I have missed your videos and just binge watched this pantry challenge series. I loved them! I do have some ideas for you to help with a few of the freezer and pantry items.
    1. Use your bolognese sauce, the mozzarella, and the lasagna noodles to make a simple lasagna. Bonus: i like to steam spinach or thaw frozen spinach to throw into my sauce for extra hidden veggies.
    2. With the tilapia, you can make 2 dishes that my family loves. The first is fish tacos. You can shave the Brussels sprouts with carrots to make a Mexican coleslaw to serve with it. West coast style is simple- grilled style with lime and cayenne pepper (or chili powder), serve with a simply-dressed coleslaw of lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Serve with queso and pico in grilled corn tortillas. It's a bite of summer! For an added bonus, you can serve it with those cooked beans in the freezer and some of the cooked rice. The second meal idea is nut-crusted tilapia. Process down some nuts (we love using pistachios or pecans), zest a lemon, drizzle in some olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. And then spread the nut crust on top of thawed tilapia before baking at 425 F for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is flaky. Serve with roasted Brussels Sprouts, a salad, and some couscous or quinoa or tabbouleh for a beautiful Mediterranean inspired dish.
    3. Cook the shrimp nugs and chop up your peppers to make a quick sweet and sour shrimp stir fry. The sweet and sour sauce is easy to make with ketchup, soy sauce, a touch of sugar, and some cornstarch. Serve with the fried rice, some of the pot stickers, etc.
    4. With the salmon, i like to roast mine with a lemon pepper topping, lemon slices, or the McCormick One Skillet Glazed Salmon packet. Another way to enjoy it is with teriyaki for an Asian flair, or chili powder and lime for a Mexican flair. I like to make a double batch of roasted salmon with lemon, pepper, capers, and Kalamata olives for dinner tonight, and then make the leftovers into salmon burgers for tomorrow night. We also like to use the leftovers for Salad Nicoise.

My favorite meal for smoked sausage or Aidell's sausage is a sheet pan meal with sliced sausage, potatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, whatever else you've got. Always a go-to.

You could make yogurt with the whole milk. You’re doing a fantastic job at cleaning the freezers! Sure you could use the artichoke hearts (in stir fry and buns can always be spread with garlic butter and toasted.

The queso fresco always has a weird liquid in it and you take it out when you crumble. If you want to eat the frozen pizza you can cut up while still frozen. I normally do a half but you could even cut in fourths and freeze the rest. That freezer is super full of choices. I would need to write a list and meal plan to try to use though what was their for sure. Being busy at work makes it hard to pull things together at home too. Good luck!

I'm not going to write most ingredients for every suggested dish - you're a good cook and know what seasonings to use. I don't have an instant pot or slow cooker. I don't know all the spices and seasonings you keep on hand.
Sheet pan fajitas with rice from freezer.
Fish chowder with salmon and tilapia from freezer (make like clam chowder and use whole milk).
One of our favorite ways to eat salmon is Baked Thai Salmon "craved home cooking"
Use more whole milk and any kind of sausage in egg strata, baked egg dish, pasta dish, mac and cheese, cream soup. Chicken curry.
Stir fry rice, oven roasted broccoli, pineapple meatballs, (sweet chili sauce, soy sauce or aminos)
I think I saw English muffins in the freezer so ... breakfast sandwiches (sausage in freezer) can be made ahead.
Cut the frozen pizza in quarters so you can enjoy a portion at a time and not waste the rest.
Taco soup with any ground beef. We like cheese nachos with the soup so we can dip.
    Bowl, any ethic flavor profile:
Cooked shredded meat, roasted vegetables, rice or pasta.
Cooked shredded salmon, rice, roasted corn, pico, shredded
Cheese stuffed burgers, sweet potatoes fries.
Do you like curry dishes? Chicken Tikka Masala is a quick dish and really good. I don't grill the chicken but sear in a hot skillet then add.
Roasted carrot (refrig)/pumpkin soup(freezer) (use whole milk).
    Savory vegetable/sausage pie.
Fyi: if you you're making an "Asian" (Japanese, Thai, Chinese, etc) dish and you don't have bamboo shoots, cabbage cut in a similar size mimicks the texture of the shoots very well.
Classic roast in your slow cooker.
Cook bbq ribs in slow cooker with bean mix.
Use Italian sausage in your red sauce instead of ground beef.

@@savvysaute6578 Aww... you're so sweet! Thanks! I like to cook but sometimes, despite a full freezer, I run out of ideas. Your videos make me think and I appreciate that. Yesterday I made Stroganoff using a Chuck Roast I picked up from Fred Meyer ... one of those manager specials. It was a first to use Chuck and not a last! (( and we have leftovers 👍) Delish if I do say so! Keep your videos coming, please!

When you fix a roast, second go round( leftovers), make po-boy sandwiches out of it. Shred some cabbage and put on it plain or as a slaw. You can also make barbecue sandwiches out of it along with the barbecue ribs. Serve the sweet potato fries with a dipping sauce make of: part honey and brown sugar with some melted butter. Heat to make syrup consistency and either serve to dip fries in or drizzle over the fries to serve. Make some do not peel chicken, take some of your spaghetti sauce and use to make stuffed bell peppers ( rice, mixed with some sauce that has either beef or pork mixed in, then topped with bacon. Bake in oven until bacon is cooked and peppers are crisp tender. Make sweet & sour meatballs. Make a stew out of one roast, add in some carrots & potatoes serve over some rice. Make some pork jambalaya…along with a chicken & sausage gumbo. If you had pork chops make some cumin rice with pork chops. Take any white fish and make fish En Papillote… easy and fast dinner …cut different veggies up to put on top of the fish and let everyone pick out what they want. Have an appetizer night out of all little bits of stuff that is leftover. You now have a lot to pick stuff from.

Try the salmon u dont care for or the shrimp nuggets in a rice bowl. I had a southwest salmon bowl the other day. Rice base with grilled corn, japeno, pico de gallo, and a southwest sauce (mayo, salsa type blend). I actually got it a Long John Silver.
I live by myself. I cook the whole pizza, slice it up and put the extra slices in the freezer. Ill take out a piece or 2 and just air fry it for a few minutes (they do really well in the air fryer). Add some carrot, celery sticks with ranch for lunch.

The dish I was telling you about is called Do Not Peek Chicken. Also if you look up John Besh chef in New Orleans…he has a video of him making jambalaya! Step by step. Now this is our favorite jambalaya! Also, look up Paul Prudhomme’s recipes! My mother use to make chicken stew and he has a great recipe.
