itttt Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Well, Im really happy with my results, so I think im gonna stop this workout, but Im still gonna do workout, but like a cardio I guess.

I’ve worked out for as long as I can remember, yet my “why” used to be because I wanted to look a certain way. I’d force myself, day in day out, to workout so that I could achieve the “perfect” body. Since finding your channel Lilly, my “why” has changed. I’ve genuinely found such a passion for fitness, and the feeling I get from working out is like a drug to me. My fitness journey with Lilly started in late February, when I finally decided to try her workouts. That time I had a gym subscription, so I was combining her workouts with swimming & running on a treadmill. Then the pandemic came. First few days were very hard in isolation, could not find any energy to work out. But I slowly started to get back into the mood, by doing the Isolation Guide and the lives from RUclips . And then, on Easter, I finally got my LWL Guide. Since then, I am working out daily and feeling great! Thank you Lilly for all your work, and for doing all the RUclips lives, those were indeed a trigger for my motivation!

I've recently found your channel during the quarantine and honestly I've been on my 'workout journey' for years without seeing any real progress and I feel like this has boosted my drive so much. You give me the much needed kick start to get my butt in gear and although I scream at you behind my computer screen every time you make me do a burpee or jump squat, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these workouts

Lilly, I've been a fan of your fitness videos for months now! It started with the quick 5 and 4-minute ab burnout. Then I started the 11 line abs challenge. Now I do almost three of your videos a day! You inspire me with your positive attitude and motivating personality. I also love seeing Teddy in some of the videos, it makes it so much more enjoyable. This year I graduated from college and picked up a full-time job helping people with disabilities, I was so worried that since I wasn't playing volleyball for my university anymore and I was busy working a full-time schedule that I would lose my "ideal body". Your workouts and messages you send out to the world made me realize that no matter what body I have, I should be thankful and proud of it! The quick workouts you post really keep me on track with my routine, especially during quarantine! I couldn't be happier that I discovered your channel in such a crazy time in my life. ok i WILL actually do this 14 days, will not abandon it. Day 1-Done! I don’t have a measuring tape so i suppose we will just have to see if there is anything at all. Day 2- Basically the same thing. I’d done this while alternating between another 5 min love handle workout, so it’s getting easier. I’m bottom heavy, so my arms get tired lifting myself up. No results, but that’s expected. 👍 Day 3- I feel it getting easier. I have terrible body dysmorphia, so it may be just be that telling me i see a difference when i don’t, but i hope not. I feel better. Yeah, i’m not sure what else to add. Day 3 is done! Day 4: I didn’t do my normal workout routine, but i still did this. Feels alright albeit shorter; more boring as well. Maybe I’ll start doing it 2x a day on day 7. Makes sense then. I’ve got an injury on my right knee that prevents me from seriously engaging in the workout which is so sad!! i’ll continue doing the workouts. i pray that as the days pass, my leg will have healed. maybe ill have to redo this routine properly for another time, but let’s just keep doing this one for now. 🤗 ❌Day 5- I know it seems like i’m constantly in pain or something is wrong with me, but right now, i’m experiencing the worst migraine ever. I went to sleep out of my normal window and now I’m feeling the effects of it. Hope to get back to my regular routine tomorrow. My knee is still messed up as well, so i’m just not in the best shape to do this or any exercise today. With a good night’s rest, I’ll hopefully be back to my usual routine. I will be making up this day and any other days i miss, though hopefully not missing anymore days. Day 6(technically 5 but yk)- not much to add. knee still hurts but with the help of much needed sleep, i’ve finally gotten back to my regular routine after 2 days. love handles LOOK better to me, but might as well be BDD. love the workout though it’s hard to see on my phone since my computer is broken. Day 7- Wow, 1 week! I know I’ve missed a day. Nevertheless, I’ve updated this every day, even on the day i didn’t do this. Thank God! Praying for another well week of doing this. Day 8- I’ve officially memorized the entire workout. 😂 Still feel good. I’m not sure about results (obviously) but to anyone, if anyone reads this, read the caption. My whole reason for this isn’t to spot reduce but rather feel more comfortable and flexible on my sides. Take my “I see results” with a grain of salt because it’s just coincidental if i lose any fat from there. On to day 9 ♥️ Day 9&10- I forgot to update it yesterday! I did do it yesterday though I didn’t do my regular routine. Today, I did my regular routine and this. Tomorrow, hope I don’t forget. Day 11-13- I did it on day 12 and 13, not day 11. So i’ll be adding those days. I just got lazy updating this 😅 I can’t for sure if i’m going to continue updating this but here’s the update: I definitely see a difference. It’s nice, but it’s addicting. In the way that I stare and admire myself for several minutes throughout the day. But through that, i start recognizing other parts of me that I’m not fond of. So while I’m so happy to have gotten a second chance and see definition rather than the blob I’ve seen myself in for a while, i recognize it’s still a struggle. Day 14&15(really day 12 and 13so yay 🎉 nearly 2 wks) Hard but it’s almost done. I have to make up one more day and i’ll tell-all about my results and how i feel now. Day 16(Actually day 14 🎉)- done! I did it! I’m going to be honest; i see some results. Maybe on other days, i made the results seem more extreme than they were, but to say that there were none is a lie. I feel better in my skin. Not completely 100%, but better thank God. I’m going to do this for a week more just to see.

