Totally agree. Find it annoying when blogger do reports on economy class but make sure they show you the business class lounge & not the terminal where most travellers will be. I’d like to see what’s in the airports offers in way of amenities.
Glad the two of you are enjoying being with each other. It was very brave to show 6’4”s stone creation in the sand. I hope you made it worthwhile for him. 😉 Big hug from Colin xxx

hello Bobo! Greetings from Rome! We’re doing well thank you. Currently on the way to FCO to fly to AMS :) Glad 6’4 and I were able to entertain you guys for dinner hehe. Enjoy the rest of your evening!
Great video, Jayden! It’s nice to see QANTAS bringing food service back to the levels in previous years. It always helps on those long flights. Too bad they didn’t update the video screens with the refurbishment. Looks like they could use replacing. Thanks for the Hong Kong vlog. Makes me want to get back there soon.
Did the same route in 1996 on a 744 in economy then on the Brisbane with flight number QF52. 747-200. The service was amazing then with real porcelain main course dish, metal cutlery, menu cards, Australian crew that were so down to Earth and friendly. The seats were also a lot more comfortable in economy back then. Still have the menu cards after all these years. There was no individual TV screens but the crew handed out playing cards and games and there was a movie shown on the main screen., for anyone interested. The crew came round every hour with drinks and you could ask for Tim Tams, biscuits and alcoholic drinks without judgement. What an airline Qantas used to be. Today I dread to think.
Hi Peter, thanks for sharing what flying in the 90s was like! I experienced the large TV screen at the front of the cabin once on a Thai 747. It was a cool experience, wish that airlines kept that as an entertainment option.
Your vlogs Jayden are the very best out there and always a pleasure to watch. You are so informative Jayden and I really enjoy all of your content and honest views. You give great overviews of the journey and I live how you travel in various classes and not just business or first like so many other vloggers do. Would you recommend the Dorsett?
Thanks so much for your kind words😁😁 Dorsett isn’t very close to Wan Chai or CWB stations but provided the low price and easy access to buses and trams I would recommend it :)
Hi Jayden thank you for the video last time I flew Qantas meals weren't so good. Glad you enjoyed your meals. Love to go to Happy Valley race track. Hope you both enjoyed the trip and it was good you met up with your sister.
I really enjoyed this video and seeing you both. I’ve transited via Hong Kong a few times but never visited the city. It looks like a lot of fun! Wishing you a wonderful weekend!

Glad to see economy review, it fits most people’s reality. Business and Furst Class are wonderful too watch, but out of reach for many who watch. My gosh, they have given you tons of food. I think I would have had a food coma as well! You are funny today!! Loved it. Your Hong Kong blog was really interesting.
Wow.. great flight review and very lucky to be in that empty flight. Crew looks really relax and happy. This reminds me Qantas A380 Mel to Singapore few times in the past. Enjoy flying/travelling boys.
Jayden ….such a great Ep. We are curious about Iceland Air so you def scratched an itch!! Yes, the 757 would be a treat to fly on. Great little London vignette too. Back from San Francisco on NZ7, 777-300. Good flight home….I had a fab team of crew. Love seeing my name in lights on your Patreon list. Keep up the amazing work. We love you. BB and Pax …hi to 6 Foot 4 too.
Happy Chinese New Year of the Dragon. Hope you have a good reunion dinner. I enjoyed this economy class trip video. Happy making future airline trip videos.
The mtr's doot doot sounds are the coolest ngl. Especially if someone with a concessionary card passes through. Definitely a "tell me you're in hk without telling me you're in hk thing"
“情不要靠近车门.” “Please stand back from the train doors.” “Toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot toot!” 😂 As a railfan all my life and having been to Hong Kong more than a dozen times to see family, I’ve become a big MTR fan. Started watching your vlogs about a week ago, well done! Now to search to see if you have any in Bali or Tokyo so I can start getting ideas for our vacation coming up in a couple months.
Another great video! Hong Kong has changed so much since I was there. Including the airport since I flew into Kai Tak. It is nice to still see the British influence....mind the gap. Hugs from the US.
Great video Jayden and hehe the Dash 8 is from where I live in Orange. I try to select the last rows now after watching your videos. I’m flying from Melbourne to Launceston in a few weeks on a B717 before they retire them all.
I guess 6'4" hates me as it's definitely Parna. What can I say? I'm a proud Victorian :) Enjoyable vid. Glad QF treated you guys well! Love seeing HKG . And the airport express from the outside! Used to veing on it :) been too long since I was there.
Jayden, Thanks for the very details on your video. Your video had got pretty good. (check on your early one) Does 6'4 really can speak & communicate in Cantonese? Keep up the good work and looking forward on your new videos.
Quite an impressive setup... the crew, the food offering and the A380 really looked comfortable, hats off to the crew especially for all their hard work in making it so memorable. Which row were you sat in as the recline looked more than adequate? Were you so full that you became part of the menu in First LOL! Thanks so much for sharing and congrats to Qantas! 🙌
Great video! I'm going to Cebu in a few months! I hope you do a vlog of your stay there! I'll be going from Bangkok. Hopefully the Hilton and Conrad are nice!
Hello Jayden, your video reminds me of my last visit to Hong Kong in 1992. I remember staying at the Grand Hyatt on the Island and then at either the Conrad (where you both stayed) or the adjacent JW Marriott (cannot remember which one). Of course in 1992 Kai Tak was still in operation and, from my room at the Grand Hyatt, I could see the aircraft on approach to Kai Tak. I first visited Hong Kong in 1974 and stayed in Causeway Bay ... but everything will have changed so much since ! As for the flights I took CX 747-400 J class from LGW, en route stop at CDG, then on to HKG. (CX was using only LGW at that time). Then I took CX 747-300 (i think) J class HKG-SIN and after visiting SQ I returned SIN-LHR with SQ 747-400 J class ... in those days the SQ flight I took stopped en route in ZRH.
Nice ASMR. 6'4 buttering toast. 😂 So much space on the massive plane. 'Making you a plump duck then sucking out your liver'. Very good. I miss traveling with a close friend. 😢 Beautiful island in HK. Thank you Jayden.
I am glad you enjoyed the meals. I am sick and tired of the last two years of flying frequently with Qantas offering ice cream. Maybe it is fun for one flight, but not if you do ten flights a year. The food is of poor quality regardless of how much they give you.
My friend sent me this video and said it is a good review And the guy who made PA in Cantonese happens to be my friend🤣🤣 Really good video on economy class because most of the people will want to know what it is like I never know that they have so much good food🤣 Hope you enjoy your stay in HK❤️

I flew SYD-NRT on QF21 in 2014. It was a 747-400 and I sat in that small section of economy that was forward and only a few rows. We departed in the evening and arrived at 0600! Hearing that you'll do a HKG-CEB flight report made me so excited because somebody from the mainstream aviation vlogging is doing it! For me, CX's HKG-CEB service is superior than their HKG-MNL service. And I think by now you are done with your stop in Cebu, but I hope you had a good time exploring it 😊
Love to see someone doing trip reports for economy class as that is more relevant to most people. Keep it up!
More to come! thanks!
