Nice. I never thought of using bands. I hate bending over using dumbells cause my back hurts. Great tip thanks!

I’m having a real hard time trying to find pulling exercises that feel good and also I know what on Earth muscles I’m actually hitting . The back is a bit mysterious, there’s a lot of stuff going on back there . I’m also trying to get tuned into shoulder exercises too . With the rest delt I don’t really know if I’m hitting it or not ! I feel stuff going on back there but don’t know what it is !

Our best advice would be to slow down the reps and really focus on the muscles doing the work. Once you're able to build a mind-muscle connection, it will become a lot easier to engage your muscles properly!

How far apart do you set your wall anchors? Height too for each level? Thanks.

We have a great diagram on our Wall Anchors product page! clenchfitness.com/collections/band-tools/products/wall-anchor?variant=32660797554767

I’m the type of guy that would cut a hole in those things on the wall you tie the Bands on to so I could slip the band in instead of tying. But the maybe they would move around more, dunno.
Thin bands are i suppose, but not a fan of how thicker bands bunch up when tying and might not be even if you have 2 of them.

The Wall Anchors are wide enough to accommodate multiple bands at once! You can always utilize multiple smaller bands together to avoid attaching larger bands if you prefer!
