I do buy things like ice cream and lollies, frozen chicken products, chocolate and seasonal bits when on offer and clearance. You could use the rolls like sub rolls for lunches, mini pizzas, burgers etc.

If you dont like the kodax mix as pancakes turn them into muffins i do that with the double chocolate which i found foe 3 for 1 dollar and we all love them thay way

What a good haul! It seems most who do grocery hauls don't pay much attention to nutritional info, fat and protein content ... thank you for including it!
Everyone who grocery shops (yes, we all do!) likes, dislikes certain foods, likes or dislikes certain brands for their own reasons. I never, ever criticize anyone's grocery choices, or their budget, online or in real life. I never look in anyone else's cart and judge what they're buying. That's food shaming and is very disrespectful.
We buy Banza pasta, too, at Costco because they have the best price. No, Banza is not keto. We eat low carb, low fat, high fiber, healthy protein meals, it's a non-issue for us. I make cauliflower rice and cook it half and half with brown rice, so good! By the way, that fresh pork that was on sale at Kroger ... though it has a lot of fat in the raw state, I cook it for a few hours in the oven, covered, on a rack and the fat melts off.
Unfortunately, our Grocery Outlet has the best prices on processed foods. They used to have lower prices and I could occassionally get bulk sizes on oats, or a box of protein bars, for example. They moved to a new location and I suspect the rent is higher, so prices are, too, especially on fresh fruits and vegetables.

Does your Kroger give if you buy only 1 of the b1g1f it to you for half off?? Like if it's $4 but you only want one will they give it to you for $2? Someone else I watch on RUclips her Kroger does that.
I believe the law for our state (maybe all) is that they can’t give away free food, so they mark them 1/2 off each. But I don’t know if my store requires purchasing two in order for the discount to apply. (Like the buy 5 or more sales.)
