Apparently O'Neill (the fourth guy in the room) canoe'd Bin Laden once he was already dead (shot him 3 times in the head once at the top, once in the middle and once at the bottom splitting his head open). This annoyed a lot of the other seals o the raid as they had agreed before the raid to to shoot him in the head for identification purposes.
