Will Poulter in my mind is one of the MOST underrated actors, his performance in the maze runner trilogy was incredible, not to mention iconic in We're the millers
I was just going to ask if he was the dweeb from the Millers. He's filled out a bit, Jesus...
"Wait, you guys are getting paid?"
We're the Millers is one of the best comedy movies ever. Better than Jumanji in my opinion!!
He also did great job in "Dopesick" tv show
He refused to play Elrond in the rings of power, I can't believe it he is perfect for that role
The voice, the gesture, we all can see he is a nice guy...
He looks like that bully named sid in toy story
And a humble one, too. That you can clearly see by his gestures
@@reyses1x2 Verges on “not quite the point”, but I must confess: true lol.
Serial Killer have the same gesture be careful lol
@@naima99 some people see the light while other just see the dark ...
Will Poulter was bullied off the internet for no reason at all. I’m glad he’s deciding to rise above it all and do something about it. Credit to him.
When did that happen?
Yeah i remember hearing that after his appearance on a tv series i think, could be wrong but yeah he was harassed relentlessly online for no reason.
@@moonbeeps It was right around the time the black mirror movie came out. People didn’t like it, or the fact that he was in it for some reason. People called him names, made fun of the way he looks, and didn’t take him seriously. I think he’s back now, but he was gone for a good while.
He got bullied bc of his eyebrows back in the maze runner days
please, when was that?
That reaction to seeing his teacher was so heartwarming and genuine. No doubt there was a tidal wave of memories flooding his brain at that moment. Love seeing moments like this!
He didn't even drop a single tear, THAT'S A TRUE MAN RIGHT THERE!
@@chambatips3619 Nothing wrong with a little cry chief 🫡
He seems like a genuinely nice, empathic, lovely fellow. much success to him.
@@saierwe he looked super goofy when he was a kid
@@paddington1670 tmw someone getting jealous
😂
How does hitler seem like a genuinely nice loving fellow? Wth
@@paddington1670 you still look goofy
For half a minute, I saw the bullied but grateful child having a joy of receiving a message from his human saviour 😊
People look back to his Narnia days and perhaps wouldn't have seen him reach the heights he has hit today, but it's incredibly well deserved. An emotional moment like this just proves how genuine he is as a man.
And when I saw him in Maze Runner after that I became a fan
@@maypasifiki9360 or in the blaxk mirror movie bandersnatch
He was great in Dopesick too!
I think you could see it already there. I saw him even before the narnia movie. He was amazing in Son of Rambo and showed great comedic timing in the sketch series school of comedy. It was just a matter of time imo.😃
I saw this happening. Happened to me as well. Just keep eating your veggies and be patient.
A reminder to all teachers out there, what you do indeed leaves a mark in your students lives, so make sure it's a positive one especially for good souls like this guy.
Seems like a nice fella. It speaks volumes about your character when one's exes and old teachers say nice things about you!
exes?
@@Thorfinn781 A boyfriend or girlfriend with whom you are no longer together. A partner from a relationship that did not work out.
@@JAHinHK bruh💀 I know that but which exes exactly? Are they in this interview?
@@Thorfinn781 I meant more generically that it's a good rule of thumb. If you're looking to date someone and they say all their exes were crazy and they no longer have any sort of relationship with them then they, as the common denominator, were possibly the issue.
@@JAHinHK I'm pretty sure they understand what you mean... They're asking wtf you are talking about - where have you heard a reference to exes speaking about him?
What a mature, well spoken guy Will is.. can't believe he's 29.
i thought he's around 26/27 around Saoirse Ronan age, could be wrong
He's always been really eloquent, he was like this even at 20!
He will remain that awkward kid from we're the millers for some of us 😭😭
@Jorge Chavez I genuinely thought he was around 11 years of age
Yes 29 isn’t a mature age 🙄
I was not ready, i cried and I'm watching this randomly.
