Day 1: awkward but not bad, I can feel why some say there is a low back strain. I also did a 2 mile walk and some arm work outs. Praying for good health and wellness. Day 2: seriously feeling the burn and loving it. Oh how badly I want to just feel healthy again. (Along with this challenge I am doing a 15 min arm challenge eating 1700 calories roughly and cut out all sugary drinks and desserts.) Day 3: woo hoo I was able to do the sitting arm pumps with my legs up. It was so tough though and I touched the ground for a moment. But we shouldn't insult ourselves for the efforts we are putting in. Day 4: I had to modify one of the sitting lean back exercises due to back pain, so I payed on my side and brought my knee up and met it with my elbow for an oblique crunch. Day 5: sounds weird I know but beneath my layer of flab I feel muscles getting stronger. It's like a good kind of pain. Day 6: skipped due to life 😣 Day 7: I weighed in and again I'm doing a calorie deficit, walking and an arm work out but guys I'm down 7 pounds!! I'm not gonna lie, I fizzled out for a few days but have continued the last few days I'll do measurements soon and let you guys know. Day 8: done and feeling good Day 9: so happy I didn't quit after a couple days of skipping 5 days to go Day 10: looking forward to doing another video challenge of hers. Day 11: got it done early starting the rest of my day, love how my stomach feels stronger I made it to 13 days I didn't lose around my waist but I'm gonna say that's because I just found out I'm almost 2 months pregnant. There are bunch of people who really want to lose weight. But sadly, they don’t really strive to get that results. One of the reason is they are lacking about their reason why they want to lose weight. For me, having that clear reason why is something that can really speed up the process and keep you going for a long time. @Maria Ayala not so much, but I've been doing different videos of abs for more than one year, and, I don't know why but I still can't see them. I can see them a little when there is the light and shadows, but if I'm at the beach, for example, or with direct light I can't see them.

I've been doing this for a few weeks. The scale hasn't moved, but my waist definitely has. With the internet drowning in HIIT workouts and women bulking up with weights, it is wonderful to have workouts that tone and slim and make you strong and still very feminine. Thanks so much for this. 😊
I’m on day 5 and I am feeling it! Thank you for this, I struggle to work those lower abs and this is exactly what I need. I love how unique your exercises are. Most of the exercises in your videos I have never done before and I love learning new exercises!! Update: Day 14 and I am done! Overall, it got easier as I went on, but I still felt the burn! I believe it sculpted my upper abs more and strengthened my lower abs. I still have work to do and will be doing this everyday plus some of your other workouts for thighs and glutes!

I started doing this and other 5 workout videos (3 for legs, the one for the love handles and belly fat and an arm tone up) 9 days ago, made a few changes in my diet and I think I already see a difference! A message for everyone here: If you started but you are lazy or don't see a difference and start missing your daily workouts, just change your diet a bit, eat more healthy, stay motivated and DON'T GIVE UP!! Day 1: I’m used to doing the other five minute one, but it got too easy for me eventually so I decided to try this one. On day one it’s quite hard, but I expect the results will be worth it!
It doesn't work in 7 or 14 days but after about 3 weeks of doing this there is definite improvement and also feel like I could not have co.itted to this if the exercises were longer. 5 minutes a day seems like nothing and so easy to commit to that. I ended up doing 2 or sometimes 3 a day by the end of it. Really love these videos so much you are really great Lily x

