    Good Samaritan laws are also in the US w the stipulation that you don’t expect compensation and acting within scope

    Imagine being the only doctor on the plane and there's an emergency while your sleeping in your seat.

    I think in the United States on a flight it is better not to accept any offers gifts upgrades because of possibility litigation legal issues

      Most airlines though having a lot of medical equipment don’t have glucomètres oddly