I have always been a fitness junkie, but have beat my body up through the years so finding your channel has been a blessing. I love the modifiers for the days my knees and shoulder just can’t handle the advanced move, especially how they are still just as effective as the advanced. You are so motivating and you truly care about your members well being and don’t make everything about being ripped and super skinny.

I have always stored more fat in my love handle area and would like to make them more firm. Day 6- Done Day 7- Did a different ab and LH workout. Day 8- Done. May do a different too, but will be working on obliques/butt and arms as well 9- Done, I found it tougher today, guess I wasn't doing it right or trying hard enough. I pushed myself today. Day 10- Did it twice, done. 11- done twice 12- done twice Day 13- done once Day 14- Finished.. My review. I wish I measured my hips before doing this because I can't really see a big difference on my love handles, buuutt.. my abs are more define. I have a very small line in between the abs. So, it'll benefit you in some way! I'll just keep trying!

Only on my second day, but this day was a little easier. My goal is to keep it up the full 14 days and maybe do it twice a day once my abs stop burning. Update Day 9: Still doing it. The workout has gotten easier and I am seeing some results. Update Day 14: I have kept it up I see some results and I will continue to do this maybe twice a day.
I have just started taking very serially daily workout and healthier lifestyle. Never in my life I have been happy with the way I look but never really done much about it. Now I have goal in my head that I wanna achive and I'm ready to do all it takes to achive it. It's not easy journey but in a way very exciting. My biggest problem is that I have very bad self image and that is something I'm still fighting with and working on. I have came down from 73kg to 56kg but when I look in the mirror I see myself looking exactly the same way as I was when I was 73kg. I am my worst critic and don't know if my body will be ever good enough for me. But I must say daily exercise does help with my mental health a bit. RUclips is amazing for finding good workout plans to follow and I really love your videos as they are intense, no break and I do feel after like I have done something good for my body. I have 2 small children (4 years old and 10 months old) so even before lock down gym is just not option for me. So on behalf all stay at home moms thank you for creating this video's for us ❤❤❤❤

Ok, im gonna do this for 7 days, and maybe ill do it for 7 days more if I feel like it... like to remind me.
Day 1: ✅ wasnt hard as I thought it would be, I did it 1 time, with one other workout video of her and one from Gabriella Whited.
Day 2: ✅ It got much more easy, still dont see any difference, but I didnt expect it. Did 2 other workout vids, see you guys tomorrow.
Day 3: ✅ Ok, it was reallt easy today. Did another 2 videos of workout with this. AND RESULTS!! Lost 1 cm of the love handles. Maybe I'm gonna do it for 14 days after all.
Day 4:✅ Ok, I know its not supposed to take brakes, but I always take a brake from workouts because my muscles hurt so bad, and since I had a surgery 3 months ago, sometimes the places were I have scars hurt very bad, but I did drink a lot of water, and spent the day playing with my siblings to spend calories. Also I definitely notice a difference.
Day 5:✅ So today I didi it, and it was so easy. Also, I was dressing my bikini, and damnnnn, it really is doing a difference, but I think Im gonna do it for 14 days to get rid of it all.