To anyone who has been bullied and survived, I am proud of you, for real x
I love this comment 💕💕
Thank you❤️
Thank you x
I was bullied, bashed, beaten and teased relentlessly every single day of my school days, from the very first day of school to the very last day of school. I'm now 50yrs old and still suffer a great deal of mental illness permanently, and people still treat me like sh*t because of my mental illness. It feels like the world would rather I crawl up into a ball in the corner of the room and die. No one really cares about mental illness, hell I was even told by a Nurse that they can't deal with people who suffer with mental illness. The healthcare system, like doctors for example, are terrible at treating mental health, in fact doctors either make it worse or cause it to begin with. People like me are like ghosts in life, we are nothing.
@@dethvyper3136 I was, in so many ways a victim of bullying from an early age, both in a family context, and in school. It is quite possible that I did not suffer to the extent that you did, but it still left it's scars, to this day, and I am not so far off turning 50. I can only hope you find the support and healing you need. Remember that you are a survivor. Sending healing energy and wishing you nothing but love and happiness going forward. Take care my friend x
Those arms I- If I could I would like to hug him. He looks like he gives those hugs that you wished would last forever.
I like how composed he was even though that video touched him. Dude has always been a good actor and that he’s speaking about an issue that effect kids is super dope. Good for him.
This dude deserves the world! Seems like the most authentic human ever.
He seems like such a beautiful person. So empathetic, sweet, humble, conscientious, compassionate, and just all around lovely.
Will Poulter came to a youth club I was part of. It was a small club and he shared some of his stories and was very down to earth. He was humble and treated us all equally. What a man.
Met him a few years ago at the Wild Bill screening. A genuine guy with loads of integrity. Deserves all his success.
You can just see how genuinely, humble, and NICE he is! I really hope he continues to have a successful career! Good for him! 👏💪
Will seems like a really down to earth chill dude. We need more people like him.
What a beautiful soul! You can just feel his genuine compassion for what he truly believes in. So glad I saw this clip!
My guy nailed this whole interview what a legend
Saw BBC and thought he will nail something way different.

@@terrytownsend5583 Lets to us all be reminded, what was expected of rich to do to get to heaven?
Mark 10:21 KJV Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
Mark 10:25 KJV It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Bro how can you not like this guy, such a cool dude and humble / down to Earth. Congrats on the role Will! Can’t wait to see the film, and if you’re seeing this, I’m cheering for you mate. Keep on going strong 💪🏼.
Will Poulter is a very decent human being and an outstanding actor!
Bless this wonderful man!
U know that teacher has a true good heart to have that affect on someone.... i hope she inspires every kid that comes thru her class
He played Eustace so well in The Chronicles of Narnia, glad to see him reach new heights while also still advocating for something he feels deeply about. I actually cried when they all started crying, he seems like such an amazing person ❤️❤️
Ye
He was crazy in “We are the Millers”
He is wonderful and his reaction was so pure and cute
Will is a guy with warm heart
Will Poulter is SALT OF THE EARTH. How can you not love and support a person who goes out there and tries to make the world a better place for kids... There is nothing more beautiful and honorable. Amazing human being.
He's right. He really does look like a giant baby.
And that was a very wholesome clip. ♥️
Kinda look like a young Chris Hemsworth too. xD
He’s gorgeous
I’ll never forget his role in We’re the Millers. He is just freaking hilarious!
His comedic timing in that movie was great and he is very good at acting very naive and oblivious.
That ls definitely one of my comfort movies to just put and chill.
And I can’t say I do a lot of comedy movies rewatches so that says a lot for me haha
"You're making five hundred thousand dollars and you're only giving me thirty thousand?!"
"Thirty thousand?! I'm only getting one thousand!"
"You guys are getting paid?"
Wow. Never really realized this guy was so kind and intelligent. Makes me happy 😊
So impressed with this young man for getting involved for so long in an anti bullying campaign. Bullying is so prevalent in schools today, whether it's overt or covert, so someone with his standing can make a real difference. I cried with him seeing his reaction to his teacher. What a legend Xx
Knew him from Narnia and recently watched him again in Dopesick which was incredible. He seems like such a genuine person, glad to see that he’s getting his name out there.
He was great as Eustace in Narnia film.
I thought he looked familiar! Wow!!! He grew up amazing!
Always been such a humble and lovely guy in interviews and the press.
Glad he's getting lucrative work. Much deserved.
Mad respect for doing that. And it’s more than ok to be emotional, no need to apologise Will. You’re big time !
