Like to know in poweramp whether I can change the music scroller left/right graphic to just a straight line and moving the dot marker, I can skip ahead or backwards, I don't like the graphical analog look?
Yes I already buy this app almost a year ago,,the equalizer we can set up to 32 band ,there is also many designs on disco lights,it very great apps all the way.
POwerAmp do not find my DSDs files , i guess it s a marketing compatibility, why ? 'cause HIBY, UAPP( the lover music app nightmare ) and others find it.
If my phone doesn't have hi-res dac ... Poweramp still can play hi-res audio...it doesn't make any sense... another thing is ..it can upsampling any low grade music to the hi-res audio....its pretty much useless...

I cannot find anything out there better than the version of Power Amp I currently run and Since the new sound engine development. None have the power and fullness through my Quad DAC. Been running it for 10 years now, and have tried others here and there. Nothing sounds better to Me. But I also only run 32 bit 96-192khz FLAC on a micro SD music menu. No streaming. No comparison.
@@channel48 ive tested almost all of the music player apps available in the playstore, neutron did output the best audio quality of them all, but the downside is it's interface, but once u have get used to it, it will be a no hastle.
and also, neutron player is an audiophile player, which means, it can output the sound really close-like from the original sound file. but ofcourse, u can only tell the difference when u are palying/using a high quality format music/sound file like flacs or CDs. a mp3 file will just be a trash when u use it in testing because it lacks the information and parts of the sound. ur audio device is also a factor, every app, settings, etc. will be useless if ur device doesnt support a high res (or atleast u can force it, but could lead to h ardware issues)
I bought PowerAmp long ago. The sound is not that good unless you are rooted and have viper4android installed used in conjunction. Viper brings PowerAmp alive. Jet Audio+ player with it's 5 add-ons is much better. You can come darn close to equaling Viper. I throw in EQ app along with Jet Audio's 5 addons and my V35's onboard equalizer. That is a total of 7 audio dsp apps with 3 equalizers all running simultaneously with Jet Audio player in attempting to match Viper. I come darn close dynamic range is just a hair off. I can live with that though. I won't run a phone without Viper it's useless to me. But root is getting harder and harder to come by. I did not want to brick this V35 so I went with the 7 audio dsp's and got great success.
Long ago but did you test the new versions ? Root im not rooted maybe this device but most are not .. All I know is some devices have good DAC chip and with Poweramp i can enable it - The iphone 4s same thing amazing sound ild iphone 3 gs same thing - Apple ipad 1 beautiful -

I would not even carry a Galaxy S20 Note Ultra or any phone if it doesn't have Viper. Any phone without Viper I consider useless period. I need my music and I need to sound awesome always. I have instructions on how to root this V35 but it is far more difficult then in the past. I could brick this one and never recover. I got fortunate with the JetAudio+ and the addons where I can nearly match Viper not having to root now.

In my opinion the poweramp sounds loud and seems to pile up, but when I use hiby music, the sound and some details are very neat and don't pile up and not too loud
its a matter of settings - if you push loud volume from the player phone it will be - poweramp is sweet beautiful and give access to the DAC thats just like wow

It reproduces flacs better than other apps, so its nice to have it. Also looks great and its intuitive, so yeah, pretty nice
The tricks that Neutron player can do to get the best audio out of android makes it the best.

I prefer app that work with streaming services such as Tidal or Spotify. I don't keep audio track on my SD card or smartphone storage.

In my opinion the poweramp sounds loud and seems to pile up, but when I use hiby music, the sound and some details are very neat and don't pile up and not too loud
its a matter of settings - if you push loud volume from the player phone it will be - poweramp is sweet beautiful and give access to the DAC thats just like wow
