Fatstacker, no offense, but I wouldn't tell my grandmother that banks name. I just found a bank that told me they have an entire vault full of roll coins they want GONE as their armored car service charges extra to take away boxes of coins, which they do not want to pay-so they said I could have ALL I wanted whenever I wanted!! Nice load of silver! I think collection dumps happen more often than we collectors can imagine. I was at one of my banks the other day and the teller said someone came in with a box of "old coins" and didn't know anything about them. The teller took her number down and then asked me about it when I came in. I told her to tell the customer to go to our local coin shop here (good shop). It seems hardly anyone in the general public knows anything about coins, even tellers are usually clueless.

I had a jackpot box 3 weeks ago. 65 dilvers in 1 box. 11 90%ers and 3 liberties, and the rest 40%ers. But yours is the best box I ever seen as far as rare ones

I searched rolls when I first started working full time in 1973 and never found rolls as good as those way back then.My luck changed when I became friends with the coin teller where I cashed my paycheck and would pay him ten cents more on the dollar than the one local coin store, so that was around anywhere from $1.40-1.60 over face value. Those were the days.Looks like you are well on your way to creating a great legacy coin collection for yourself My only regret is that I wish I had kept all those coins.Good luck. your newest subscriber

I asked the teller who saves older banknotes for me about $500- boxes of 50cent pieces and she said to just give them one weeks notice and they will get one for me. All this silver is going to put you past what Paul and Snax found in a full box. They found 37 silver in a box from 2017 believe. Just think if you could have afforded the rest of the box you have. I’ve never seen this many silvers in a partial box. Amazing. Nice find
I just wish I had that kind of money to put down to check for coins...I'm lucky to afford boxes of pennies right now...but I'm still finding good treasures there!!! I'm happy!!!

Anyway thanks for the info and much continued success. One more quick question. I'm near Pittsburgh pa. Do you go to big banks or small banks. Does it matter in your opinion??
In my experience, I have had better luck with smaller banks than big ones. I usually buy rolls from smaller banks and then cash in the ones I don’t keep at a bigger bank.
Hello, I started coin roll hunting about 6 months ago. My first box of Halves I got skunked. My 2nd box, that I decided to try about 4 months later, I got 1 90% silver Kennedy & 2 40% ers's along with 21 NIFS's. And I THOUGHT that was an incredible haul, but, this partial box of halves you got, well...the word EPIC is WAY overused, but NOT IN THIS CASE. This was BEYOND EPIC, this was STUPENDOUS!!!!! You got more in your first roll than MOST full boxes contain. I sincerely hope you RAN back to that back and sold your first child to get that other $690 halves they had!!!! Incredible, incredible finds!!! And to the TEN MORONS who left you a thumbs down, I...don't even know what to convey to indicate how clueless they are for not having the sense to realize this may have been a once in a lifetime find!!! HUGE CONGRATS! (And a Big Thumbs UP!!!) HH Diggin' Florida w/ Rob!
I most definitely went back the very next day and bought what was left! There was a video after this one which showed what I found. Not as many 90%ers, but a lot of 40%ers. Thumbs down don't offend me, it still counts as video interaction on my analytics. lol. Thanks for watching!
I don’t understand what the value of finding these coins are? Please explain as I’m very curious to know and learn. Perhaps I can start my own coin collection but I still don’t know what to look for. Smh
Sometimes NIFCs can be sold for about 2 times face value and the 40%ers can be sold for about $2.50 give or take a little. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!
Whenever you have multiple Enders you have to buy the whole box. I've had boxes that have six or seven Enders and some of the roles that don't even have Ender's will have five or six Silver's in it
The bank is in Tennessee, but that is the most information that I will give out. Coin collecting is definitely an awesome hobby! And the best way to start a collection is searching rolls from the bank if you are able to get some! Thanks for watching!

Awesome Finds! a couple weeks ago I got 7 Rolls from a Bank and got 6 Full Rolls of Silver and only a few clad.

Sometimes NIFCs can be sold for about 2 times face value and the 40%ers can be sold for about $2.50 give or take a little. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!

Whenever you have multiple Enders you have to buy the whole box. I've had boxes that have six or seven Enders and some of the roles that don't even have Ender's will have five or six Silver's in it

The bank is in Tennessee, but that is the most information that I will give out. Coin collecting is definitely an awesome hobby! And the best way to start a collection is searching rolls from the bank if you are able to get some! Thanks for watching!
