- It's the last week of The Late Late Show with James Corden and his dear friend @adele surprises him with one final Carpool Karaoke commute to work. Adele takes the wheel and asks James about his memories hosting the show, Carpool Karaoke and the significance of it ending. And the two get emotional reflecting about their friendship and the times they've been there for each other.

The Range Rover is on a process trailer .. she’s not driving 😂 look at all the LAPD motorcycle cops blocking every intersection so they never have to come to a stop , also look how high they are sitting compared to all the other vehicles on the road .. Hollywood magic for people who don’t know 😂
@@Booie603 True, I saw photos of the process. Another giveaway is how long Adele takes her eyes off the road whilst driving in dense traffic.
It actually wasn’t. She was driving. If you watch some parts they pass by glass buildings and you see the reflection of the Range Rover, wheels on the road. I think it was with certain people they did the trailer But Adele was driving that car I was so shocked

Most Carpool segments were filmed with James actually driving… there was a small handful where they were dragged along on a trailer….
I don’t think there is a more perfect person they could have selected for the final carpool. Adele is such an angel and it’s amazing to see their relationship.

I think Carpool Karaoke has to be one of the best ideas anyone ever came up with. To see the best of the best singers and to not just see them as mere celebrities but as real people. Having Adele as the final singer was the perfect send-off.

@Indira Dian Me too!! What will.i do when I'm in tears and I need him to make me laugh? It's the perfect thing to do. When I was young my girlfriends and I would sing to the radio...even in the winter!! Roll the windows down and sing...pretend it was summer. And it always was a fun time. James' carpool brings me back to those happy times...and I had so few happy times when a kid and even now. But, we can always have the old ones on RUclips I guess. ❤❤

I had no idea. I had no idea the show was ending. I had no idea they were actually friends. I had no idea I Drink Wine was partially inspired by James. It's so easy to see how people can forget people like Adele and James are actual real life human beings.

Really liked the series. Got to see the stars down to earth..in most cases.
I have the fondest memory of hearing Hometown Glory for the very first time. It contains a cafe in a Northern Irish town during an overseas practicum. I was so enthralled by the song I immediately got up and asked the staff what the name of the song was. Magic.
And James Corden is the exact opposite and is the reason why his show gets cancelled. There was a time when people loved him but now he has shown is true colours and it is difficult to see him as this light hearted fun character with a great sense of humour and singing voice. Instead people see the evil narcissistic diva who have lost contact with reality and living in the clouds and treating people badly. For this reason his public persona and show do not work any longer, his public image have been poisoned and destroyed and he is therefore taken off the air!

Adele's voice is just unreal. That vocal range is crazy. The fact that she wrote a verse about Cordens' feelings during a moment of his life is heartwarming. That end made me cry. Hope Corden has the best last week he could ask for.

The way James was honest on saying that celebrities declined his offers and now I have so much more respect for Adele cause she came and became a friend than a celebrity for James. In my humble opinion Adele was always the best Carpool Karaoke ,so it`s only fitting she be the last.Such a brilliant entertainer and class act.She makes me proud to be a fellow Brit. Beautiful and touching finale.

@@toughluck1983 what actions are you talking about that would make you think adele is putting on a front? she doesn’t do any of these fake niceties for promotion you see other celebs do. adele has always had and kept her british wit and charisma and just because she lost weight and lives in a land of fake people doesn’t discredit that at all. if you’re gonna talk about actions and not words then back your claims with some evidence

Cried my eyes out watching this because I just adore the friendship they have, two incredible humans and Adele is so humble and authentic and talented. JC is also so raw here and not playing to a audience which is why his carpool was so successful. x
To finish the journey off with a Superstar wasn't a surprize to me, but to finish it off with your BEST FRIENDS was a BLESSING! This episode was so emotional, I loved that James was the one being interviewed, and it was nice to hear a bit about the hardships of the show and how they overcame it. The late late show would always be a part of my heart. Thanks so much to James, our beloved host and the team for creating something so beautiful. Also Adele is so beautiful, I love her personality so much, and I love the friendship bond between the both of them.
