I also remember my worse teacher, Mrs Ratner! I was only 11 or but teachers leave a mark be it good or bad. People need to remember this! My daughter is in boarding school now and making these memories.
Teachers change everything. I was always horrible in my English classes, but I needed them for my degree. It wasn’t until my second year of uni that I finally had a teacher who made English so interesting that I would actually go back and see her often even though I only ever had the one class with her. I made a point to memorize her schedule every semester so I could stop in and make sure she was well. I quite enjoyed her class.

Sheila Gandy! She was my pre calculus teacher! The class was a challenge for me and I was always make the comment that “I don’t understand why I’m in honors” but she pushed me past that and told me to stop being so discouraged easily. Great teachers make great students. The amazing teacher infused love, light, hope and confidence in her which is a quality of a great teacher, but if you notice very few are like Adele who will remember that amazing person who changed their life. I once did to a student who came looking for me through channelsandwas very sweet, I helped him thoroughly without charging fees, later he won in a competition and made the first call to me of his happiness..but then success got to his head and post that he never bothered to call me or meet me ever again. It is very painful when you see something like this ,.but its ok