I’ve worked out for as long as I can remember, yet my “why” used to be because I wanted to look a certain way. I’d force myself, day in day out, to workout so that I could achieve the “perfect” body. Since finding your channel Lilly, my “why” has changed. I’ve genuinely found such a passion for fitness, and the feeling I get from working out is like a drug to me. My fitness journey with Lilly started in late February, when I finally decided to try her workouts.
That time I had a gym subscription, so I was combining her workouts with swimming & running on a treadmill.
Then the pandemic came.
First few days were very hard in isolation, could not find any energy to work out.
But I slowly started to get back into the mood, by doing the Isolation Guide and the lives from RUclips .
And then, on Easter, I finally got my LWL Guide. Since then, I am working out daily and feeling great!
Thank you Lilly for all your work, and for doing all the RUclips lives, those were indeed a trigger for my motivation!

Lilly, I've been a fan of your fitness videos for months now! It started with the quick 5 and 4-minute ab burnout. Then I started the 11 line abs challenge. Now I do almost three of your videos a day! You inspire me with your positive attitude and motivating personality. I also love seeing Teddy in some of the videos, it makes it so much more enjoyable. This year I graduated from college and picked up a full-time job helping people with disabilities, I was so worried that since I wasn't playing volleyball for my university anymore and I was busy working a full-time schedule that I would lose my "ideal body". Your workouts and messages you send out to the world made me realize that no matter what body I have, I should be thankful and proud of it! The quick workouts you post really keep me on track with my routine, especially during quarantine! I couldn't be happier that I discovered your channel in such a crazy time in my life. ok i WILL actually do this 14 days, will not abandon it.
Day 1-Done! I don’t have a measuring tape so i suppose we will just have to see if there is anything at all.
Day 2- Basically the same thing. I’d done this while alternating between another 5 min love handle workout, so it’s getting easier. I’m bottom heavy, so my arms get tired lifting myself up. No results, but that’s expected. 👍
Day 3- I feel it getting easier. I have terrible body dysmorphia, so it may be just be that telling me i see a difference when i don’t, but i hope not. I feel better. Yeah, i’m not sure what else to add. Day 3 is done!
Day 4: I didn’t do my normal workout routine, but i still did this. Feels alright albeit shorter; more boring as well. Maybe I’ll start doing it 2x a day on day 7. Makes sense then. I’ve got an injury on my right knee that prevents me from seriously engaging in the workout which is so sad!! i’ll continue doing the workouts. i pray that as the days pass, my leg will have healed. maybe ill have to redo this routine properly for another time, but let’s just keep doing this one for now. 🤗
❌Day 5- I know it seems like i’m constantly in pain or something is wrong with me, but right now, i’m experiencing the worst migraine ever. I went to sleep out of my normal window and now I’m feeling the effects of it. Hope to get back to my regular routine tomorrow. My knee is still messed up as well, so i’m just not in the best shape to do this or any exercise today. With a good night’s rest, I’ll hopefully be back to my usual routine. I will be making up this day and any other days i miss, though hopefully not missing anymore days.
Day 6(technically 5 but yk)-
not much to add. knee still hurts but with the help of much needed sleep, i’ve finally gotten back to my regular routine after 2 days. love handles LOOK better to me, but might as well be BDD. love the workout though it’s hard to see on my phone since my computer is broken.
Day 7- Wow, 1 week! I know I’ve missed a day. Nevertheless, I’ve updated this every day, even on the day i didn’t do this. Thank God! Praying for another well week of doing this.
Day 8- I’ve officially memorized the entire workout. 😂 Still feel good. I’m not sure about results (obviously) but to anyone, if anyone reads this, read the caption. My whole reason for this isn’t to spot reduce but rather feel more comfortable and flexible on my sides. Take my “I see results” with a grain of salt because it’s just coincidental if i lose any fat from there. On to day 9 ♥️
Day 9&10- I forgot to update it yesterday! I did do it yesterday though I didn’t do my regular routine. Today, I did my regular routine and this. Tomorrow, hope I don’t forget.
Day 11-13- I did it on day 12 and 13, not day 11. So i’ll be adding those days. I just got lazy updating this 😅 I can’t for sure if i’m going to continue updating this but here’s the update: I definitely see a difference. It’s nice, but it’s addicting. In the way that I stare and admire myself for several minutes throughout the day. But through that, i start recognizing other parts of me that I’m not fond of. So while I’m so happy to have gotten a second chance and see definition rather than the blob I’ve seen myself in for a while, i recognize it’s still a struggle.
Day 14&15(really day 12 and 13so yay 🎉 nearly 2 wks)
Hard but it’s almost done. I have to make up one more day and i’ll tell-all about my results and how i feel now.
Day 16(Actually day 14 🎉)- done! I did it! I’m going to be honest; i see some results. Maybe on other days, i made the results seem more extreme than they were, but to say that there were none is a lie. I feel better in my skin. Not completely 100%, but better thank God. I’m going to do this for a week more just to see.

