  • Hello and welcome!
Join me for a mindful breathing and movement class to help re-regulate your nervous system during moments of anxiety and/or panic.
This flow focuses on deep breathing, synchronizing our movement with our breath, and heart-opening stretches to break out of the suffocating chest tightness that often accompanies anxiety and panic.
If you enjoyed this class, please give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel for more mental health-focused yoga videos :)
