*Sub for cookie butter in this recipe if you do not have it can be more protein powder. Flavoring obv will be off just because of the flavor profiles of my cookie butters but that's the easiest sub. I would recommend if I use a vegan flavor, to sub a vegan protein. And if I use a whey/casein flavor, then sub with a whey/casein protein. That's ideally but not 100% necessary. Just a suggestions for keeping consistency the same.

Chocolate Fudge pop tarts have always been my favorite! I did deviate to chocolate chip cookie pop tarts for a while but chocolate fudge will always be my number one!

I couldn't tell you the last time I had a Pop-tart, but when I was younger I remember loving the frosted hot fudge sundae pop-tarts. They were pretty solid and my mom never bought packages of them, so I could only really get them at a friend's house.
Really can't go wrong with the fudge pop tarts, hearing my mom call us downstairs and smelling that delicious chocolate fudge was something like no other!

My fave has to be the brown sugar cinnamon, and I am absolutely team toaster! Eating them cold just doesn’t compare.

I myself have a sweet tooth, and your book is COVERED with dessert recipes! I usually make your XL Oreo pop tart recipe and I use different protein powders for different flavors! Very easy to costuming your recipe. 👌
Just made the cinnamon recipe. Whatever you do, don’t add sugar, zero calorie or otherwise. Taste it first bc holy lord is it sweet already! And I’m Hispanic so I have a huge sweet tooth, but I left sugar for the end and I’m glad I did, bc I wouldn’t have been able to eat it had I added more. Remember protein powders are usually sweet already as is the cookie butter powder.

first off i have been following your recipes since 2019 and have lost 50 lbs at 15-17 and maintained it bc of your tips and recipes. i have wanted your recipe book and cookie butters and have BEGGED my parents for them but they won’t let me, my favorite pop tart i used to eat EVERYDAY was the brown sugar cinnamon, i actually bought a little pyrex dish and made the strawberry pop tart oatmeal bc you put it on your insta. i would literally cry if i won, but even if i don’t i’m still gonna watch all your vids waiting til the day i have a job so i can buy them myself 😅
