    Wow, Thank you for The Knowledge, I will add it to my practice sessions as a beginner
    I would like to ask your opinion about combining 3 different styles with their own aspects and uniqueness
    1. "SUGAR" Ray Leonard for Combinations of Punching, Tricking, and Footwork
    2. Floyd "MONEY" Mayweather for PHILLY SHELL
    3. Orlando Canizales aka THE O.G MATRIX Before Lomachenko for Angles, Shifts & Footwork
    and Im Right Handed but want to be a Southpaw

    Why do we need lower body for boxing ?

      Power is generated from the legs and you need them for fast movement.