heyy!!! So I see that you didnt get significant results. It might be cause you are overworking your abs.....or you can try to add some cardio/hiit.

Rose Lilly I eat very clean no dairy, no gluten vegetables and whole grains, healthy fats only also protein and a lot of water. Drink green tea too. No junk food or anything

I have always been a fitness junkie, but have beat my body up through the years so finding your channel has been a blessing. I love the modifiers for the days my knees and shoulder just can’t handle the advanced move, especially how they are still just as effective as the advanced. You are so motivating and you truly care about your members well being and don’t make everything about being ripped and super skinny.

I've been doing her two other 5 minutes flat belly work outs.
My belly is 34 as I measured it yesterday.
Also yesterday I was pretty breatheless and I know I'm doing half of the exercises but wish me luck.
Day 2: exercise are still hard but I'd do anything to get a flat belly, pretty exhausted.

Skipped two days😭 I've been unmotivated lately. I'll just keep trying and see what happens. This document is for me. I have always stored more fat in my love handle area and would like to make them more firm.

9- Done, I found it tougher today, guess I wasn't doing it right or trying hard enough. I pushed myself today.

My review. I wish I measured my hips before doing this because I can't really see a big difference on my love handles, buuutt.. my abs are more define. I have a very small line in between the abs. So, it'll benefit you in some way! I'll just keep trying!

I’ve tried to work out here and there over the years but I’ve been hard at it for a few months now and have truly only stuck to it because I want to work out along with you. Only on my second day, but this day was a little easier. My goal is to keep it up the full 14 days and maybe do it twice a day once my abs stop burning. Update Day 9: Still doing it. The workout has gotten easier and I am seeing some results.
Update Day 14: I have kept it up I see some results and I will continue to do this maybe twice a day.
I have just started taking very serially daily workout and healthier lifestyle. Never in my life I have been happy with the way I look but never really done much about it. Now I have goal in my head that I wanna achive and I'm ready to do all it takes to achive it. It's not easy journey but in a way very exciting. My biggest problem is that I have very bad self image and that is something I'm still fighting with and working on. I have came down from 73kg to 56kg but when I look in the mirror I see myself looking exactly the same way as I was when I was 73kg. I am my worst critic and don't know if my body will be ever good enough for me. But I must say daily exercise does help with my mental health a bit.
RUclips is amazing for finding good workout plans to follow and I really love your videos as they are intense, no break and I do feel after like I have done something good for my body. I have 2 small children (4 years old and 10 months old) so even before lock down gym is just not option for me. So on behalf all stay at home moms thank you for creating this video's for us ❤❤❤❤
