If you're want the FPS to stay above 60 constantly then i recommend switching to High Settings + DLSS Q. There isn't a huge gap in visuals between these settings. And if you enable FG here then expect the performance to go wild with 100+ FPS (Although chances are rare, there might be a few cases of shimmering or Ghosting with FG enabled )

Does FG actually feel like 60 fps + or is feels like 40 fps only. Since i also play in controller i want to from a controller perspective

Will feel like 40 fps if you play with KBM. However with a controller that's not much noticeable.

that FSR 3 Frame Gen. Work very well on this card.

frame gen mods are also avl that use fsr 3 modded for rtx 3000 2000 cards( and may be older ones too)
