    Morning: jeera, menthya and ginger water
    @7:45: 30 minutes 8 shape walking and 50 count skipping
    Breakfast: guava 2 and 1 omelette
    @11: green tea
    Lunch: 1 cup rice, keerai kulumbu, beans poriyal and 1 omelette
    @3: Buttermilk
    @3:10: 50 minutes 8 shape walking
    @4:00: 15 minutes exercise and 100 count skipping
    @4:45: green tea, 1 cup ground nut, 1 small piece cake
    @6:45: ragi ball, beans poriyal and keerai kulumbu
    @7:30: 20 minutes walking
    4 litres of water ( including buttermilk, green tea and hot water)
