Glad he's not guilty of what he was accused of. It sure seems like these allegations were drummed up (largely) with some kind of motive. That said, he should NEVER have taken that photo next to a corpse, it was completely inappropriate, but not worth months in jail.
IT was drummed up from the start, many of those under his command had been out to get him and finally came up with the crap that caused so much irreparable damage to this hero and his family. They need to be held accountable and pay restitution for all they did to man!

All of those who brought charges against this national war hero, specifically NCIS, should be held accountable for their actions. They all need to be discharged from any military position they hold, fired from any civilian job related to this case, and most importantly be charged with conspiracy, defamation, and collusion to wrongfully charge and imprisoned Eddie Gallagher.
