    Why Bold Titanium White out of interest, and not any of the others like Vallejo cold white? Is the Pro Acryl one a heavy body acrylic? Not familiar with the brand

    • @ThePaintingCoach
      @ThePaintingCoach  2 года назад

      It's airbrush ready but has amazing coverage - it's not heavy body but is very pigment dense. The pro acryl range is great across the board - some amazing colours. You can of course use your most preferred white!

    • @ThePaintingCoach
      @ThePaintingCoach  8 месяцев назад

      I would probably spray the vehicle grey, then carefully add white from above so I had a nice transition (you can do this with spray cans if you don't have an airbrush). I'd then line in the recesses with an oil paint wash to make it easy - covering the whole vehicle with soulblight grey won't work unfortunately

      One of the martian base paints (can't remember which one) and then some red oxide weathering powder on the base and the legs - think this was from Greenstuff World

    • @ThePaintingCoach

      Soulblight grey gives a harder edge as it is darker in the recesses - and you get a more neutral white with it. I prefer apothecary white for white cloth/fabric

    Hey mate, I'm having trouble with the pigments. I have got the same pigments you have and when I patter them on with my brush, they don't stay on very well. I started using pigment fixer but then it looks a little glossy and looks nothing like your dry version... did you use fixer?

    • @ThePaintingCoach
