Starting at 2:55 the lawyer says the SEALS who accused Eddie were part of a group when they relaxed standards. We should hear more about this aspect of the story because it is key. What kind of people were they? Is this more about being politically correct and allowing the wrong kind of men and women to serve in the SEALS? Shouldn't they be the best of the best?

Yes the prosecutor and officers involved must be court martialed and held accountable for violating Chief's human rights. Like it or not, things could have been different if they didn't resort to bully and spy tactics bringing in doubt of the military prosecution process. This is a HUUUGE black eye to the process and MUST be dealt with as publicly as Chief's case to reinstate what little TRUST our servicemembers and public have for this prosecution and chain of command. In my opinion, every single case that prosecutor and the chain of command involved is now in question of legitimacy.
