- I caught EVERY shiny pokemon available in pokemon scarlet and violet!
Therefore, I've decided to hunt for a shiny living dex in Pokemon Legends Arceus! That means that I need to collect all 224 of the Pokemon that are available to catch shiny in Hisui!
This is the result of the first 100 hours I spent shiny hunting in Pokemon Legends Arceus!

Big Tip never enter the battle instead use Sticky globs and Ball em that way you never Lose some shinys like wurmple

I spend so much time in this game gauging whether or not the fall will kill me, trying it anyway, and then being super grateful for my five “don’t die as much” charms.

There are a couple of Pokémon that are annoying to catch when Shiny and are capable of running away when they spot you

The craziest thing to happen to me in a distortion was having a shiny Haunter spawn, immediately followed by a shiny Onix

It's really sad (towards me) that you got a shiny alpha sliggoo but I use to have one but my switch broke then I had to get another switch and had to restart my save file and it had like 10 shiny alpha pokemon in, but awesome job on the shiny alpha sliggoo

I still cry every time I see shiny pachirisu because I failed one in violet on the path up to the gates on my first play through not knowing they didn’t sparkle so I just figured I’d was like plusle and minun
What game should i buy, legend arceus or scarlet/violet? any thoughts?
Id say sv, arceus isn't a bad game whatsoever but sv has tons more content and is a better main series game imo (legends arceus isnt bad just compared to sv it isnt better)
Look in pla pokemon attack you, you have to avoid with your characters attacks and it is more "survival" type. Scarlet and Violet are more standard games but I must say pla has shiny sound and sparkles and sv doesn't. It is really about what you like
I'd say Legends Arceus is more polished, but if you're more into battling then get Scarlet/Violet.

I did get 8 shinies yesterday, and 7 today though. Played about 3 hours to get the 8 and ironically 4 hours to get the 7 haha, so I'm happy as with that! 🥰 (without the shiny charm!)
