चाय-कॉफी पीना करें कम
हार्ट के मरीज को चाय-कॉफी के सेवन से बचना चाहिए। इनके सेवन से ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ता है। ये दिल की बीमारियों को बढ़ाता है।
मीठी चीजें
वैसे तो डायबिटीज के मरीजों को मीठे से परहेज रखना चाहिए। मगर दिल के मरीजों को भी अधिक मीठा खाने से भी बचना चाहिए।
अंडे की जर्दी
लोग खासतौर पर सुबह नाश्ते में अंडे खाना पसंद करते हैं। अगर आप दिल के मरीज है तो अंडे की जर्दी खाने से बचें।

As my father is scientist and rural village origin he takes food like milk he avoid meat but take one boiled egg with rice and takes fruits daily like beat root, carrot 🥕 beans apple 🍎 pomegranate orange like this. He eat vegetables also. He takes tea only twice once in morning and another in evening whole life not more that
His BP is always 120/80 and he has zero fat in his bode. He maintained 70 kg upto 75 years of age but now his weight reduced. We here all never seen any person like father who is particular in diet. He always take daily cooked hot food. He never use fridge.

Balanced diet which can reduce the blockage issue :
1. Less salt
2. Try fruits
3. Sugar - biggest culprit
4. Oil should be less
5. Rice bran or refined oil or butter to be controlled
6. Fried chicken is worst
7. High fiber diet should eat and especially grain to be used
8. Colourful diete (green veg, beet root etc)
9. Maida is worst
10. Walnut khajur
11. Red meat to be avoided
12. Small fish are healthy
13. Don’t eat fat fish more
14. Colour food is worst
15. Egg daily is not good - don’t eat yellow and only 3 in a week
