Really nice looking home . Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a good idea . No fighting over who needs to use it first, lol . The carpet would have to go . Thanks for sharing this with us. 😊

Awesome home! Love having 3 1/2 baths, would have to change the cabinet colors tho not fond of dark cabinets. Rest of the home is beautiful!

Hi Nate: Nice large home thoughtfully laid out. I love the flooring and the seamless marriage lines. Could we get an outlet in the pantry for a freezer? Also, I would try to define the foyer area more, to separate it from the living room. Thanks for the extra effort to film this home.
NOW THIS IS MY HOME WOW a few changes to make it the way I want it 1) move the front door to the other side of the living room add a 1/2 bath and coat closet take the office away turn that into the master closet, the Masters Toilet needs a door and a door for closet, eliminate the other closet in the master and give that space to the pantry now you have the space for a freezer and plenty of room for goodies just a personal preference I would move the fridge to the coffee bar area now you can make it flush. 2) Permanent Guest Bedroom 1 put their bathroom and closet on the side that had the 1/2 bath and coat closet you can make it 2 separate doors or the closet entrance inside the bathroom my preference looks cleaner and allows more options for furniture placement.3) Permanent Guest Bedroom 2 eliminate the current closet location and incorporate the same as guest bed 1 now you have more wall space. The Laundry room needs a 1/2 bath that can be used from multiple areas and be accessible and private. Summary; every change I suggested does not require adding walls or removing walls unless you add a wall between the front door and the living room to create a true foyer and offer a little privacy at the front door, coat closet and 1/2 guest bath where the office space was. If they want to charge you for these changes trust me it will be worth it in the end results and if they can not make these changes I would most definitely make them after purchase. I have watched this video several times because I LOVE this home and saved in my favorites to watch again later. THANK YOU NATE.

Love the home Nate ❤❤❤❤ I would prefer a gas stove and fireplace and all carpet removed…… plus a tanker water heater especially for the size and number of bathrooms in it.

You said the water heater access was in the front closet, but it was in the laundry room by the furnace. A couple of things I would change: Move the kitchen sink to the cupboards by the window, and somehow, figure out a way to get.the refrigerator closer to the stove. I would also like a little bigger walk-in shower with a bench. I think there's a little space next to the tub to move the shower wall over. Otherwise, a nice house for the price.
Yes the panel looked like water heater access. Not sure what was behind it.
Beautiful home! I've been partial to white cabinets but I love them being black!
Like everything about this home, except vanities in bathrooms. Need 2-4 inches, or medicine cabinet to store toothbrush/paste. No place for soap. Price is good. You did a great job filming, I'm sure it was a challenge.
I need a dinning room. 😅 I wouldn’t put den in at all and a different color on that fireplace

The primary bedroom needs to be bigger with bigger closest space
nice home but if you have overnight guests they should have a bathroom to take a shower not to have to go in someone's bedroom also your right that den should be a dining room