Just started! Day 1: I did the workout twice through. I was feeling the burn the first time, then I really felt it the second time. Day 2: Did the workout twice. It was harder today. Definitely feeling the burn. Day 3: I did it twice. I am so tired! Day 4. I did is twice today. It keeps getting harder. Today I worked on tightening my core while doing the workout. Day 5: Did it twice today. I am not seeing any results yet. But then again, it has only been 5 days. Day 6: I did it twice today. I tried to focus on tightening my core. Day 7: I did it twice today. Half way through! Day 8: I did it twice. It was difficult, although my abs do not hurt as much as they usually do. Day 9: I did it once today. I skipped yesterday because I was not feeling well. However, I will do this workout for an extra day so that it will be 14 days altogether. Day 10: I went back to doing it twice today. Day 11: I did it once today. I think that I am improving on some of the exercises. Day 12: I did it twice today. Only two more days left! Day 13: I did it once today. I was feeling the burn a little more than I have been. Day 14: I did it once today. All done! Results: Besides doing the workout, I practiced other healthy habits such as daily additional exercise, eating pretty healthy, and drinking a gallon of water a day. My measurements around my waist and lower stomach did not change at all. Really, the only results I had were losing a pound and maybe my abs gaining a little more muscle. I know everyone's body is different. But for me, this workout was not really worth it.
This may meant that you actually exchanged some fat for muscle, muscle usually tens to be a little bit heavier than fat. That's why you feel like you haven't lose weight
REMIND ME PLEASE!! Start: June 29th 2024 Weight: 60kg Height: 166cm Day 1: It burnt A LOT. I did all the exercises but would give up 5-10 seconds on one or two exercises. I can feel my stomach burning up! 😭😭 Day 2: Went on a field trip for the whole day, so I will do one time in the morning of day 3 and in the afternoon of day 3 to catch up! Day 3: I only did the morning one for now, I’ll do the evening one later since it’s only the afternoon. This time I only gave up at one exercise. It’s getting easier and my stomach burns, my legs hurt, and the intersection on my elbow between my upper arm to the shoulder level and my lower arm to the wrist level started sweating on both of my arms. My neck hurts too. I didn’t do the evening one so i’m gonna do it for 15 days instead! currently writing this right before starting day 4. Day 4: So proud of myself! I already know what exercise is the easiest and the hardest one for me, I sweat from my back, my chin, my arm intersection, my stomach and my thighs also my leg intersection! This time I completed all exercises with no exception! I kinda have a headache but overall i’m happy I did it! Didn’t loose weight yet neither gained but I know I have to be patient for the results! 3:17 is for sure my favorite exercise while my least is 4:55 . 😊 Day 5: Didn’t do it. Don’t hate ur body!!!!! I know it’s cliche BUT ITS REALLY TRUE! You have to solve your mental mindset before trying to change your physical appearance because it won’t be successful. No matter how UGLY you might think your body is (trust me that was me) always know that there will always be people trying to judge you. Lastly, do it for your health and to get stronger not just for ur physical appearance. Because weight loss takes time and you also need to acknowledge the strength you’re getting from it. i am in your same positon. And I just want you to know that doing things like workouts is great to make yourself feel good in short term, but working on mental health is the end goal. You should love yourself no matter what. I know its easier said then done, but our society needs to start accepting normal bodies. Like having belly fat is normal! infact its healthy! I just want you to know that I know how you are feeling, and its normal. Just remember that you are enough. And if any girl or guy does not see that you are amazing then they are the problem.

I have been doing 30 min approximately of her workouts, 1 for hip dips and 3 for abs and I swear that the results are just amazing, i have been doing them for 4 days and my waist, my hips and my stomach have flatten not a lot but significantly, today I decided to wear a pair of pants that didn't fitted me and I was impressed when I saw that they don't only fitted me but they were a little bit loose in the waist, keep up guys I swear it's worth it

I am going to do this for 14 days and stay as comiitted as I can. I did one of Lilys 5 Min belly fat workouts for 11 days straight and did it twice most days. I am doing this one now since the other one is getting fairly easy and want a challenge. I do highly recommend all lily's workouts tho. They defo work. Day 1 ✅ - struggled and obviously getting used to new exercises. Defo feel a burn but pushed through and I did it. Day 2 ✅ - I can definitely feel a burn but it's still kinda easy? But it's not easy at the same time aha. I'll keep going throughout the 14 days and hopefully I'll get results. I'll aim to also do this twice as I get further on by each day. Day 3 ✅ - I feel a burn with every exercise, some are easier than others. I'm doing different workouts at the moment. Walking workouts, HIITS, a lot of belly fat ones, fully body. I suggest if you want results you have to really put all your energy into different workouts to get the results you want. I've lost about 3-4lbs now over the past two weeks from doing lots of workouts in calorie deficit.

