My 0.4 nozzle was clogged beyond saving.and I had to change it for a 0.6. My beat “transparency” results are this new 0.6 nozzle, one or two walls 0.8 line width, 0.3 layer height. I am using sunlu clear PETG.
I really do love your Carbon Fiber Plate, very nice. Thank you for making these videos they are very helpful, especially for us who are trying to learn.
Looks good, thanks for showing off this filament. Would be handy to know how does this PETG Translucent compare to a standard PETG, i believe normal PETG printed with 1 wall/vase should also have some level of translucency.
Looks great. I just picked some of that filament up and can't wait to try it. One question though, do we have to dry it every time we want to use it? Now for a challenge to all of my American RUclips friends - can anyone make a full video without saying "Go ahead"? It seems to be very common over there :-) Love the video though.
How thick is the wall on the original? 4 wall is probably overridden by the file thickness. You need to consider the inside wall. What I am referring to is if it is wall thickness of 2.4mm 4 wall the total thickness of 8 loops. If it is 1.2mm thick, 4 wall it it would be 4 loops. It is the same as 1.2mm thick wall, and 2 walls. It is challenging to design the inside and outside, with strength in mind.

I love this filament, just ordered two more spools.
We need some royalty free jams during the timelaps 😂
Thank you very much for your great video, all your effort and explanations and showing the different scenarios.

The ship model isn't hollow as far as I know so that shouldn't matter.
really really?
I find a bed temp of 60 helps it stick on those plates
Really, really cool 😆

I use the Bambu lab and polymaker translucent petg to make stain glass type prints
