Great job, Leah! Enjoyed that you included your quick game plan change when you discovered something had gone bad. That kind of quick thinking is really crucial with these types of challenges. That croissant sandwhich look mouthwatering! 👌

Thanks! Yeah, it was such a bummer. But we made it work. That sandwich though…. Sooooo good!!

Love the sheet pan nacho idea. We always have chicken and steak left over and I never really know what to do with it. Awesome!!! Thanks for the inspiration.

I used to do a great big batch of grilled chicken and put it in the freezer, I don’t know why I quit doing that, but after watching your video I am going to start that back up again! Your buffalo ranch salad looked delicious 😋 I am going to try that too.

My secrete to making homemade pizza crust is to not only brush the crust with olive oil, sprinkle it with garlic salt/herbs, and then pre-bake it for about 15-min (if you like crispy crust). Then add the sauce/toppings and bake until melted. That way the cheese doesn't overcook.

That is such a great idea! I’m definitely trying that next time. Thanks!