I had to stop a few times but I can definitely feel this working:) Day 2: I was super sore from yesterday so today was super hard and I had to take three breaks:( but I can already see some improvement which is crazy considering it's only day 2!!:) Day 3: It burned a lot but I only took one break today! I've taken a 9 day off from working out. Mainly because I've been so focused on school and also there's work being done at my house so that's not good. However, during those 9 days I've been ACTIVE, taking walks, house chorus and vigorous exercises. I've had my period in between this so I taken some days of because of the pain. Didn't want to make it worse for myself. Day 1: (06/10/20) 1 set completed 00:07 2nd set completed 06:38 am. Day 2: 1 set completed 21:29 Day 3: 1 set complete (20/10/12) . I’m complexly restating. I’ve been doing other workouts of hers but wanted to come back to this one as I seem it’s most effective for me. .

Day 1 ✅: I did it twice. Morning and Afternoon. I'll also be increasing my water intake to 5 water bottle a day. The exercise was intense but if you keep your goal in mind you'll receive courage to go through. Day 2 ✅: Didn't felt like doing it but I kept in mind I want that shape so I made it through. I did it twice again. The exercise didn't get easier but then it's only my 2scd day and I'm doing no diet I'm only doing the exercise. Day 3 ✅: I'm already tired of it. I literally force myself through the exercise cuz I want that shape. I only feel the pain when I'm exercising. Probably because I don't do anything else to boost it. Like diet. Day 4 ✅: I did only once today. In the morning and that's it. The exercise become more comfortable and natural tho. Day 5 ✅: Did it once, in the morning. Day 6 ✅: Once again in the morning. Day 7✅: I did it once lol. At night . Honestly the exercise become more comfortable now.

Llevo usando esta rutina alrededor de 20 días y de verdad que sirve un montón, los primeros 14 días no notaba ningún cambio, creí que no me estaba resultando, pero en realidad mi grasa abdominal habia disminuido, esto lo descubrí porque al tratar de mostrar todo mi abdomen inflado no se veía como antes, antes se veía muy grande y ahora no, estoy emocionado por eso porque es lo que buscaba. Luego de los 14 días comencé a repetir dos veces los ejercicios y le sume 5 segundos extras al temporizador, espero ver más resultados😊
Recuerda que cada 6 semanas tenes que modificar un poco la rutina o aumentar el tiempo para no perder los resultados ya que el cuerpo se acostumbra. Estoy muy orgullosa y contenta por vos! ❤️

I'm doing this during school for 2 weeks: Day 1:It was okay I felt the burn I struggled a bit and had to stop Day 2:It was good I did this about 3 times and I really felt the burn. Here in 2023. Day 1- was tough..still lying down can't get up cause my lower abs burns. I'll come back to update for the entire 14 days. Day 2; so much burnnnnnnn but we did it still. Day 3: there is still a burn and my back hurts too but not as much as the first two days. Day 4: I skipped the actual day 4 so today will be my day 4. It got a bit easy...burns are still part of the package. Day 5 : getting easy but yhe burn is consistent Day 6: I did it. Should have been 7 days now but I skipped two days in between. So. Almost a week in a day Day 7: finally after skipping the weekend. I can say I have seen some changes. My waist is 28 now, which I can say is an achievement from almost 30. I also can see a defining curve (the hour glass) around my waist area. I look forward to the next 7 days without skipping and hopefully my waist gets to 27(the goal). Fingers crossed and body still burns.

Day 1: awkward but not bad, I can feel why some say there is a low back strain. I also did a 2 mile walk and some arm work outs. Praying for good health and wellness.
Day 2: seriously feeling the burn and loving it. Oh how badly I want to just feel healthy again. (Along with this challenge I am doing a 15 min arm challenge eating 1700 calories roughly and cut out all sugary drinks and desserts.)
Day 3: woo hoo I was able to do the sitting arm pumps with my legs up. It was so tough though and I touched the ground for a moment. But we shouldn't insult ourselves for the efforts we are putting in.
Day 4: I had to modify one of the sitting lean back exercises due to back pain, so I payed on my side and brought my knee up and met it with my elbow for an oblique crunch.
Day 5: sounds weird I know but beneath my layer of flab I feel muscles getting stronger. It's like a good kind of pain.
Day 6: skipped due to life 😣
Day 7: I weighed in and again I'm doing a calorie deficit, walking and an arm work out but guys I'm down 7 pounds!!
I'm not gonna lie, I fizzled out for a few days but have continued the last few days I'll do measurements soon and let you guys know.

