  • This is a short video, comparing the sound recorded using GoPro and sound recorded using it's 3,5 mm headphone output on the back of the amplifier.
    FOR BEST RESULTS, USE THE HEADPHONES :-)

      heliobluesrock You are more than welcome ! I am really a very amateur player and I am glad, that even this short video could provide somebody else, how good (or not good?) can this amp sound like. And as is written above, I do not even record the sound in the professional way.

      Luca Molteni Yes, but very attenuated. Trust me, what you hear, is the Mesa. :-)

    Hey Marcel, I bought the head a week ago and love it!!! But when I plug the headphones in it is super quiet, like gain and master on XTREME all the way up and still not the volume I'd like to hear. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Hey Marcel, do you need to have the cab plugged in to use the headphone jack? I ask because I live between two places and I wonder if I could just take the head with me?

    • @marcelkrchnak
      @marcelkrchnak  8 лет назад +1

      +Chris Thieblot Hello Chris. First, let me apologyze for ma late reply. I am too busy these dayz. Anyway, you really don't have to move between places with the cab. ON the back of amp is a switch. Move it the position SPKR OFF and you are absolutelly fine. There is internal ciscuit simulating load of real speaker and this will protect internal transformer and power source from damage. 100% tested :-)

    Hey Marcel, I was just wondering if you know by any chance whats the differences between the 25W and the 35W since Im about to buy one of them...
    Plus if you can tell me where did you got those SICK metallica stickers to the grills I would really appreciate that!
    Thank You! \M/

    • @marcelkrchnak
      @marcelkrchnak  7 лет назад +1

      Hello Eden. Mark35 has a higher power and added "solo" knob for both channels. These are the basic differences. And those Metallica stickers... They are from some order from Metclub. :-)

    Hi! You got me confused here! Ok, the first part is the camera capturing the audio coming out of the cabinet. The second part? And since I am making the comment may I kindly ask if 1. I can literally plug my headphones and play with this amp and 2. if I need power attenuator to plug it into my sound card?

    • @marcelkrchnak
      @marcelkrchnak  5 лет назад +1

      George Gorbs Hello.
      The second part is sound of my amp connected to my old Mac. Sound is recorded in Garageband.
      1. Yes you can, but be prepared for the fact, that directly connected headhones can sound like shit. Literally.

    • @marcelkrchnak
      @marcelkrchnak  5 лет назад +1

      George Gorbs And no, you do not need attenuate signal from the amp.
      See the video of my absolutelľy simplified interconnectuon with my Mac :)

      Marcel Krchnak Hi and thanks for your prompt answer. I don’t quite get how it works with the headphones though! So it is better to connect the amp via the cab clone to the daw and use headphones there?

    Can ı use this amp only with good headphone ? I mean a guitar, a headphone and an amp. I dont make a noise :) in my home. I want this amp and headphone, if it solves my problem.

    • @marcelkrchnak
      @marcelkrchnak  8 лет назад

      Hello. I believe, yes. But.... I've tried 3 or 4 different headphones and every one of them sounded different. I cannot explain why. I just wanna say, that high quality headphones doesn't mean a great sound. When I do record stuff, I alway play without speaker and my chain is: headphone (6,5mm) output of the amp, cnnected to audio in (3,5mm) on my Mac and then I listen to the sound on my headphones connected to Mac, while Garage band software is processing amplifier signal.

      +sam öz You are welcome. One more thing. I have realized, that if you plug the headphones directly into the headphone output of the amp, sound quality varies dependng on impedance of headphones. So I have found out, that best to me is play, practise and record using a computer between amp headphone output and my headphones.