This is the first time ever I watched an interview with him I had no freaking idea he wasn't American WOW! He is such an underrated actor I thought that for years he's amazing and puts his all into rolls
In my opinion he’s always been such an underrated actor. I saw him playing roles in tons of movies when I was growing up. I remember him the most from the Maze Runner. He’s so good at playing the likeable bad guy! Can’t wait to see him in Gaurdians of the Galaxy
He was phenomenal in the movie The Revenant and in the series Dopesick.
He was amazing as a kid in chronicles of narnia
We're the Millers is his best movie!!
Agreed. He's talented and by all accounts seems very likeable. Hope he always stays this humble and keeps getting the good roles!
This dude rocks, super open and vulnerable. He’s a super easy guy to root for!
Moments like those where teachers are appreciated pushes many to continue doing their best they can in the classroom ❤️ what a tender moment!
I remember first watching Will on a show called School of Comedy, and ever since that show I have seen him prevail and become an amazing actor and person. Hat is off to you Will
That was my first introduction to Will as well, even back then I thought he was phenomenal!!
Mine was in Narnia
Great actor, humble, well spoken, handsome. This dude is killing it in every department
A great teacher is a person you will remember and respect for your entire life
everyone just started crying when he started crying ugh 😭😭😭 hugs for everybody 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
This was so amazing watching this. You know what true love and respect to Will for championing this cause and speaking about his own experiences growing up. Well done to Will Poulter.
Even Ellie Golding getting emotional.. This was such a heartwarming video. Some teachers are so incredibly influential without even knowing. Bless her and bless Will Poulter. 🥺✨
good man. such humility and there's an inner strength that radiates as well....warmed my heart watching this
Bless his heart. That was such a sweet reaction!
I’m stunned that Will is British. I’ve watched “We’re the Millers” 3 times and had no clue. Just shows how good of an actor he is.
Right?? I saw that it was BBC and was like 🧐
FFs he was in school of comedy.. broaden yer horizons mate.. it's called ACTING!
It's almost as if he was acknowledging how good of an actor he is by saying "just shows how good of an actor he is."
And to seriously judge someone for not knowing about a show that came out over 10 years ago and was aired in the U.K, is friggin' absurd. Who cares how he knows about the guy; not knowing about a U.K show does not make someone uncultured. It wasn't exactly The Office. It may be good but I don't think criticism for not knowing about it is justified. And if it makes the OP feel better, my knowledge of Poulter is exclusive to We're The Millers as well and I, too, had no idea he was British. Guess I'm uncultured.🙄
Yanky accent is very easy to do. Just dumb down your voice, slow it down and pronounce 'R's hard, and there you go.
I remember watching a young Will Poulter in a sadly short lived Channel 4 comedy series called “School of Comedy” and I genuinely thought out of all the talented kids on the screen he genuinely shone and stood out as mini tour de force. He’s thus far had a fascinating career and I really do hope he keeps on getting bigger and better roles. Well done!
He's still young!!!!
My girlfriend and I still quote "The plural of rhubarb is rhubarb."
"IS IT?! How fascinating!"
The heckling white van man is still one of my favourite roles that he played. Also, the South African security guards in the CCTV room: “Fullyyy”!
I remember that show too! I love his eyebrows 🤭🤭🤭
school of comedy was an absolute gem
He’s a great actor. Even as a little kid. Highly underrated.
Such a respectful and humble young man 🙏🏾
His acting in the revenant was phenomenal
Underrated actor
I admire him so much, always love actors with this sense of empathy
Such a pure soul 🥲
Unlike a lot of other celebrities, Will seems as though he’s a genuinely nice guy.

Seems like a proper decent dude! Didn’t expect him to be this way, he carries himself well. Clearly deserve the success that he’s had. Big up
All the success brother in the world, you certainly deserve it.
Such a cool dude. He always manages to get so much heat for zero reason, but he manages to rise above it all. Well, he'll always have my relentless support in whatever he chooses to do. Good on you, Will!
I met will in NYC back in 2016 at the Sleep No More immersive theater experience and he was super nice. I immediately recognized him and he and his friend sat down at my brother and I's table and we chatted for about 30 min about the show we just saw and intros etc... I never once acknowledged who he was even tho i (selfishly) really wanted to say i enjoyed his work in The Revenant etc, but i think the fact that i treated him like a normal guy and not a celebrity, he was able to relax and hang out with us and not feel pressured to leave or "put on and act."