Update: Day 14 and I am done! Overall, it got easier as I went on, but I still felt the burn! I believe it sculpted my upper abs more and strengthened my lower abs. I still have work to do and will be doing this everyday plus some of your other workouts for thighs and glutes!

It doesn't work in 7 or 14 days but after about 3 weeks of doing this there is definite improvement and also feel like I could not have co.itted to this if the exercises were longer. 5 minutes a day seems like nothing and so easy to commit to that. Day 11: I did it once today. I think that I am improving on some of the exercises.

Results: Besides doing the workout, I practiced other healthy habits such as daily additional exercise, eating pretty healthy, and drinking a gallon of water a day. My measurements around my waist and lower stomach did not change at all. Really, the only results I had were losing a pound and maybe my abs gaining a little more muscle. I know everyone's body is different. But for me, this workout was not really worth it.
This may meant that you actually exchanged some fat for muscle, muscle usually tens to be a little bit heavier than fat. That's why you feel like you haven't lose weight

Day 1: It burnt A LOT. I did all the exercises but would give up 5-10 seconds on one or two exercises. I can feel my stomach burning up! 😭😭
Day 2: Went on a field trip for the whole day, so I will do one time in the morning of day 3 and in the afternoon of day 3 to catch up!
Day 3: I only did the morning one for now, I’ll do the evening one later since it’s only the afternoon. This time I only gave up at one exercise. It’s getting easier and my stomach burns, my legs hurt, and the intersection on my elbow between my upper arm to the shoulder level and my lower arm to the wrist level started sweating on both of my arms. My neck hurts too. I didn’t do the evening one so i’m gonna do it for 15 days instead! currently writing this right before starting day 4.
Day 4: So proud of myself! I already know what exercise is the easiest and the hardest one for me, I sweat from my back, my chin, my arm intersection, my stomach and my thighs also my leg intersection! This time I completed all exercises with no exception! I kinda have a headache but overall i’m happy I did it! Didn’t loose weight yet neither gained but I know I have to be patient for the results! 3:17 is for sure my favorite exercise while my least is 4:55 . 😊

Don’t hate ur body!!!!! I know it’s cliche BUT ITS REALLY TRUE! You have to solve your mental mindset before trying to change your physical appearance because it won’t be successful. No matter how UGLY you might think your body is (trust me that was me) always know that there will always be people trying to judge you. Lastly, do it for your health and to get stronger not just for ur physical appearance. Because weight loss takes time and you also need to acknowledge the strength you’re getting from it. i am in your same positon. And I just want you to know that doing things like workouts is great to make yourself feel good in short term, but working on mental health is the end goal. You should love yourself no matter what. I know its easier said then done, but our society needs to start accepting normal bodies. Like having belly fat is normal! infact its healthy! I just want you to know that I know how you are feeling, and its normal. Just remember that you are enough. And if any girl or guy does not see that you are amazing then they are the problem.
Don’t hate your body, you are exactly where you are supposed to be AND as a teenager your body is in a stage of development ! Enjoy the process of taking care of yourself and your health, it really does feel amazing to feel strong! ❤️

I have been doing 30 min approximately of her workouts, 1 for hip dips and 3 for abs and I swear that the results are just amazing, i have been doing them for 4 days and my waist, my hips and my stomach have flatten not a lot but significantly, today I decided to wear a pair of pants that didn't fitted me and I was impressed when I saw that they don't only fitted me but they were a little bit loose in the waist, keep up guys I swear it's worth it

I am going to do this for 14 days and stay as comiitted as I can. I did one of Lilys 5 Min belly fat workouts for 11 days straight and did it twice most days. I am doing this one now since the other one is getting fairly easy and want a challenge. I do highly recommend all lily's workouts tho. They defo work.
Day 1 ✅ - struggled and obviously getting used to new exercises. Defo feel a burn but pushed through and I did it.
Day 2 ✅ - I can definitely feel a burn but it's still kinda easy? But it's not easy at the same time aha. I'll keep going throughout the 14 days and hopefully I'll get results. I'll aim to also do this twice as I get further on by each day.
Day 3 ✅ - I feel a burn with every exercise, some are easier than others. I'm doing different workouts at the moment. Walking workouts, HIITS, a lot of belly fat ones, fully body. I suggest if you want results you have to really put all your energy into different workouts to get the results you want. I've lost about 3-4lbs now over the past two weeks from doing lots of workouts in calorie deficit.

