Man with that Sealeo you could have SO easily lost it if the space-time distortion spawned on it, I was legit waiting for disaster to strike
Same I was ready to jave a heart attack when it despawned
Same, when I saw that Sealeo right in the zone, I was like "catch it! Catch it! CATCH IT!" and he was all like "omg I'm so happy, look at it!"

Since were on space time distortions: i was in the fieldlands messing around and wanted to get a wurmple (for some reason) but right after i caught it a space time distortion spawned on me and i wyrdeer'd my ass out of there

I've spent my entire life saying my favourite type is either fire or psychic, but now that I think about it, a lot of of my favourite pokemon are ghost types...
I'll go do the favourite pokemon thing and come back with a list of all the ghost types in my top 50
done it: trevenant, misdreavus, chandelure, litwick, drifloon, phantump, mismagius, mimikyu, lampent and doublade, from least favourite to favourite, with doublade apparently now being my favourite. I thought liked lampent more but I guess not.

@@trainwreck6451 absolutely, although to be honest a large amount of pokemon I like are ones I saw like once and never was able to get rid of my emotional attachment to.

You know, there is something about legends of arceus that makes it feel so much better than the other games. To me it seems and feels so much more wild, natural. But I really cant put my finger on it.
It feels so much more alive and full than shield!!! Like, after I played Arceus then went back to shield, I was all “:( it kinna empty here”

Your love for shiny Pokémon and the lengths you go for them honestly impresses me. This was also a clever idea for content that I haven’t seen yet and as always the narration pacing and use of music was great. One of my new favorite channels for sure. Can’t wait for the next upload

Seems like you didn't know the spawn mechanics when you went into this, which means you got lucky you found them fairly quickly!
New Pokémon don't respawn until you KO, catch, or scare something away, so if you don't find something on your first pass, you need to start catching or killing stuff so they respawn.
The other way is for them to despawn when a distortion appears (which is how your sealeo showed up), or if they are a day or night only Pokémon that disappears during the time-of-day change (which is how you got gastly and beautifly).
I had to get intimately familiar with the spawn mechanics when doing the Perfect Pokédex Quest, but people who do a lot of re-zoning to the village usually aren't that familiar with how it works while staying on the map.
If you look at the research at the end of region 3, you can see the wormadam isn't there, so he was more than likely resetting the spawns every now and then

@@absol1975 ye, but it's still a cool challenge. To get them all in a row with no resets would be a straight up anomaly. Or you wait for dozens of spacial distortions

14:05 this made me laugh because this specific alpha luxray was actually my first ever shiny in pla, i didnt think i could catch it since i was still chugging through the story and my pokemon were like 10 levels below him but i got him :)
I remember catching 3 full odds shinies in the fieldlands while farming crafting stuff. It was all in less than the span of an hour. It was a buneary, starly, and combee. Shit was wild.

i had the same happening. i was hunting for shiny eevee and on the route i took i found 3 other shinys in 1 reset . when you consider how hard it was in every other game, this is just wild.
@@zitronentee2302 fax. Though I do wish they'd let us shiny hunt the legendaries since theey'd still be just as hard to shiny hunt considering you cant spawn in multiple in the wild like they do for regular pokemon.

Nokimon is very quickly becoming one of my favourite poketubers I love videos about shiny hunting that focus on the experience or focus on new/interesting challenges
I just did this challenge (with the shiny charm) and it took me around 4 hours to complete.

Icelands ended with a distortion that I was very thankful for but boy this was fun to do
I've done this challenge twice. My best time is 2h 34m (with Shiny Charm). It's a really fun challenge! Good job!
i remember first playing this when it came out and during the tutorials they force you into i found a shiny shinx almost instantly and i was like gobsmacked. this game is so good when you find the shinies because sometimes its such a surprise
I did a similar challenge my first playthrough, getting all possible Pokemon in an area. There was only a super small select few that I couldn't do due to placement and needing other ride Pokemon, but I collected all of the main ones (non-legendary/mythical).
I also found 10+ shinies so far.
Love when Runescape RUclipsrs use Pokemon music and love when PokeTubers use Runescape music in theirs. Keep up the cool content.

After watching this, I decided to do it too. I emptied my team besides a level 16 Shiny Cyndaquil and started. I went to check Parasect and I heard a sparkle. It was a Zubat. I then checked the rest of the map and found a Shiny Wurmple at Floaro Gardens. Pretty happy lol. Thanks for the entertainment and Shiny luck and good luck on your future Shiny hunts!

That’s how I got my Gligar, was checking out a skuntank outbreak and climbing the mountain I heard the shiny noise, shiny Gligar when I got all the way up

Shiny Garchomp is pretty good in my opinion, but it would be better if the stomach was either grayscale or more saturated than the normal one.