All that to say is he is every bit as nice as he seems on camera, as he is in real life. AND SUPER TALL. I was shocked when i met him. He also spoke in an American accent too when we met him. I think he was shooting that Chicago police film and was preparing for the role and practicing with his American accent? Either was it was awesome and a very rare experience.
Just the mention of Son of Rambo gives me goosebumps. Will Poulter also did School of Comedy on Channel 4. Great actor and as a kid he really inspired me.
Idk why i felt like giving him a toght hug after seeing him tearing up... also he's so well spoken and kind, much love to you Will♥️
I love him for his role we're the Millers amazing actor 🥰🥰
He was so funny ..loved it
Steffi sangoma, defo my favourite role of his. he is a good soul.
Absolutely lovely. Teachers have such an important job in raising our youth, the lady did a fine job raising young Will into a splendid chap!
I can tell you from personal experience, that dude is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet and he's about 9 feet tall!
That voice made me feel things I've never felt before.
This guy gets roles! And you can see why due to the way he carries himself. And wow he was a prodigy with acting skills that young!
What a lovely person he seems to be. ❤️❤️❤️
Hes a nice person i like him i hope he gets all the things he wants in life
bless him! he's such a role model - what a bright, loving individual
What a great lad. He'll be a huge name
in no time.
This is the leadership we need all over the internet for our kids, down to earth person, kind, and knowing reality of schools
Brilliant actor, hopefully more people can recognize just how talented he truly is.
Genuine and Humble.
Damn, that boy's done some growing up and filling out. Remember him as a skinny teenager in this comedy skit show on TV in the UK, where the actors were all kids but the comedy was kinda adult, now he's entering the Marvel universe. Well done to him.
How he can sit and speak so calmly siting next to this goddess!
The first movie I saw Will Poulter in was Kids in Love and he was brilliant - He has a very engaging personality and such a natural actor - I'm glad his career is going from strength to strength and he maintains that humility which is so endearing.
I’m glad he’s been getting the recognition he deserves. Always have enjoyed him as an actor.
he is such a genuine guy!
What a genuine soul!
Not only he seems like a real genuine guy, but also he's a wonderful actor since he was young. Son of Rambow definitely marked my childhood. His deliver as an actor was incredible for his age at the time, and now he's part of Marvel! Amazing.
Her teacher said that they both know how he was treated at school and how he raised himself up to become successful as he is today... Sucj a great actor, looking forward to his future. ❤️ ❤️ 👍👍👍
Heard so many nice things about him, what a legend.
Of all the things I've seen him in, I think he's at his best in The Bear, it feels really authentic and I think the character is a little bit like Will, quite kind hearted, articulate and thoughtful. His performances in the series sort of leave you forgetting you are watching someone acting and it feels more like eavesdropping on a conversation.
He was fantastic in The Bear! My first exposure to him was seeing him as a bully in Maze Runner. So it was great seeing him multi-faceted in The Bear.
Wow Will Poulter is so incredibly diverse. I can think of 5 different genres of movies hes been in and sold me on every single role! Love him! Cant wait to see him in the MCU and Guardians of the Galaxy!
what a lovely, humble young man
I love this guy! He deserves all the best.
Rochelle is incredible.
He is a good actor and a good person. I hope his career is great.
I don’t know this actor or the movie, but as a former educator, his reaction to his for ear teacher’s face and compliments brought tears to my eyes too
Will Poulter is a British icon at this point 👏
so sweet and even sweeter than he managed to leave all that behind and move on...❤❤
I have become a fan of Will Poulter,I love this.
I knew he was British but never heard him speak in his own voice until now. I admire the platform he's taking on with bullying, more power to him!
Seems like a great guy. Happy for him and his success
I will always remember WHO my art teachers were. I was bullied and i had no self esteem and they believed in me and compliment my talent. art teachers are so kind.
I still watch Maze Runner to this day because of this man and will watch Guardians of the Galaxy because of him.

Never in a million years would I think he'd hit this level of fame. I'm so proud of him.
