Join me for a 20-minute long energizing morning yoga flow. During this practice we'll get some full-body stretches in and work on our balance. This practice will wake you up and leave you feeling ready to take on the day!

I enjoy doing this yoga flow then after I do the Trauma-informed Hip opening. Together it works like magic on my body.

In general, yoga is not bad, I liked it, thank you. The only problem is that it’s too hasty; in such a rhythm it’s very difficult to feel the pose. in my opinion, you can either exercise twice as much or take twice as long
