My first angioplasty done in 2007 in Chennai. Every year I used to chk up up to 2021. Last month in TMT I did tread mill for 9 mins but problem occurred during resting period infolateral leads. Did angiogram and dr observed block in the existing stent in rca and another block near another stent in OM. all done in asymptomatic.
Revascularization two stents done on 12th this month at bgr Aster. Second opinion taken in narayana hrudayala. Tks to cardiologists. I am ok now . This also they specified revascularization
Resp. sir, mom ki age 76 hai, 9 months before attach aaya the unko aur CPR se revive hui 2 din baad angiography aur 2 blockage mile 3 me se 2 naso me 100% aur 90% blockage mila jisme se 90% wala to open ho gaya tha aur doctor sahab se 100% wale ke liye bataya ye calcified hai aur karib 5 salo se band hai hsi aur issme aage blood supply other way se mil rahi hai , to isko open nahi ho pa raha hai isliye isko open nahi kiya hai.
sir kya wo calsified 100 % wala blockage bhi open ho sakta hai aur ya age ke hisab se dubara kosis karne me risk hoga kya karna chaihye please suggest kariyega

Sir, i am 39 years old. Sir, if I suddenly hear some unexpected news my heart rate increases 2-3 times in some interval then normalize.when I walk in up then also I feel some tiredness, I can walk but after reaching i feel some shortness of breath and it normalize after 1-2 mins. My ECG, Echo , cholesterol, blood sugar are normal, TMT score MET 13.4, 95% THR achieved, ran 10 mins.during test Sometimes times I felt that I can not run but I ran till completion. In resting period some heart rate change showed, heart rate decreased gradually , presure normal.but when doctors said its a positive test, i may have blockage problem and its seriouness ,i may have blockage,again feel unwel, my heart rate was not normal for two days and after another doctor told that TMT is negative , you can continue IVF treatment, I got relief and become normal after some days. Sir, I am undergoing IVF treatment and shortly going for implantation. On egg retrieval day also i have some ectopic beat . Blockage Reverse - is it possible without stenting and without bypass?? I don't have any block as per CT Coronary Angiography. But I want to know whether it is possible or not.
After conversion to a hard plaque(with calcium) it's not possible. Soft plaque potentially can reverse, but there is no truly effective therapy proven for it as yet.

No upper limit. Depends on fitness and over all remaining longevity of life. Some people are fit enough to get even a bypass at 90 plus years(Maximum I have done is 93!!!).

You should try stenting, a good second option is a minimally invasive bypass from a small incision particularly as the viability is already proven
Sir, Six years ago, I got stent in one vessel which was 100%block but others two were left as they were 50% block.
Now, I am on medicine and doing two hours daily exercise and feeling 100% fit, my echo shows 45-50% pumping and TMT negative which is performed after every year.
Kindly give advice weather I may go for stenting for rest the arteries or not ?

Please get a fresh angiography done to see whether that 50% block has increased over time or is stationary. That will allow you to plan better for the future.
