Deer valley homes really make me consider why I stay in the north. Housing is easy to high up here. I can get so much more home down there for less than half price.
Love this floorplan, great colors too! Only thing I would change is remove the front transom window and eliminate the barn doors to the pantry.

Pretty good, there are a few things I would change. It needs a larger pantry, larger master closets, square sinks, bookshelves. No carpet anywhere!
I'd like a few changes, delete some windows and change the Pantry sliding barn door to a barn looking hinged door. And the rest looks pretty good to me. The wood burning fireplace is just about perfect looking.
Hello Nate! Good video. Not a bad house. Not as open a floorplan with that back porch on there like that. I like that.
I love the Wood-burning Fireplace! But what may be a deal breaker is the fact that there's not a good place to put Grandma's China Cabinet!! Only place I see for it is in front of the Dining Room windows, which means closing off the window closest to the kitchen. Not sure I want to do that. There are a few things I'd change if I put Grandma's China Cabinet where it will go as stated above.
I'd move the microwave to the countertop. Put in a Gas Cook Stove with a Pop Filler. Probably put in a smaller Island and put wheels on it. The Guest Bedrooms would become my Library and my Music/Studio and Office Rooms. In the Utility Room it's good the furnace and water heater access is in there! And I think you're right that an Upright Freezer could go in that space in there. In the Master Bathroom we'd need doors on the Tile Shower. I'd want a Handicapped Tub to replace the shown tub. I like the his/hers Vanity/sinks and the his/hers Closets (don't care for the closet being in the bathroom instead of the bedroom, but it's not a deal breaker). Looks like the Commode area may be okay. That doesn't happen often! Oh yeah, Any and All barn doors inside the house would need to be replaced! Hate barn doors inside! We'd enclose that back porch and set it up with a heater and cooler, or something, and a grill and table for eating outside year round; we'd also extend the porch and just make the extension covered, not enclosed. We'd build a Garage outside that back door with a Storage unit and long-term Pantry and room for a big chest freezer and a Pet Shower.

I’m kinda short (5’1”) and would rather the microwave wasn’t above the stove, but that is certainly not a huge problem.

I was kind of excited. Love the color of the fireplace. But like most deer valley homes, it is out of my reach. Unless you know any fiesty 60 yr old men that like casinos and fishing and fat and sassy women.

this is just like The Turner. i love it. but not the price. its waaaay higher than The Turner. smh
Oooh now. I feel like I should like this more than I do. There are too many different wood colours and with the lines in the windows it all looks too fussy. The master bathroom is disjointed in the layout. The shower is lovely but it faces the door so no privacy if you want it. I didn't see any extra cupboards, like a coat or linen closet. I do like the back porch. Sorry to be negative, but we all have different tastes and needs don't we 😊

Homes in America are way overpriced. You still have to buy land and build at least a block foundation. You're at $340k. This country screwed itself all up. This home should be half that price. It really pisses me off. If you know anything about building it will really get your blood boiling. I can see in my head the materials used to build this home. American dream is for the rich not the working class. Jmo