Day 1: This really pushed me and left my abs on fire but I made it through! I had to stop a few times but I can definitely feel this working:)
Day 2: I was super sore from yesterday so today was super hard and I had to take three breaks:( but I can already see some improvement which is crazy considering it's only day 2!!:)
Day 3: It burned a lot but I only took one break today!

Day 1 ✅ wow this is actually a good workout! I like it a lot. Towards the middle/end, when I had to lay down but go back up to touch my toes I felt my stomach hurttt! But it was such a good hurt. We got this guys!

Week 1 summary: honestly I love the fact that there's the pain. It means it's working (I've been doing multiple other slim ways and belly fat biting exercises of Lily's too) I'm an endomorph so I might not see results faster than others and that's fine, that just means I have to work that much harder.
But I have lost something so that's good. (Apologies I didn't measure myself before)
And on top of that. I FEEL AMAZING. This workout MAKES me want to workout. I'm obsessed. My body feels much stronger and I'm really proud of it.

Second week review:
Honestly. I'm not seeing much difference again. But I'm not quitting. I'm going to try doing 3 sets, and start adding cardio and skipping. One main factor that's affecting my progress is eating habits. I've stopped fizzy drinks 2020 being the third year. It's just sugar consistencies e.g. Chocolates. Weeks to come I'm going to also motivate myself so I'm not down in the dumps half the time. To try keep my mind solely focused on my end goal.
I've taken a 9 day off from working out. Mainly because I've been so focused on school and also there's work being done at my house so that's not good. However, during those 9 days I've been ACTIVE, taking walks, house chorus and vigorous exercises.
I've had my period in between this so I taken some days of because of the pain. Didn't want to make it worse for myself.

Day 1 ✅: I did it twice. Morning and Afternoon. I'll also be increasing my water intake to 5 water bottle a day. The exercise was intense but if you keep your goal in mind you'll receive courage to go through.
Day 2 ✅: Didn't felt like doing it but I kept in mind I want that shape so I made it through. I did it twice again. The exercise didn't get easier but then it's only my 2scd day and I'm doing no diet I'm only doing the exercise.
Day 3 ✅: I'm already tired of it. I literally force myself through the exercise cuz I want that shape. I only feel the pain when I'm exercising. Probably because I don't do anything else to boost it. Like diet.

Llevo usando esta rutina alrededor de 20 días y de verdad que sirve un montón, los primeros 14 días no notaba ningún cambio, creí que no me estaba resultando, pero en realidad mi grasa abdominal habia disminuido, esto lo descubrí porque al tratar de mostrar todo mi abdomen inflado no se veía como antes, antes se veía muy grande y ahora no, estoy emocionado por eso porque es lo que buscaba.
Luego de los 14 días comencé a repetir dos veces los ejercicios y le sume 5 segundos extras al temporizador, espero ver más resultados😊
Recuerda que cada 6 semanas tenes que modificar un poco la rutina o aumentar el tiempo para no perder los resultados ya que el cuerpo se acostumbra. Estoy muy orgullosa y contenta por vos! ❤️

Day 1:It was okay I felt the burn I struggled a bit and had to stop
Day 2:It was good I did this about 3 times and I really felt the burn.
Day 3:I did it twice and I'm sweating so badly I was able to do everything and it was good

Here in 2023.
Day 1- was tough..still lying down can't get up cause my lower abs burns.
I'll come back to update for the entire 14 days.
Day 2; so much burnnnnnnn but we did it still.
Day 3: there is still a burn and my back hurts too but not as much as the first two days.
Day 4: I skipped the actual day 4 so today will be my day 4. It got a bit easy...burns are still part of the package.
Day 5 : getting easy but yhe burn is consistent
Day 6: I did it. Should have been 7 days now but I skipped two days in between. So. Almost a week in a day
Day 7: finally after skipping the weekend. I can say I have seen some changes. My waist is 28 now, which I can say is an achievement from almost 30. I also can see a defining curve (the hour glass) around my waist area. I look forward to the next 7 days without skipping and hopefully my waist gets to 27(the goal). Fingers crossed and body still burns.
