- Only my second time rooftop truck tent camping and I love it! There are 3 reasons why this is so cool: (1) the setup is so easy, it makes the whole experience more relaxed (2) the little mattress inside is sweet to sleep on (3) you are safer from bears, wolves, mountain lions and snakes when you are 7 feet off the ground! Highly recommend looking into this option for you next camping trip!

Everyone 24 and older agrees with you 100%(me) and everyone under 24 won't even consider clicking the video unless they plan to skip through. No knock, just facts from other channels I've seen talking about their analytics. Young people skew short and quick and on to the next, while the older audience skews longer so they can take it all in I guess.

When I was younger, I lived off a nice lake in Florida. I developed a pretty cool relationship with a great blue heron there. I had a healthy colony of bluegill and other sunfish in the area behind my house (I would feed them gamefish feed) and every evening I would give him a couple bluegill. Eventually it got to the point where he'd be out there waiting for me and my mom would call out "fillip your heron is out waiting for you" and I would go out and catch him a couple. He would spot me from really far away whenever I would go fishing, even when I was on other parts of the lake. When we moved away my neighbors told me he continued to come out and wait for me for many months... My first interaction with him was not unlike the one you had with this one. Some good nostalgia. I even fed him a 2 lb bass once that was dying from a deep hookset. Was amazed that he was able to swallow that thing!

Ace I throughly enjoyed watching your adventure played out. I rooted for you to catch a large striper. The smaller ones I hope you enjoyed cooking and eating the small striper that caught. Wow that camper tent over your blue truck how clever and convent. Whoever came up with that idea is brilliant. A fold away tent on your truck. So wherever you go your tent goes with you folded on top of your truck. All I can say is how cool to have a tent like that. You have some neat cool camping items like your stove and fry pan and even a drawer for food and spices.

Herons truly are amazing birds. Ive heard they can sit up to 6 hours without moving a single muscle looking into the water for fish. Once you give them handouts though you can guarantee they wont leave you alone. Kinda like a seagull lol
