A true machinist! Traditional or custom make. The right tools for whatever project it calls for. Also, very innovative using a smoker to cure and set paint and removes gasses and oils. Brilliant!
Yes! We love the customization fixes the most!
Nice customizing! The diamond plate and lights really bring an other wish boring jeep to life. 👍
That is the coolest Jeep I have ever seen! That turned out great! Awesome job!🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Bro!
What a super cool Jeep. Turned out really fabulous. You did a great job.
I drove one when I was in Germany in the 80, nice job 👍
Yeah, I can imagine a former soldier buying a surplus jeep and customizing it. Well Done.
Looks like i may have found a new hobby, could even get my grandad involved
GOD BLESS THE MAN WHO INVENTED THE SANDBLASTER DEVICE! YAAAAY!!!
GREAT JOB. We all love the SANDBLASTING!!! Young and Old alike.
You do an amazing job keep it up
Aww! No T-rexes? 😂 Great job and thanks for sharing!

EXCELLENT RESTORATION!!!!! what was old and rusted is NEW again.
Thanks!
This is my favorite restoration of all time. Love how you went above and beyond
Thanks!!
Awesome job as usual. You never disappoint. I have gotten a few ideas for building my 1/25 scale plastic models as well. Thanks again. 👍👊
Excellent awesome superb outstanding great good superb stupendous eye popping jaw dropping job you did on that Jeep not to mention the lights I could not have done it better myself.
Great job 👍👍👍👍
Oh My, the finished article is amazing, the paint finish is breathtaking, as corny as this sounds; it really does look like NEW out of the box. Keep em coming, thank you.
Nice work!!👍
To further adapt the Jeep, you should add a gas-powered RC engine with rack and pinion steering.
Cue sandblaster: and all the children say "YAAAAYYYY" - LOL I love it!!
Fantastic - love to see old wrecks given new life - there's hope for me yet ;-)
me too lol
Nice job
Brilliant! Right down to the Diamond Plate and low-visibility Kentucky Ballistics logos. You have artistic talent and skill!
The children cheering when the sandblasting started made me LOL!
lol I'll tell them to keep it down next time. Dang kids!
@@TRGRESTORATIONS No, please not, this cheering is so beautiful! It is so wonderful to see old rusted metal gets nice and clean agin...
Dang fine resto! So good, I subscribed to Scott's channel!
How’s this for inspiration…..the jeep I drove around in during my tour of duty in Viet Nam had the name “the quick and the dead” (The Apostle’s Creed) stenciled on the panel of the windshield. Nice work….good sense of creativity and attention to detail.
Thanks for watching!
Cool. If I had that toy as a kid, it would never have left my side. Great job!
Same here. Had to wait until I became an adult to be able to buy all of the toys I didn't get as a kid lol
Looks like Kentucky Ballistics should get that
Yeah that's who I made it for. Pretty sure I owe him money from something over the years lol
@@TRGRESTORATIONS OK
Super cool!

I would love to see a resto of the Tonka Blazer.....the one with the removable wheels.... I had one of them and can't find one anywhere! My favorite toy of all time.
I've got one, still in the process of sourcing decals and replacement parts.

Hi TRG 👋👋👋 very very good restoration Tonka Jeep 👍👍👍
Thanks!
"Hurrraaaayyy!"
Thanks for watching! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
I had that jeep. I loved that thing. Was my favorite.
Then I grew up and wound up driving an army humv lol.
lol me too! Seemed like a natural progression.
Book66 I hated the humv. Much rather drive a Jeep or a five and a quarter.
@@mknewlan67 yea, especially uparmored. But better than nothing I guess. I didn't have to drive them much, enough to know we need better. Also drove a few other mraps. My main job was operating m249saw.
TRG RESTORATION i
Great restoration. But the former owner must be thinking... "I want my Army jeep back... miss the white star"...
These had a plastic top orginally
Don't ya just love it when ya prying on something and it goes flying across the room. 🤣 Usually it's a tiny piece and it gone forever. 🤷
Happens every time!
Sweet
Thanks for watching!
Great tshirt!!
Thanks! Love his channel!
Have one just like that unrestored got it when I was a kid lam 63 now
That's badass
Thanks for watching!
Gliberto
a masterpiece 😎👍
Thanks!
I'm sure a certain Canadian likes your shirt.
Love that cray Canadian! lol
Sure wish I had access to a sand blaster. Chemical stripping a 70's Tonka is the pits.
It makes a world of difference
Rims better be green
👍🏻
fit for a General sir well done
Thanks!
Amazing! Simply amazing. Came out fantastic. Can't wait to see your next one.
Thanks!
Awesome, I take it you have fun? 👍
Basically the same Jeep as the pink one?
Cool😋
I was really looking forward to the dinos....
Реставрация класс! А вот разноцветные лампочки вообще ни к чему.
Where are the dinosaur 🦖 decals??? WTH... T-Wrecks
Just kidding, great restoration! Nice personal touches! Are you giving that to Kentucky ballistics or does he have to come to your shop to play with it? T-Wrecks Customs
lol I'm sending it to him. I've known him for years so I probably owe him money for something
@@TRGRESTORATIONS Well, I have to ask too. What happened with the dino decals?
Nice shirt 👕. I'm subscribing now. Good work!!
Thanks! Love that crazy Canadian!
@@TRGRESTORATIONS crazy genius!
I'd give it a life kit and bigger tires, which could be screw on.lol then custom paint and graphics.Just a thought.
Meant lift, NOT life.Lol Damn autocorrect.
I am liking what you did here sir but next time make it a technical!! Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
lol not-so-subtle mtn dew
If I could just get them to pay me for endorsement lol
Que lindo 😍😍😍
Thanks for watching!
top cool led
Thanks for watching!
Customization =/= restoration
I had one of these,
do you have anymore jeeps like that I was thinking of a Jurassic park jeep
I did not understand the light switching. Is it on when connected or is there a switch?
What is benefit of spraying acrylic spray on the stickers?
to lock the ink in place. Basically form a thin layer of plastic over the top of it.
